This is the Bronx if ever you’ve seen it. Everything double parked or abandoned on the street but Springtech get the job done in record time and an excellent job done too it has to be said .
They do a ok job but they overcharge for no reason! $1700 just for the labor to change brakes on 3 axles and 6 shocks ! That’s crazy the dealer charges $450 labor for the brakes
And anothe $300 for the shocks!
This ppl charged me 12 hours of labor no explanation!
They were abrupt ,even though they were a machine shop i was told their machine were unable to help me even though they did rebuilding on brake calipers, they only worked on heavy equipment i know that was a bunch of garbage every shop has stud removing tools a vice and drill bits for threading ,any way to me i would not recommend only my opinion !!
After more then a decade doing business with Rob, he let us down and treated us like jerks. Did not make good on a blown out air bag which should have never been installed the 1st time with out changing the bottom warn plate - his words. Everyone who has ever worked on our trucks knows that when it comes to repairs our wallet is open to do the right job. In fact this never stopped Rob before with charging our credit card! He never asks just does it! Now all of a sudden it's my fault? Then he tells me to basically get lost! Really, that's not how u conduct your self. This could of been worked out.
Very knowledgeable staff, extreamly helpful, and able to find your parts, even if you don't know the names or parts numbers. Advise others to do business here before anyone else
Was in a bind to get a leaf spring replaced was referred by some friends and thankful they did , top notch people great service and very fair prices , Robert and his crew took care of me and got me fixed up in no time at all , definitely will be a repeat customer , cannot say enough or thank them enough for the quality service

Rude people. Worst mechanical shop I ever seen before. don't go there. they said 4 to5 hours for the oil change and they don't know how much before they finish.....
Spring tech was highily recommend. I brought our stright job here for alignment Told me to be here 6am truck was in shop by7. They went over whole truck. They walk you around truck to show you before any thing is touched. Very honest and reputable shop. We will continue to bring our truck back here.
