I contacted Empire State Tow Company, and within 15-20 minutes, the vehicle was towed at the owner's expense. I highly recommend this company, deserving of 5 Stars for their prompt and effective service.
If I could give zero stars I would. They literally totaled my car trying to unload it from the flat bed. They caused $8,000 worth of damage to my custom vehicle and then deleted it from their system. They are crooks. Do not trust them. They lie and will damage your car. They have no idea what they are doing.
"Completely Disappointed – Avoid This Shop!" I took my car to this mechanic with one issue, and after five months, I got it back with over 300 problems. I’m absolutely shocked and frustrated. Not only was the job delayed for months, but they made things so much worse in the process. Now, I’m scrambling to get it looked at by someone else. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. Please, save yourself the trouble and don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid this shop at all costs!
