This Is Marcus Ghazal I Was stock Feburary 11 in the Bronx. in the Bronx, the coldest night they have ever experienced waited for 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck to come no one showed up then the dispatcher assigned me another tow truck company a gentleman came by their name Gabriel what a blessing to have this gentleman not only is he a professional, a young man, but he is experience. He helped me to put the car on the truck while I was hiding in a coffee shop to stay warm. . If you ever get stuck, and I’m lucky to have this gentleman, you are in good shape. I cannot say enough about his services and his great personality.. Gabriel, this is Marcus.
I called for road side service and shorty came to my rescue. He was courteous and presented himself in a professional manner. Shorty got me to my destination safe and sound. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you!
Shorty was an excellent tow truck driver. He was only supposed to tow my truck but he went the extra mile to give my car battery a boost until I was able to move it to a place that made the towing much easier. He is very experienced and I was amazed at how swiftly he securely hooked my car to his tow truck. I highly recommend shorty. He’s a professional.
Gabriel went above and beyond for us in a very difficult towing situation. He was able to navigate Newark airport’s parking garages to safely and professionally retrieve our disabled vehicle. He then delivered it in perfect condition to our local Volvo dealer, 70 miles away. This is the level of service and professionalism that you would hope for, but seem to seldom receive. I would absolutely recommend them!
Gabriel was the absolute GOAT. Safe, professional, efficient transportation. With dispatch from Jasmine, we were able to coordinate in less than 30 minutes, for a ~70 mile job. This was during NY rush hour, and involved crossing several bridges and tolls.
In terms of pricing, BeastMode’s quote came in significantly under their competitors. I highly recommend this tow service. Huge thanks to Gabriel for a flawless service, and Jasmine for helping coordinate.
The service is impeccable. Felix/Shorty came in a hurry to help tow my car from a tight garage and he had a wealth of knowledge around all car models and brands. He taught me how to put my Volvo in neutral and was extremely cautious with my vehicle as well. I truly hope more people to receive this type of service when towing because it’s the pinnacle of customer service.

One of my company cars died in the middle of the road and wouldn’t go into neutral. Dispatch was quick and efficient and the truck came with all the right equipment.

Excellent service, Shorty, the driver, was great, he went above and beyond to locate and pick up the car which was in a difficult area to explain. Hopefully I don't break down anytime soon, but if I do, I hope these guys will come to the rescue... again!

AMAZING, REALIABLE & FAST! I have requested tow trucks services in the past from other companies and had to wait for hours without having any updates on their arrival. I had tows even cancel on me. Beastmode provided me an exact ETA and actually arrived on time. The whole experience was fast, the wait about an hour. Communication with the company was 100%. I made like 10+ calls before finally getting this awesome company. They were by far the fastest. They estimated 35 mins but ended up getting to me in 15. Unbelievable! Yendy was great packing up my bike. He was polite and knew what he was doing. Very professional.

Unfortunately, he arrived to pick up the car but I wasn’t aware that he needed the key to be present upon pick up. His communication with me was less than professional, expressing frustration over the situation. While I understand that everyone can have off days, it underscores the importance of maintaining excellent customer service, as you never know who you’re speaking to on the other end of the line.
I am a vehicle transporter and I lost the keys for two new Mercedes sprinter. I was help by a gentleman name Felix he came and took the vehicles off my trailer with no issues. Lantigua was fantastic, he arrived early to pick up the vehicle and was able to navigate thru the very complicated garage structure . Not only was he able to get to the vehicle in a parking lot that had a 6’8” clearance but he did it quickly and efficiently and was incredibly careful getting out of the garage. Beastmode is the only tow company I would use!

Felix was the best! He took great care in loading my SMART Fortwo out of my driveway to go directly to Mercedes Of Manhattan to get a software update ! As small as this car is, I think it was his hardest job of the day - needed jumped to get into neutral, his tow truck wouldn't fit in my narrow driveway so he had to use the winch pulley thing to load it and then navigate around multiple cars parked in the street.! He is definitely an expert and had manners like a southerner. Made my horrible Monday much better! Thanks Felix !!
