IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FEBRUARY 17. ITS NOW MARCH 4 AND I STILL DONT HAVE AN UPDATE ON MY CAR. ALL I NEEDED WAS ONE SIMPLE PROCEDURE AND FOR THEM TO ORDER A PART. I KEEP CALLING AND I COULD NEVER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE IN SERVICE. IVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND NOBODY IS GETTING BACK TO ME. IVE ONLY GOTTEN TROUGH TO TWO PEOPLE BEFORE AND THEY BOTH STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO ORDER THE PART WHICH WAS TWO WEEKS APART. IM SO ANNOYED BECAUSE I HAVE NO OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION BESIDES PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY CAR NOTE AND INSURANCE FOR A Vehicle THAT I CANT EVEN DRIVE. IF I WOULDVE KNEW THAT THEY DO TERRIBLE BUSINESS I WOULDVE WENT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSINALISM IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN IM ABOUT TO DROP MORE THAN $1000+ ON GETTING MY CAR FIXED. Addressing Inaccuracies in Management’s Reply Anthony, I was provided with a written price for the vehicle, when it came time to finalize the transaction, the agreed-upon written price was not honored. This is a lack of transparency and professionalism. During our original discussion, I was told to “take it or leave it.” This type of statement is neither respectful nor professional. At no point was vehicle availability presented as an issue. In fact, I was specifically informed that the vehicle was available and was instructed to come in to finalize the purchase. I rearranged my schedule and made the trip to your dealership in good faith, fully expecting to complete the transaction.Upon arrival, I was then informed that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. Regarding the vehicle search. To be clear: The originally presented vehicle carried a higher MSRP. The vehicle your team later located has a lower MSRP. Yet the selling price presented to me for the lower-MSRP vehicle was higher monthly than the original deal. Throughout the process, it became evident that I was caught in the middle of what appeared to be a personal dispute between members of your team. As a customer, I should never feel the impact of internal disagreements, miscommunication, or personal conflicts within a dealership. Instead, the experience was affected by tension and inconsistent communication. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience at City World Ford First, this dealership provided me with a written price for a vehicle, but refused to honor it when I arrived to finalize the purchase. Changing the agreed price after the fact is unprofessional and misleading. Customers rely on written quotes when making purchasing decisions. Not honoring them damages trust and credibility. I cannot recommend doing business here. After that, I was given a new quote and was asked to come in to finalize the purchase, only to find out when I arrived that the vehicle had already been sold to someone else. That alone was frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Then, they took a deposit from me with the promise that they would locate a similar vehicle. They did eventually find one — but at a significantly higher price than what we had originally discussed. Instead of honoring the original terms or taking responsibility, I was given excuses and spoken to in a condescending manner. The sales manager continued to insult my intelligence with explanations that simply didn’t add up. The explanations given were inconsistent and felt dismissive, as if I wouldn’t recognize what was really happening. Taking a deposit under one understanding and then presenting a higher price later feels misleading and unfair. Customers deserve transparency, honesty, and respect — none of which I experienced here. It was clear there was tension and lack of coordination between the sales manager, Claudia Pacheco and the sales representative, Rafael Sosa which negatively impacted my deal. Instead of presenting a unified and professional approach, I felt like I was caught in the middle of internal issues. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used constructively to improve future customer interactions. Respect and integrity are critical in maintaining long-term relationships and a positive reputation in the community. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled.

Very good prices and the entire staff was very pleasant to work with.i came from Connecticut and the drive was well worth it on what i saved not only on vehicle but also dealer fees as they only have a $175.00 doc fee.if you’re looking definitely try these guys out.

Could not recommend a better dealership to work with when buying a new car. Edwin and the rest of the team were transparent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The vehicle was exactly as represented, and I am extremely happy with my 2025 Ford Explorer, which was in excellent condition. A smooth, straightforward buying experience from start to finish. I brought a 2022 ford mustang frkm this location and everyone specifically my dealer, Ruddy Marte, helped me out. He was able to get me a credit line for a down, low reliable insurance despite being younger then 25, and get me the car with max fuel, detailing, and a car wash without having to pay out of pocket. He even had patient closing the deal that took 2 days. If your ever look to finance or get a car from this location be sure to look for Ruddy Marte.

I honestly wish Google allowed more than 5 stars, because this dealership truly deserves 10 out of 5. Given the way my credit is set up, they deserve an Oscar for making this deal happen and not just happening, but happening with a great interest rate and terms that actually made sense for me. From day one, Ruddy was amazing. He was professional, patient, and truly listened. He asked me exactly what type of car I wanted and what color —and that’s exactly what he put me in. No pressure, no upselling, and no trying to push me into something I didn’t want. That alone speaks volumes. Claudia, the office manager, was just as impressive. She was respectful, professional, and made sure every single one of my needs was taken care of. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. And Humberto, the finance manager top tier. He worked hard to match me with a lender that truly fit my situation and needs. He was transparent, professional, and made sure I understood everything. My credit is far from perfect, so for this team to pull this off the way they did was nothing short of magnificent. If you’re worried about your credit, nervous about the process, or just want to work with people who actually care this is the dealership to go to.

Consistently dissatisfied with the communication when my car is being serviced. It is frequently difficult to get a service provider on the phone and despite the text message option being set up, often found it was still difficult to get updates on anything that was going on. Additionally, last time I took my car to get a major repair done on my suspension, breaks, and other parts of the car, when I got it back, the A/C was no longer blowing cold air and in asking them to check if there was something that happened, they wanted to charge another diagnostic fee despite the issue likely being caused during the other work they were doing. While I don't like to assume shady business practices, it just did not make me feel comfortable having car work done there and ends up being more expensive than anticipated every time.

This is genuinely one of the most incompetent and dishonest dealerships I've ever been to. I was looking to purchase a golf GTI, and had made an appointment with Ruddy for Monday evening for a test drive. An hour prior to our appointment, while I was already on my way, I called again just to make sure he would have the car ready for me to test drive, and he said the car was somewhere else and that I wouldn't be able to check it out that day. Whatever, I turned around and scheduled again for the next day. Next day comes around, and we were on the phone all day talking about the car and working out a price. He gave me his word to sell the car at $25,000 excluding tax, and told me the car would be ready for me to drive that evening.... when I get to the dealership the car was NOT there, and I was kept waiting for an extra half an hour while they tried to get the car from the neighbor dealership, only for them to tell me it was impossible. That's TWICE that they promised to have the car available to view, only for me to find out it wasn't. On top of that, the manager told me he would not be able to honor the price Ruddy AGREED ON over the phone. ADDITIONALLY, Ruddy told me the car had a check engine light. I had requested the OBD error code printout MULTIPLE times over the course of 2 days, and he kept promising to send it over, but it never happened. This whole dealership is a JOKE and they will utilize every method of dishonesty to get you in the door. It's disgusting and shameless, and I unfortunately spent days of back and forth, and almost 5 hours of commute time on this disgusting excuse for a business.

Recently brought my truck in to get serviced at City World Ford and had a wonderful experience from start to completion. I was met at my vehicle by Gjenete who greeted and welcomed me with great professionalism and genuine hospitality. She listened to my concerns and handled everything which great efficiency. Gjenete is amazing!! I will definitely be returning to get my truck taken care of by Gjenete going forward.

I needed a car quickly because the Hyundai I bough (also from City World Ford) had engine issues even though it only had a few thousand miles on it. I made a bad deal, too - They charged me $17,000 over the ticket price and every time I go there recently, there's a recall and a service - in the last service, they charged me $967 for brake pads and routers but handed the car back scratched in three different places and dirty. Is it possible that garages clean your car before they give it back?

Really terrible experience. Went in to look at a Mustang GT. For starters, they never gave an appointment for a test drive and asked me to walk in. The moment I walked in, a random salesman came up to me and started asking about how much monthly payment I would be okay with. Zero sales skills! Then came a really dumb salesman who didn't know anything about the Mustang. I asked him for the pricing on an automatic, he brought me two pamphlets of cars with manual transmissions because they had better MSRPs. They did not let me see the car because they "misplaced the keys". Forget about the test drive. I had to walk out in disgust! Never EVER going back here. Please stay away.

Everyone there is super nice and polite, but it takes too long to get work done. I brought my car in at 8 am Monday and they diagnosed it in just a few hours. That was fantastic. They said they had to order the part and it wouldn't be there until Tuesday (but by 2 pm) and the job would be short. But the part didn't arrive (no one notified me or even returned my call and texts about it) but it got there by 1030 am Wednesday. OK, it happens, no big deal. But then they tell me they can't get my car done until THURSDAY even though installation takes 60-90 minutes. Didn't get my car back until after 2 pm Thursday. It seems a little far-fetched that it takes almost four full work days to get that job done. Outside of body work, I've never had to leave a car with a mechanic for four days, even when a part was ordered.

Brong my car to be fixed due to coolant dripping on Tueday morning got a call Tuesday afternoon telling me the thermostat needed to be fixed and that is why the car was leaking. I gave the ok for the repairs. Wednesday got a call which, I missed and called back 7 times and my service rep never answered and her voicemail was full. Thurday was the day i was supposed to pick up my car instead got another call saying there was a hole in a hose that was causing the leak which i think was the only issue. I was livid asked to speak to a Manager never got a call. Friday at 435 service rep calls and says you can come get your car before 5 or Saturday. Go on Saturday and the parts that was replaced was left in my car when asked why service rep said i requested the part which never happened i will never go there again.

Many people who are shopping for a new Bronco will probably relate to the experience of not being able to find a truck with a less common package, or color, or option. After several months of shopping and being told at other dealerships that they didn’t have what I was looking for, I walked into City World Ford and their friendly and professional sales team helped me create my dream Bronco by adding the options on my wish list at a very fair price. I Love my Ford Maverick 2023. It’s really fantastic. Nevertheless, I have noticed my tires are getting bubbles on the side. I don’t know if it’s due to the Hot weather conditions. But, whatsoever might be the cause, I decided to take it to inspections and ran to City World Ford Service. Oh My God! This is the worse service no one shouldn’t received. First of all, no welcomed receive by anybody. Regardless of that, I had to be polite and greeted everyone. Moreover, to make it worse, I got the worse service representative named Manny. I explained how uncomfortable I was feeling while I was on the wheel with my trucks which miles are only 4,900. So my truck is still under warranty, Plus I have warranty with my tires. Also, Explained to him that based on this inspection, my company tires is willing to change my tires. Mr. Manny expressed “ we Don’t do tire inspection here. This is not a body shop” wrong move for Mr. Manny, I replied to him, “ Sir my truck is entitled to inspection thus it is still under my warranty bumper to bumper and all I need to check is why my truck is swaying to the right side at 55mph” He then asked where my truck was and we walk together to the service area where my truck is. A mechanic, whose name is unidentified stated to manny “ the tires need to be changed” However, Manny said that the designs of the tires are specialized to be like that, overpassing the mechanic observation, as if he would be a Mechanic. But wait there is more, the Manager of this location, intervenes putting himself as a mechanic, leaving his status of Manager, and also said that the tires are fine, refusing to do an inspection of my truck. I told them that what they are doing is illegal. Because of that, then manny calmed down and now inform me that if I want them to do an inspection, I must setup an appointment and leave my truck with them for several days to find out what is causing my truck to turn to the right side at that speed. Wow not! I would never trust these negligent team at this location. So I left with courtesy. You guys are so prick, excuse my language, thus I’m frustrating by your service to my person, that you don’t guys even should have the privilege to say that you guys work for Ford. So, my people take a look at these pictures and judge for yourself. Thanks 🙏🏽.

I got a car from this place and I haven't drive it one whole day because they sold me an useless vehicle. Now I'm with a huge loan driving a rental. The service department is even worse, I've been trying to get in touch with whoever's in charge of making the repairs of my car and even though have waited on hold for 27 minutes, called multiple times through the day and I can't get a hold on him. They offer to pay one month of my car payments to compensate for the hardship but I'm not satisfied. My holiday weekend is ruined thanks to them
