Great location! I walk into the store and immediately was approached by one of the workers Willy Guerrero who helped me find everything I needed for my car. I don’t know much about anything with my car especially when I need parts for it. But the sale associate was so helpful i felt comfortable was able to get the right stuff for my model car. Good experience, great location and great workers. You should check it out.!

I went and purchase a battery and a lot of part and the person that always helping me out and gets me the right parts his name was Willy he’s a very friendly guy and if your confused on what your looking for he’s your guy he even installed my battery for me for free best customer service!!! ??

Called and was left on hold over 10 minutes for a simple bulb install question. Other shops picked up and gave me answers right away. No excuse for this kind of service.. it shows they don’t value customers’ time.

David, it’s a phenomenon employee and should receive a raise or promotion. He’s communication skills and customer service is exceptional. As someone that work as a Retail GM & DM, he is someone I’ll love to have in my team. Thank you!

I am not sure how this particular Advance Auto Parts stays in business, it is an actual mystery to me they are incredibly slow, never have enough people working the cash registers, and have very little knowledge about any of the parts that they sell they generally are in a good location however I'm in generally frustrated whenever I go in there to make a purchase, and 80 to 90% of the time I just walk out leaving the product on the Shelf because you're waiting 10-15 minutes to make a simple purchase.

Man, I show up here at 8 PM and they were so helpful. Especially Yohan who not only helped me with product but read my car sensors and fixed those as well. Highly recommend.

This past Sunday I went to the Bruckner location. I saw 2 workers a male and a female standing by the window. Neither of them came to assist me. Instead a worker with gray hair I told him my car battery was making a weird noise. He took it out and fully charged it and then he put it back. and added some water. I was so glad he was there to help! I believe his name was Jose or Joseph.

About 2 1/2 weeks ago I went to the Bruckner’s location 3 times! The 1st and 2nd time was very disappointing! The 2 male associates gad no clue what I was talking about nor did they know! I was reluctant to go a 3rd time! This time I has an Associate by the name of JOSE who took the time to listen to me and had me to show him the problem and he told me what it was and what it took to fix it! I’m so grateful JOSE was there that Sunday!

Horrible attitudes, no type of customer service. Even when I call they sound like they are annoyed. I get store can get busy and it can be overwhelming ! but damn don't gotta treat people like that.

I loved my experience there. I went to buy a battery for my car. Joe was the best! He replaced the car battery and took his time. I will go back! Thank you Joe

They give better prices than AutoZone in my opinion... depending on the sale's person u get..I was at the one in co-op city and the blk dude actually acted like he hated his job and wouldn't research the part I wanted ..I went to the on the bruc and this Spanish girl gave me a good deal ..I've had two experience at these stores both were good

The staff was great I needed new windshield wipers the took the time and looked on the computer for the one's that fit my car and Jose came outside and put them on my car.I went too auto zone last week and they acted like I was ask for some money 174th street

My experience at the advance Auto parts store we're meeting great people good service and they treat everyone like you someone special they treat you so nice almost left me speechless ? takes me almost an hour to get to it but I will continue to do business with this advance Auto parts store thanks for outstanding service

Was in and out the staff friendly and customer service was great. They replaced my battery and so glad I didn't have to do it myself. That is my go to place from now on. Thank you so much guys. Tip was will deserve and appreciated on my part.

The Manager Mario will definitely do his best to fix your situation. Usually these employees just brush you off and make you feel unwelcome after youve already purchased a product. But Mario took his time and made sure my brother lefr out of there wanting to go back. Advanced Definitely needs to update No Receipt policy but they made it happen. Thanks again ??

I had a great experience here yesterday. Staff member, David, was very patient & helpful in assisting me with a return. I really appreciated it! Just make sure to link your transactions to your phone number so they can easier look up your purchase history.

Ordered ventshades for my truck but unfortunately they were not the correct size I returned it to this store and got my money back in my card the next day I’ve only ordered online but the employee was very helpful with everything and I will Be back if I need anything else

I ordered an item to come to the store because I wanted it fast the gentlemen told me it would be there in the morning when I came back the item was not there and he ordered it again and told me come back after a few hours ,I did not catch his name but the second time I went back Jesse helped me and was absolutely nothing but helpful he found where my order was ... at another store Thanks Jesse !

Went for a battery for my vehicle, needed it installed but when the attendant saw mine was under the seat he said they weren't allowed but did it anyway. Customer service was awesome and I will return.

I have placed orders online for pickup twice to avoid people contact. Both times the orders were not ready which means I needed to be in the store for longer than I wanted to. The 2nd order was for 1 small item - 25 minutes to pickup! I won't buy from them again until after COVID. A shame because prices and sales re good.

I am a mobile mechanic and this store is my favorite of all the auto parts stores in the Bronx. Mike and Brittany are amazing when it comes to their level of expertise and customer service! The store is neat, clean and always well organized.

I go here when I can for all my auto parts and had another great experience there yesterday. I had a bad battery. I went in. I spoke to Phil. Great kid and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came out and tested my battery which was bad. He quickly knew the difference between 2 different batteries and price-points of which i willfully chose the more expensive one. Then he rolled a cart out to my car and helped me install it even though it was difficult with rusted/stripped screws holding it in and it was rather cold. I was very pleased with Phil and his help and services. Thank you!.-PD Manhattan.

All you can ask for. Friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable too. This place has all your car needs. Great mall. Free parking. Look your part up on line too, then come pick it up. Good for mechanics and those diehard want to be fix it people. It is worth a trip. Advance Auto Parts is your place to find all your car needs.

Advanced typically has the best pricing with sales, speedperks and price matching you can't go wrong. The best part about this place is it's the staff. They've ALWAYS been extremely helpful whether it's a phone inquiry or in-store visit. This store has had its inventory downsized recently so you they may not have everything you need, which can be annoying every now and then (hence the 4 stars and not 5), but still an overall good customer experience.

Pretty much the worst administration you could think of. Went there looking for a job. GM then, Diaz (now demoted to supervisor), kept me waiting for 2 weeks having told me to that she'd already given me the job but couldn't put me on payroll since my drivers license didn't clear yet. After 2 weeks of call backs and being kept on hold for 20 minutes or longer each time, I was finally told to come down to the store to finish up paperwork. Enter new GM, Alvaro. Tells me he'll give me the job. Asks me to come in and "fill up paperwork" again. Keeps me on wait for a week and then tells me that he can't give me the job since I have an out of state drivers license. Maybe should've looked up my profile before bringing me in. Just a thought. Maybe not jerk a student around for a month. 10/10 do not recommend.
