terrible customer service and no help at all scheduling PT they tell you don’t even bother because the wait time is too long for an appointment disrespectful
I came in extremely weak from two different spinal surgeries, working with my amazing Physical Therapist Brian was the best experience m. Brian knew exactly how to treat my condition, I’ve learned so much from him & my strength has increased with all he taught me. I highly recommend Burke Rehabilitation, there staff are helpful & professional. I appreciate you all for what you’ve done, God bless you all.
I had physical therapy at Burke Outpatient Rehabilitation & Therapy after suffering a quadriceps tendon rupture, and I’m very grateful for the care I received.
The entire team was professional, supportive, and encouraging throughout a challenging recovery process. They helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence while teaching me the exercises and techniques I need to continue improving on my own.
I especially want to thank my guy! Brian Wu, PT , for his guidance, patience, and expertise. He took the time to answer questions, explain the purpose behind different exercises, and adjust my program as I progressed. Even after completing therapy, he has remained available to provide information and direction when needed, which I truly appreciate.

Post op knee replacement. I could not have progressed as far and as rapidly as I did without the expertise of my PT Dominique. The place has an incredible energy, as its staff is young and vibrant. The entire group is incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding. The facility is incredible, with a view over the Bronx. If you are lucky enough to get a place in their schedule, you are on your way to the best you can be.
This is the perfect place if you want long-term rehabilitation. This place is immaculate with the latest equipment. My therapist Mr. Dembe Wilson is the ultimate professional, he knows his trade extremely well. I had my 4 procedure on my left leg Dembe was the best by far...
I was waiting for my appointment for 3 weeks. Did not receive any call from them then I had to call myself to find out they don’t take my insurance. But when I gave them my reference the lady at the front desk told me my insurance was good and wait for there call so there can get me in.
I was a patient here. The service I have received was top notch. Especially my therapist. Her name was Christina. She is the reason why I am walking today. The best I have ever met. I could not have been more grateful! A big thank you to Christina and to the rest of the staff.
As Pt there with a knee replacement surgery I has to said every ones there are from heaven my Therapy PAUL he does his job from his heart ❤️ You forget about pain with his carisma, jokes ..God bless him and all his family including Vino his Pet ?I will never forget you
