Very disappointed, the many items in the circular wasn't available. No raincheck or other substitute.

I've been coming here for years, I moved a few times and still prefer to shop here. This location is well stocked rarely that an item is out of stock. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. If you drive here there's metered parking right outside but from my experience traffic agents never seem to check this area.

I was just here buying juice. 18ct eggs are $13.99, almost a dollar a damn egg! This supermarket does such a disservice to their community with the price gouging. My only new year resolution is to not give this supermarket my business. Shame on the manager !

I love this supermarket cause they always have good sales also the manager is very helpful n friendly.

They have the best hero bread and all the bread in the bins is the best in all the supermarkets in the area. Western Beef bread is ok in the morning.

I'm so upset. Today June 13, a xl-xxl lady with a grey pant, a light pink shirt, and blonde hair, seemed to be an employee, wanted to pass near me and just ask me " to get away from her ", instead to ask nicely the way to go through. I'm very disappointed.

This supermarket needs to do better how are you charging 10! For bell peppers ? meanwhile in whole food which is organic it’s cheaper. ALDIs is cheaper too - Do better!!

This super market has its limits it does have good stuff most of the basics but it definitely doesn't have everything just today the day I'm weighing this review I wanted to buy a cheese cake but to no surprise of course it has mold and it looked like it was just restocked like that as if I was not supposed to notice it this super market is basically a win or lose situation if you don't check the expiration date on literally anything it's on you if you buy something that can make your family sick and with me having a kid one on the way and a husband I cook and feed I'm the type of parent that looks at the date on everything and anything or even the quality of goods such as bread fruits and veggies cause apparently in this market you've got to.

Nice b don't eat the greens or tomatoes or avocados pretty much avoid as much as possible. Good prices. ALWAYS look @ expiry date. They really need to put prices on things.

they dont take few cents off each package of meat for using the foam package( law states they need take off few cents of lb of package of meat due to use of foam,)( you not pay for foam). they charge for bags when people use SNAP and WIC they not supposed to charge for bags if use SNAP and WIC, According to sanitation and IRS law. People start asking for your pennies at stores when items cost .99 cents, can you imagine how much stores take in free money with these pennies not given back, 1day then weekly,then monthly, free money to them. We pay high prices for food, so collect your pennies ,not give free money to stores Lastly, spread word about the SNAP and WIC law, not pay for bags, and check your meats for the mentioned above and don't be scared to ask stores to weigh that meat, you will know if they not take those few cents

This is going to be my new kept secret supermarket. I found hard to find Caribbean seasoning and canned goods with ez. The oxtails were on sale so I had to grab them. And the rest of the meat was fresh and reasonably priced. The layout of the supermarket was easy to maneuver.. I will be shopping here even though I had to come from Manhattan to the Bronx well worth it.

They had a new guy in the deli. I order a sandwich. He put in a brown bag with no Plastic or foil around it. When I open the bag the meat in my sandwich came all out. They never answer their phone. They also have a lot of cashiers that are not friendly, have attitudes. If they cannot be friendly they should not be working with the public.

This place is garbage. I wasted my monthly WIC and everything molded within 2-3 days. Everything i bought had a decent expiration date until I’ll buy again but that’s not the case with this supermarket. Milk got spoiled fast, hamburger buns, wheat bread, salad bags and vegetables all rotted a day and a half later. I just bought a pack of chicken wings yesterday just for it to smell like bleach and apple cider vinegar, i just threw it out straight away. I’m wasting money i cant afford to but unfortunately I did. Do not buy from here!!

Well organized supermarket, sometimes only one register is open but once the manager sees the line she opens the other one up and are very quick about it. The quality of the raw meat is really good, I've actually never seen any bad meat thank god management is on point, thank you.

Not my #1 supermarket to buy, but I do love the selection they have for whole wheat bread. I also like the new renovations they did at the entrance. Very nice. Update: Somehow, this place has become 1 of my favorites it could be a little pricy, but I do like that when I shop, I don't feel overwhelmed by all the products around. Other places feel a little too much.

Disgusting! I purchased 4 boxes of Snapples come to find out they were expired a whole month ago. Not a good look at all. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there

Prices are 3x on most items compared to target, aldi etc. Example Progress soup: Pioneer $4.79 Target $2.05 I can go on and on. This place is taking advantage if they current situation and people .....poor people like myself

I'm OF Dominican decent n you would think that as a countryman they would treat u with more respect. But I am always made to feel unwanted n watched every time I go in here. N the dudes are fresh that work in the meat market in the back. Dude tried to talk to my wife. She told me. N dosent like to go in there anymore. She don't like the girls there either. They always have an attitude. Find another job, sheesh.

This is an okay supermarket for sales essentials and what not. They have a decent collection of goods. Spending something like $20 is perfect per trip. They could be a lot better though. Through my experience, they have a tendency to hide certain promotions from the public. This is why many customers need to ask where certain things would be. Your key to this store is the paper ad. They can't shade you over that. Overall, I would give more stars but they must stop giving shady customer service.

The only good thing about this place is that it is convenient apart from that it is one of the grossest grocery stores in the Bronx. Expired or moldy items is very common, super rude employees who think they are right even when signs are right there (with sale prices), and prices so much more expensive then need be compared to the other 3 stores nearby. Might as well go to western beef a bit away it’s mayhem there but at least everyone is nice and prices are decent.

The quality of the produce varys and they are quite expensive. Make sure when buying can goods always check the experation date and if it's on sale it's probably expired. I give it 3 stars because it close and closes at 9:00 pm.

This is one of my go to store for groceries. One thing brings to this store often is their beef tripe. I also love their fresh and organic produce. The associate are pretty nice and helpful. This store is also pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance here for the differently abled

Fairly large supermarket with a wide selection of foods. Latin American brands available. Wide variety of spices and hot sauces. Meat, produce, dairy, frozen foods, baby products, household products. There is also a delicatessen and freshly baked breadstuffs. Aisles are fairly wide. The supermarket looks a bit dingy and has a slightly stale odor.

I’m from the neighborhood and depend on this market for all my needs, but there prices are insane and they never have the items on there weekly ad. The cashiers are rude and even blame the customers for charging the wrong price, as well there’s a manager that never apologizes and always puts the blame on others. Not all the employees and managers are bad, the owners family, the stock personnel and baggers work really hard. If you shop here, you need to always check the expiration dates, the items you are buying and when they are ringing up your items. Every place has issues, but to go to a place where your customers depend on, you really need to step it up and work on customer service and quality of what you are selling and stop blaming everyone and take responsibility on your bad training.

Haven’t been here in a while because for starters they don’t remove groceries that has mold . For example I went to take out WIC and I had to leave because I grabbed a loaf of bread and it was nothing but moldy. Please I recommend to do you’re food shopping elsewhere. It’s not worth it with the overpriced and people who can’t do their jobs right.

Service is horrible and the quality of products, low. If you must shop here, be sure to check the expiration date of your goods. I gave them another chance because they recently changed the store around due to the neighborhood picking up in value but the quality is just not there. Save yourself the trouble and take a trip to Western Beef on Morris and 139th st. You'll thank me later.
