Not transparent about pricing up front (there is a $125 diagnostic fee they won’t tell you about), slow service (2 days and my car wasn’t even touched), not communicative at ALL (I had to repeatedly call them, I felt like I was harassing them just to get a quote after 2 days of no communication) and overcharges. (My mechanic is charging me $800 for the work they quoted me $1200+ for - and that wasn’t even addressing the original problem which they told me wasn’t an issue.. my car wouldn’t start before I brought it to them and they had to jump it for me to get towed to my mechanic, so yes my car not starting is clearly an issue.)
My insurance company suggested them as 3rd best ranked auto shops near me but save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.
Honestly this is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty!! They offer excellent service with a great deal of experience. They were very knowledgeable and addressed the issues with my car at a very reasonable price. The employees were very professional and attentive. Also the towing service was excellent and only waited about 30 minutes for them to arrive. Excellent all around service at Blue Wrench. Thank you for the great service.
Would highly recommend! Was in from out of town and was referred here for services. Great quality, time til completion, and was actually lower prices than home. Will return when back in town needing services. Owner was awesome so was the stuff members. Wasn't being upsold something I didn't need like the shops back home.
Super expensive. $300 to go 7 miles. Other places quotes me less however I was having issues with my phone so had to call the first place I could get. My service was cutting out and I think because this place was close to where I was it allowed the call to go through without cutting off. I didn’t have the time to try over again to get somewhere else. If I knew I would have this trouble I would have called before I left home but since I had to travel to the location I thought getting there first would have been better. I was wrong. So I called this place, kept me waiting to take my order. Then waiting over an hour for someone to come. I felt like the charge was uncalled for not to mention where they drove, they must have been using the gps Uber and Lyft be using. The most unnecessary distance, for a moment I thought this man was taking the car somewhere else. I had to pull my my map to make sure I wasn’t being kidnapped. I guess this is what accounts for the fee. Then soon after I gave this company my information to charge my card, my card had a fraud charge against it. Thank goodness that I always logged my card and since this is a new card I only used for doordash and Lyft. Either this company or someone overheard me giving them my information copied my card number. But I would bet it had something to do with this company. Just be careful.
So these guys try to illegally toe my vehicle and I caught them in the process and the resume ti hold my vehicle hostage until the cops. Drive said it was his job.
Im from massachusetts they changed my alternator which is still having problems supposedly brand new i spent almost 300$ on .. than they messed up the tensor like this is so unprofessional
The service was awful. The man came 45 mins later and after we asked him for a jump start and he sped up and ran away and refused to answer our call. I DO NOTTTTTT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!!!!!! Don’t waste your time with this

Scammers. They salvage damaged vehicles, rool back their Odometer which is fraud. And then sell it to people. One of their client is zahid Shaear which a big scammer and liar. Becarful, these guys do not fear laws.
Alex and his partner were so helpful and so patient while trying to figure out a way to get my badly damaged car on to the tow. You can tell that they are good guys.
Blue Wrench is great. From them towing my car to the mechanic, & then doing all required repairs at a decent price, I highly recommend Blue Wrench to everyone. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future if need be.
Broke down in the middle of a busy road. Called blue wrench, they came, towed me and replaced my broken CV. My car was ready the next day and I was at work when the shop was closing. And out of pure courtesy, Blue Wrench delivered my car to my job at no additional cost.

Service was exceptional! I called requesting a tow, they came and diagnosed the problem, got my car running and recommended a place for follow up service. I would have had him just tow my car, but he found the problem and got the car started. He saved me a lot of time, trouble and money. I definitely recommend Blue Wrench Towing Service!!!
