I've been using there services for about a year now and so far they haven't missed a pic up ,But must say there customer service is very good just today i spoke to lovely lady names Niara about a overpayment i did a few month ago and she took care of the situation . i've spoken to several of them and they were all helpful.
Claudia L. has been incredibly helpful and consistently provides excellent service. We’ve been a customer for many years, and her support is a big reason we continue to stay.
I have been dealing with this company for many years now and they are amazing. The customer service received is great and Claudia always goes above and beyond when dealing with anything even though she works billing. Thank you to all. The truck drivers are very nice and the representatives when you call in always try to make things right. Thank you. I would truly always recommend.

These guys are awesome. We use them exclusively for our renovations for more than. 10 years. Nick, Felix, Aggie - they have made magic happen and I am always impressed. The make me feel more like a partner than a customer and it’s appreciated. Highly recommend!

Today I called and spoke to Jamal and he was super helpful, gave me all the info I needed and organized all my needs, overall I'm super happy with the problem solving for my phone call.
Because of my profession I have to deal with carting companies and I'm not gonna lie and keep it real when I type this review. Here it goes since the city basically destroyed all of your "mom & pop" private carting companies with this "zone" crap and the larger companies buying out the smaller ones I thought that customer service would then be outsourced to the Philippines or AI like how many companies typically do in these modern times, well im happy to say that today I called to find out if there was a pick up on MLK day and Mr. Israel Santiago picks up the phone. Mr. Santiago was polite, answered all my questions with tact, looked up pricing on additional services that I will need in the future and gave me the breakdown of holidays that I do not place my trash out on. The best part was he did not have to put me on hold and had my account pulled up before I even said it. Why is Mr. Santiago not an account manager is my question? The reason a company runs well is due to its employees and waste connections is top notch. One last thing their customer service is still located in New York.
Missed multiple pickups in a row resulting in me using another waste service that was better. After not paying them since they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, they sent me a bill that I now had to pay double since I did not pay. Choose any other waste service, this is the worst one by far, do not waste your time or money on the worst service imaginable.
I had the pleasure of being serviced by Israel. He was exceptional in service and solutions, and provided everything I needed. If it wasn’t for him, I’d be giving a 2.5
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company’s truck completely blocked an entire street this morning even though there was plenty of room to pull over. They created a full-on traffic jam for over twenty minutes — long enough to make my child late to an emergency doctor’s appointment.
When I politely asked the drivers if they could move just a few feet, their response was:
“If you’re that impatient, hop in the back of the garbage truck.”
Yes, that’s an actual quote from their employee.
Not only is that unbelievably rude and unprofessional, it’s reckless. Waste management is a tough job, but that doesn’t excuse arrogance, disregard for public safety, or mocking families stuck behind them in an emergency. This company clearly has no training, no accountability, and no respect for the community they serve.
If management reads this — fix your culture. Teach your drivers basic courtesy, situational awareness, and human decency. Until then, I’d strongly urge every business and municipality to think twice before hiring them.
We started using Waste Connections for our bakery about a month and a half ago and what a difference! No issues with trash pick-up, super easy to reach out to, and always so responsive. I really appreciate what you do!
Waste connections missed my business pickup a majority of Monday nights. Every Tuesday morning I had to put in a request for a missed pick up for two years. Frequently ended up with messes like the picture because of missed pick ups. I'm shocked with how bad the service was for this trash pick up. I would never use them.
