I would give this company a zero if I could. I ordered a clutch kit from them for a customers car.Their website said the kit was in stock and would ship out within 3 business days from the day the payment was processed. I received abd email saying my payment was processed abd my 9tder would be shipped out and that i would receive another email with tracking info. After 10 days I still had not received a tracking number so I emailed them regarding status of my order. All of a sudden they refunded my money. I never received a response to my email. I never got an explanation on what happened to my order. After 12 days I had to order a clutch from someone else and start the process over again. Meanwhile customers car has been torn apart and sitting on my lift waiting. I will never do business with them again if I dis business this way I wouldn't be in business very long. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- LACK OF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE
