I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tip Top Car Dealers in March 2024. They promised me a low interest rate, full warranty coverage, and affordable monthly payments. After rushing me through the paperwork, I ended up with a 13.89% APR, over $14,800 in finance charges, and a short 12-month warranty on a high-mileage vehicle.
I’ve filed formal complaints with the FTC, BBB, NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, and the NYS Attorney General. I gave the dealership 10 business days to respond and resolve this — or I will continue with legal action.
Avoid this place unless you want to get scammed, misled, and locked into a predatory loan.

The but dealer of ny has no words after selling a vehicle in my case he already made a contract for a vehicle and I left him giving entry of the car and after 4 days that I went to return them they did not give it to me because they sold and a terrible quality of service
