From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism that I honestly didn’t want to leave. They offered me food and something to drink while I waited — who does that anymore?! It immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. Every single person I interacted with was beyond polite and helpful — from the wonderful front desk ladies, to the inspectors, the tow truck drivers, and the mechanics. You can truly tell this team works together and takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a business where *everyone* provides such a consistently pleasant experience. I even joked that they’re a one-stop shop because they helped coordinate my rental car pick-up and drop-off, making the whole process completely stress-free. On top of that, they went out of their way to help me troubleshoot an issue with a misplaced item — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway without hesitation. They truly went above and beyond in every way. My car looks fantastic, and the customer service was even better. I highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work done by genuinely kind, professional people. This is how customer service should be everywhere! I am tempted to inquire about job openings because I would love to work with them!

My experience was awesome. I use several body shops, Over the years, unfortunately however this is the best experience I’ve ever had the staff as polite, friendly, and accommodating, and that’s all of the staff the receptionist, the tech and the service people, it was a excellent experience.

My car broke down in the middle of the street in the bronx, I called 5 js for a tow truck and they got there in 20 mins. If you ever need a tow service in that area, call them! Reasonable price and prompt service. Thank you guys!!

Five J’s was a life saver with my car. They picked it up from a tow yard after my accident. And my car looked BRAND NEW within a week and it was a holiday weekend! Had a rock go through my windshield on a friday afternoon while driving through the Bronx. The owner Christopher and his brother Mikey who I believe is the parts guy were very helpful. Christopher gave me a ride home and Mikey was fast at getting me the windshield. They got the windshield and had their guys come in on a Saturday to put it in so that I wouldn't be out of a truck for the weekend. They had me back on the road by noon. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Five jays was amazing I had a fine young man named Johnny that went over and beyond with the towing services for my vehicle, I will definitely be using five jays for further automotive services and telling my family and friends about Johnny and five jays.I also want to add that Janitza the dispatcher was very polite and had awesome customer service skills and kept me posted on where abouts of my tow truck arrival.

Repairs were done quick and the service on my car was great. Front desk was very helpful and polite. Special thank you to Patricia for making the visit much more streamlined.

My car was stolen in Manhattan and found in the Bronx. The police had Five J's automotive pick up my car and bring it to their location . If you ever have your car towed, you want a company like this to tow it. Patricia was super nice on the telephone and just as nice when I got to their shop. The other nice young lady was very helpful in contacting the insurance company to take care of the paperwork to pay for the towing and storage. They also offered their services to repair my car. They allowed me to go into their yard and look at my car and get my personal items. I've had three experiences with other towing companies in my lifetime that made me think that they're all nasty and Cutthroat kind of people. I have just been proven wrong. & they gave me a pen. Can’t recommend them enough! Had the horrible experience of having my tires, rims and sensors stolen on our CR-V. Decided to get it fixed at Five J’s. Johnny was amazing in every step of the way. The team got our car fixed way earlier than expected and did an amazing job. Car looked brand new and we couldn’t be more thankful for the wonderful job they did. Definitely going back if needed!

My car got rear ended, I dropped it off on 12/26/25 , got a call today 12/31/25 from Johnny he said my car was repaired and ready to be picked. First and most important, they did a phenomenal job repairing damage from a rear end collision. My car was returned to me like the day I pulled it off the lot. Second, and equally as important, the service we received was outstanding. Johnny is by far the best mechanic I have ever worked with. Not only was he extremely helpful navigating the insurance with me but he was also very respectful of our time. Thank you Johnny and BC. My car was hit and the front bumper and left light needed to be repair, I went to five Js, first of all as soon as that I got there I was greeted very nicely. The customer service employees, the girls Johnny he made sure he took care of everything that I needed. I didn't even had a rental car at the moment and he makes sure I got a rental car and that the rental company pick me up. He told me how many days it was gonna take and they gave me the car on that day. When I got there my car look brand new. I was so so happy with my car the way it look, in love instantly, They even cleaned the inside of my car, like I am beyond blessed with the service that I receive on five Js automobile I really recommend it to everybody. Mickey truly is on top of every detail that goes into this business to make sure everything is done properly. As for customer service, Destiny goes above and beyond assisting and making sure you as a customer feel safe and secure throughout the entire process. This company has been in business for many years, and that should say enough. I highly recommend this shop!

I am completely satisfied with the results of the work that Five J's performed. From the beginning, the staff treated me well. In addition, the receptionist was thorough and respectful of my time. The adjuster was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. They washed my Jeep and returned it before the estimated time. I recommend this establishment hands down.

Five J’s goes above and beyond every time! I needed some body work done after a no fault accident, and my car was returned to me looking like it just came from the factory! Mike was thorough and communicative through every step and worked professionally with the insurance company to expedite the process so I could get back on the road. On top of all the body work, which was flawless, they even realigned my headlights and had my car smelling brand new. Thank you so much!" Seriously, you can't go wrong with this shop. My damage wasn't extensive, mostly cosmetic, but all the panels were smashed together and I couldn't even open my door. They guarantee their work, quick to finish, and they work professionally with insurance claims. I had a no fault accident, and they worked with the insurance adjuster to be sure the other guys insurance took care of everything. Amazing experience! Look how shiny my babygirl came back to me!
