I bought a 2017 infinti qx60 the car was very clean and nice I really felt like these people sell the best cars I recommend you visit them. They also give you a good price range and their vehicles are always good.

This branch was the people and the staff working was there also manager the waste the time the people he give a car just only the people which one they give like commission $400 $500 and that guy directly I’m going morning 7 AM to 6 PM evening like five days they don’t gonna help me anybody because I don’t have commission which one I give to the all people is they are working so this is I recommend nobody go there and waste the time thanks so I recommend every people I request. Nobody go there and waste the time because the staff was help only for that people which one have to give four to $500 like commission that’s it. They get car straight away, doesn’t matter. The people was waiting all the day. No problem they help only the people which one they give the commission. I have to I have to watching five day morning, 7 AM to evening 6 o’clock

Do Not Trust These People !!!! They don’t care to have you waiting all day just to tell you they don’t have any cars available. When I asked why I wasn’t told this in the morning when I explicitly explained what I was there for, they simply brushed me off. They are incredibly rude and they have no respect for their customers.

I have been renting vehicles from the Tower company for almost 8 years, as a TLC driver in New York City. All maintenance and the required services were always completed on time, and the repairs were handled promptly and professionally, even when they were complex. Any concerns I had were consistently resolved. I’d also like to acknowledge the entire team—those who work there know who the real heroes are. I truly appreciate the years of reliable service and professionalism, which allowed me to smoothly grow as a driver. Thank you, guys, and Happy New Year!

Very disappointed, lack of communication, very unprofessional staff. I been a car rental customer for almost 3 years in this company, customer services sucks. The mechanics fixing your car dont care how long they take to work on your car because they dont get paid by car, only get pay by the hour so they take their sweet time, the staff dont care, all they want to do is rent sell and take your money, from there on, you are on your Own. So think twice before you do any business in this place

I wish I can give them zero stars. Always a problem with them. If I knew since the beginning I wouldn’t lease a car with them. PLEASE THINK ABLUT IT TWICE TO GET A CAR RENTED OR LEASED AT THIS PLACE 🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️

CARLOS is the best guy in here. Rented plate and car too. The whole process was really smooth and efficient. He makes sure you know everything in details about what you are doing. And process was really fast due to that. Way to go CARLOS! 💪🏻

Yordy has been such a help in getting me a car. I wanted to get a Tesla and he made sure that the second he got one I was the first person he called. When you do come visit this location I highly recommend you let yordy handle your situation. He’s great. The staff at the Bronx location is amazing.

Carlos tried to help me even though he's not customer service. Still the great guy I remember from his rental.

They only care about the money they take from you.they take from you in every way. They charge you 5$ to process every tolls. They charge you 1000 for their own pocket before the sell you a car & when I asked the reason for that he said the boss said so, they charge you 1000$ deductible for the slightest dent. Attention and please drivers stop going there. Go other places because you will always regret going there… After taking them to court, I won my Judgement & they were ordered to pay me my 1000 back with interest…

2 hour wait time to get the metris, once it came the vehicle registration was expired so had to let them know and they switched it to next year, if i did not tell them they would of just let me drive off just like that, once that was settled i opened the trunk and it was someones jacket in the trunk and a water gallon with pee inside, once i opened the other doors of the car the seats was dirty and that gave me the impression that one: they dont vacuum the cars and two: they dont sterilize there cars which in a time that we are in a pandemic that should be top priority and the AC in the back dont even work.
