I called the establishment on April 9 around 4 PM to ask if they carried the bolts for a 2009 Toyota Corolla control arm. The person on the other end of the line told me to bring the boalt So that he could match it up to one in stock. I explained to him that I had to cut out the control arm because it was stuck, and I only had the two ends of the bolt not the middle, which remained inside the bushing of the control arm. He said don’t worry just bring those two pieces so that I know the bull type and the threat type, I said, do you want me to bring the specs from the Toyota website so that you know the length of the bolt. He said no. I bring the two pieces in to the location and the cashier looks at it and says what is this? I explained to him that he has spoken to someone the day prior, and they told me to bring it in that they will size it up to the correct bolt. I gave him the big model year and the party came from and he walked away to the back and came back and said we don’t have that size of bolt. Explain explain to him that those two pieces do not make the correct size of the boat that is from a lower control arm in the center of the bolt remain with The bushing as I explained it yesterday when I called. The cashier Outside had to look on his face As if he did not know what a bushing or a low control was. He was very dismissive and combative. I was referred to this location. What a big mistake and waste of time. Customer service over the phone what’s OK in person Horrible. I will remain ordering parts online. This is why the small Mommy pops Stores are going out of business.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. Worst customer service. They talk to you like you can't get parts elsewhere. Very rude staff. Will never return here or recommend either.

First off, I never leave reviews on places, ever. My father has been coming to this store for over 50 years. We used to deal with an old guy Gerard who was great. I came in today looking for struts for a 2001 Camry and ABS fuses. Earlier in the day I was told over the phone they had the struts in stock, but that I needed to come in with cash to get a price because they “don’t give prices over the phone.” After driving there, I was told they either didn’t have them or quoted me a price nearly 3x higher than what they sell for online. When I asked about ABS fuses, I was told they wouldn’t sell me one unless I physically brought in a blown fuse — even though I showed a photo and knew the exact amperage and type. Overall experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. I wasted time and gas based on inaccurate information. I won’t be returning. And I’m positive they treated me that way because of the color of my skin!

STAY AWAY OR AT LEAST MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW YOUR INVOICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE...ORDERED SPECIFIC PART BRAND WENT TO PICK IT UP & THEY HANDED PARTS IN A BAG WITH NO BOX. WHEN I GO AND CHECK, THEY WERE DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS THAN THE INVOICE AND NEVER EVEN MENTIONED IT...THEY SELL YOU SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT U ASK FOR...*******************************STAY AWAY****************

I am all about costumer services and I go around the city check out business. I can say for facts that this place is rude and costumer services sucks and lastly they sell everything too expensive. I don’t know how they still in business.

The worst service I buy a pair of axles I give the vin number of my car they got it for me from I don’t know where I install on my car I drive 1/2 mile and the driver piece broke I toke it back after my car broke down in the highway they ask me for the recipe I don’t know where I put it but is a barcode in the piece that can scan they refuse to take it is first and last time I’m going to that people they still money they know the piece Wes from wherever they ordered suck employees

Terrible customer service. Refused to give price over the phone insisted I come in person which is a red flag. Prices should be transparent for the customer, rep on the phone hung up. Would not recommend at all. If there was a corporate number would report them.

They have lots of parts in stock that many places don't. I was able to get some parts same day that would have taken days to deliver. Very knowledgeable counter guys and parking right in front.

These people rude, I called asking about a part and the guy was rude when I asked if he wanted the part number he said they don’t do that over the phone that I “tried to set him up”…. All I wanted was information and once I heard him say some none sense like that I knew This is not a good place to spend MY MONEY at.

After reading the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to go, but I decided to experience it for myself. Purchasing auto parts feels like learning a new language to me, but the team made the process easy. The staff was friendly, straightforward, and helpful. I went on my lunch break, expecting it to take a while, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. The representative quickly took my car information, ordered my parts, and told me to return in two hours. Sure enough, he called me exactly as promised. When I picked up my order, they were professional and even helped load the parts into my trunk without me asking—great customer service! Everyone’s experience may vary, but mine was excellent overall.

BEWARE!!! Avoid this place. They order the part. Charge you an insane price. Mind you I found the same part online for way cheaper after the fact. Ordered the part from them on Friday. Told would be there on Monday. Here it is Wednesday and, still no part. They can’t give any information over the phone. And act like they’re oblivious to the situation. Avoid this place.

This guy's are lie they lie to your order. they definitely order from Amazon, they say they do have the part since Monday it's today they give me my part , also u call they old you , I call with different number they pick up I will never in my life go here again , whatever you try to get money you guys are not honest yall hungry but remember each of you will pay there sin inside yall grave , LORD is watching yall guys with patience, I don't recommend no one to order here cause all they part are from Amazon and ebay , part from Amazon or ebay from 31$ this place charge you 50$, what a thief company

I when to buy a alxe seal give them the vin. They sold me the part. When to install and it was wrong. When back to store they siad that what the vin siad it take. They can't give me back all the money they will take 20 % or full store credit. The part guy siad i should what seal i need. The costumer service need improvement. Need more training and find the right part.

These people are thieves I bought parts from them in 2 days I came back to return them didn’t use there parts untouched,they won’t take them back because I hold them for 2 days telling me they will charge me processing fee of 20% for return parts these guys are robbing me and others people I will take this matter to consumer affairs department I suggest nobody to go to these people they are thieves

This place is DISGUSTING needed a part and was told he would NOT help over the phone asked if they can let me know if they have the part so I can send my wife to get it. I was told GOOD LUCK. Great place they took there time to make sure I got the right part it took a little while but I got the part and one of there counter men jack explained to me where the part goes and how it works and they got my vin to make sure I got the right parts great service, part was a bit pricey but no one else had it and they managed to come up with it

Hello. I just lost 600USD to this company. They will take your money, but send nothing to you. They want all payments with PayPal with Family and Friends payment. First they say price with shipping and give tracking number to you. Tracking number doesn't work. They say, pay insurance, then they can send your parcel, then you pay, but nothing happend. Then you ask what's wrong, then they need money for storagetime, then parcel is going forward. You pay it, because you really need those parts, but nothing happend. You ask what's now, they say that they need money for registration stamp. That was enough for me. They are liars, promises after promises. Stay away from this company.

I’m done with this shop. After years of hassle with this place I’ve finally called it quits today! They will always tell you to come into the shop and make you wait an hour to order a part they could’ve just ordered on the phone while I drive there. But they make you come in to waste time . This time I called ahead and asked if they can order the part since I’ve been there many times , GABE said no I have to come into the shop so I drive 30 min to the shop only to get there and they tell me he’s on lunch and won’t be back for another hour ! This place is full of unprofessional people and not another dollar will be spent here . Lost a very loyal customer

Don’t buy any Electrical components/parts at this place. They do not accept Any Electrical components returned even though you accidentally bought the wrong parts and even if you have your 30 days receipt to Return it. You better off getting your parts at a AutoZone or Auto advance.

Stay away, these guys have nasty attitudes Customer service is freaking terrible & the prices on parts change depending on who you are. The workers get commission if they charge you more. I love to support small businesses but this place just isn’t it. Customer service is terrible. I can’t say that enough. Please read the other reviews.

I heard a Lot of good things about this shop, but see non of it. I paid for a part to be ship over night, Friday for Saturday. Saturday I was expecting a courtesy call it never came a guy said it would be here Monday he guarantees me the parts are gonna be here Monday, today Monday no part and no courtesy call to let me what’s going on with my part. Worst first experience ever, i could of got this type of service at AutoZone.

Had massive problems getting ( the right quality parts) for my my Jeep is has many trim levels and getting parts = ?$?$$ . Until my Mechanic sent us here. At first I was taken aback when the counter person made fun of my searches, by stating " If you had the Vin# (vehicle identification number)this wouldn't be so hard." He was/is right and now if a parts department doesn't use a Vin# for parts I suspect a problem!! Dealership or B&B from now on.
