As a senior citizen, I was reluctant to sell my car online. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to do with Carvana. Even a mistake can easily be fixed! Easy online with customer service, they give you the option of typing your questions. I had the choice of delivery or drop off. I chose drop off which was easy with friendly service and a smile. Happy I chose Carvana.

Very disappointed with Carvana, specifically the Bronx office on Ferris Place. My car was supposed to be delivered February 3rd and has been delayed three times because they kept saying my paperwork was missing or incomplete — even after I personally dropped it off at that location and sent it through FedEx with confirmed delivery. I was told everything was set for delivery, only to receive another call 24 hours before saying they didn’t have the form. I’ve gone to the Ferris Place office three times, and it feels extremely disorganized. It honestly seems like paperwork is being mishandled. This has been frustrating and stressful. Buying a car should not be this complicated.

My experience with Carvana was amazing. Selling my Mazda MX-5 was so quick and easy. I asked for a price quote on a Wednesday, and the car was sold and picked up on Friday. Bob who picked up the car was great; he was so professional. He explained everything about the paperwork that I had to sign. I highly recommend Carvana for the sale of your car.

I traded in my old car and bought a new one. Very easy experience. My delivery was delayed a couple days during a snowstorm so I don't fault or blame them at all. They called to let me know what was happening at every step of the process. The only "downside", if you can call it that, is they don't give you a lot of time to do the documentation in the purchase process. I feel like buying a car is a significant purchase, so a person should be prepared from the get go. Delivery personnel were pleasant and efficient. They had no problems delivering to my apartment complex. In NY, my vehicle came with permanent plates and they handled the state inspection and registration for me. No DMV visit required. I would recommend Carvana, most all the vehicles I looked at were fairly priced or better, and not losing a full day getting beatdown by a dealership is worth at least a thousand dollars in any case. They 7 day return policy and 100 day warranty I can't comment on personally as I haven't used it. I work in automotive service and have interacted with them on the repair side and have found them to be reasonable and quick to address any issues. Buy from Carvana, utilize the 100 day warranty and get the car inspected. I genuinely don't see a reason to go to a dealership if Carvana has the vehicle you want.

Honestly the selling of my vehicle was surprisingly GREAT! I literally dropped the vehicle off at 3pm and received my 20k+ guaranteed offer of ach payment by 8pm the same day. It was a smooth straight clear transaction. Definitely a refreshing experience!

Seamless transaction, so easy. My parents are elderly and needed to sell their car. I was stressing over how to sell a car. Being from the 80s, I thought I had to post newspaper ads :) Then my 82 year old mom said, hey, how about Carvana? I was stunned! I went online, had it sold in about 15 minutes, with a pickup scheduled. Price was very fair. I highly recommend Carvana.

Working with Carvana was quick and very easy. They gave me the best deal and it was a step by step process. Advocate inspected the car and gave me a check. The car was picked up the next day. Super easy. Experience was positive and hassle free.

The good news is the handoff and payment for my car were quick and seamless and so easy. The very bad news is I had to drive from lower Westchester to Garden City, Long Island, some 35 miles, and not only me but another driver to bring me back to Westchester, because Carvana would not pick up the vehicle either at my home or business. So we had three bridge tolls and extra gas. And traveling the bridges across the sound always entails accidents and bad traffic. But again, the handoff and the payment were excellent.

Absolutely terrible experience. They called me two hours before my car was supposed to be delivered to tell me that it was going to take another week to get the car. They essentially stole my $300 for delivery. I don’t even think the car was in the area. Do not do business with these folks.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Car was supposed to be delivered on Monday, was told there was a flat tire with nail and I would have to reschedule the delivery because they couldn't fix the flat tire in time for it to be delivered. Earliest delivery was Thursday, so I scheduled it to be delivered today. Their "advocate" called me to tell me she was going to deliver the car today and I asked her to confirm that they replaced the tire with the nail in it which she did. She showed up to my house with the NAIL in the tire completely visible. She said she I would have to call customer service to reschedule the delivery again and drove off, THEN SHE CANCELLED MY ENTIRE PURCHASE?!?!?! Worst experience ever, DO NOT USE

Sold my 2018 VW Tiguan, filled out the original form for estimate online, received a fair market price, Dustin and his trainer came the next day (actually), they looked over the car and put it on their flatbed. I received the check. Seamless, wonderful, excellent experience with Carvana. I highly recommend.

I purchased a vehicle through Carvana with cash and completed full payment over three weeks ago. Since then, the delivery has been delayed multiple times without valid explanation or accountability. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the delivery date has continued to change with little to no transparency. Most recently, I was informed that the car delivery would be delayed again due to Carvana popping the tire — damage that occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I asked for compensation for the repeated delays, the damage, and the time lost waiting. Carvana refused any form of compensation or expedited delivery, despite the situation being entirely their responsibility. I reported on BBB as well. Update: I got the car and there were trash in it center council and someonrs groceru list receipt dated 7/29/2025. Someone was driving it and then popped the tire and they lied to me saying it wasn't their fault even though it was in their possession. Now after 7 days of having the car, the service light came on and my alternator died when I was idling. Very sketchy company.

I can barely put into words how HORRIBLE their customer service is. After my delivery date being pushed back THREE TIMES with little to no explanation (please note, the explanation will change depending on who you talk to) my car was delivered COVERED IN DOG HAIR. I don’t know what standards they have in regards to these vehicles but it is LOW. Now, I love my car and I was willing to forgive all the but as I was pulling out of my garage, the garage staffed stopped me and alerted me to the fact that my car was leaking oil. Come to find out, it was because the valve/gasket covering the oil filter at the bottom of my car WAS NEVER TIGHTENED. So since my delivery 2 weeks ago, a steady stream of oil has been leaking. Which in my opinion is DANGEROUS AND NEGLIGENT. NoThe best part is (and if you are still reading this God bless you and RUN from this company) when I called customer service, they told me that 1. Everyone in leadership was too busy to speak to me and 2. THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. I was told that my issue was a warranty issue and I needed to take it up with another company because they were not at fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
