THIS TARGET IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, unacceptable customer service in my life. Every time I shop at this location, it feels like I’m inconveniencing the staff. You might as well pick up your own order because clearly no one here wants to do their job. The laziness is unbelievable. And let’s talk about Yuli. Her tone was completely inappropriate and rude. She clearly needs retraining on how to speak to paying customers. Customer service is not optional. Management seriously needs to address this immediately. Do better.

Discrimination upon entry, this has happened to me and people I have entered with multiple times where they stop you at the door and force you to tell them your age. Even if you tell them your over age they continue to harass you and it ruins the shopping experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Went to return any item but had no receipt, I was told by the manager elli that the general manager of the store doesn’t allow returns with no receipt.let make this clear company policy is company policy u can’t change a return policy because u don’t like it, if the general manger doesn’t like it then he can contact corporate.

I used to genuinely enjoy shopping at Target. For years, it was a reliable, pleasant experience—well organized, efficient, and customer-friendly. Unfortunately, my last few visits have been increasingly disappointing, with my most recent visit being especially frustrating. Last week, I stopped in expecting a quick trip to pick up a few items. Instead, I was met with a single cashier line open and approximately 18 customers waiting—visibly impatient—for additional registers to open. Despite the long line and obvious customer frustration, there was no visible effort by management or staff to address the situation or accommodate those waiting. After standing there for some time with no communication or intervention, I ultimately gave up, left my items behind, and walked out feeling frustrated and disappointed. It was a regrettable experience and not at all what I’ve come to expect from Target. I understand that staffing challenges exist, but a lack of responsiveness or acknowledgment from staff makes the situation far worse. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects a noticeable decline in the in-store experience at a retailer I once truly enjoyed.

Half of the items sold in the store are locked up, and you could press the help button, and go shop in every store on exterior street before an employee comes to unlock the items

This store has some rude cashiers, not all of them, but there are a few who act like they haven't received any training on how to treat people. To you, who hate your job as a cashier at Target and the customers who spend their money at the store, remember this: if customers stop shopping at the store because you treat them badly, then the store stops making a profit, and if the store stops making a profit, you'll be out of a job. And if you lose your job, you'll stop enjoying the only day of the week you like, which is payday. Some people don't realize that employee salaries come from the customers' pockets; the employer just makes the deposit. It's simple: no customers, no job, no money

Pretty decent Target, but one problem i always run into is trying to get somone to open locked items. Typically it takes 30 minutes of asking around, being thrown around, and waiting before I finally get someone to unlock a display. Idk if you need more staff, but its very annoying.

I placed an order through the Target app from Atlanta for my GrandBlessing in New York and had my Brother pick it up in the store. Although the order had been processing for over an hour, Guest Services told him they couldn’t assist because the order “wasn’t ready.” No alternative options were offered, such as having a team member help to locate the items. My Brother asked multiple employees for assistance and was directed to the department, where the items were difficult to find. One employee said they didn’t work in that department, and another refused to get the Store Manager, stating it wasn’t his job and being unnecessarily dismissive. At that point, I called the store myself and waited over three minutes with no answer from Guest Services. After my Brother asked again through a different employee, the Store Manager, Marie, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She apologized for the earlier issues and personally escorted my Brother to both items. The experience began very frustrating, yet THANK YOU to Marie for demonstrating true leadership and customer service. On my next visit to NY, she definitely deserves a high five.

Overall, really like this target. The products they have are really good and what we need in the Bronx. Staff is really helpful, too. Only complaint would be the inventory doesn't match what's on the app (the app will say there's things in stock when there's not) & the time for staff to come and open the locked items.

Order pickup here is more of an inconvenience than a convenience. The wait times are excessive, and it is often faster to find the items and pay at the register yourself. The efficiency of the pickup staff needs significant improvement.

Pick-up here has been fine, somewhat on the slow side. Regular check-out is often very slow, and there is no self check-out. There is no real seating by the Starbucks. The bathroom at least is fine and maintained. Besides that, it’s a regular full size Target.

Drive up order was inaccurate & late. I only ordered 3 items & 1 was a boys version instead of a pink girls version. The day before, the order pick up line was horrendous & unhelpful. I'd give 0 if possible.

Sorry but, my order wasn’t even ready, it defeats the purpose to order a head, I try to add one single more item to my order and they said cancel it and purchase it at the store. Bad bad bad costumer service.

Terrible shopping experience. I placed an online order, Items were canceled. I had to go in person to personally shop for the items that were canceled just a few hours later. Employees definitely weren’t helpful, as I was left by a fulfillment employee to just stand there for 20 minutes only for her to never return with an item from the back & another 25 minutes on line for customer service. Never again!

I went to pick up an online order. I had a 4 employees walk by me. At least 1 of them was a supervisor. Two asked me if I was being helped. I said no and they just walked away. They didn't both saying they'll get someone to help me or they could help me themselves. HORRIBLE. I ended up walking to the aisle to pull my own order. I went back to the service desk and was still ignored. Finally, I paid at a regular checkout register.

I am an old lady 75 years old. I always come to this target here in 700 exteriol st Bronx Ny. And after not going here for a few months, i came to shop today and i was surprise their shoping carts cannot work outside perimeter. It gets block and the security told me i can’t leave the place to go put my items in my car in target’s parking lot. I had to carry all one by one and nobody helped me to put it in my car. I noticed they dont even have cart attendants anymore . I think they lied to me that the carts gets block because they tell people is because other peoples are stealing it. It makes no sense, whats the cart attendants are for? Also they claimed they have 4 cart attendants, and if so, what they do if the carts are not outside to be picked up! By the way, i used the bathroom and they have toilet papers hanging on a rope, this target got very ghetto! I wont come back here anymore. It makes no sense this is a 500 fortune company and they dont want to pay cart attendants and forcing people to carry their items to their cars. Worse customer service ever. I dont recomend anybody to come here , specially elderly people and disable people. They wont be able to push the carts or grab their items they paid for to the parking lot!

I’m super disappointed in my experience and the behaviors that I witnessed at the target at Bronx terminal tonight. I walked around the store for at least 40 minutes trying to get help from associates! There are signs all throughout the electronic aisles, telling you to press buttons for assistance.. assistance But they’re actually are no buttons on the aisles. I asked Das for help, she was absolutely nasty and rude to me from the very beginning, I noticed her being very offputting to people of color and darker tones, but very helpful to Dominican customers with lighter tones! Every time I came to extra for help, she sent me another directions to someone else! She pointed me towards a team member named Trey? He was even ruder than her! Finally, they directed me to floor managers for assistance? Every leader, I talked do did not know the names of the team members, they were looking at deployment machines to try to figure out what the names were. ABSOLUTELY unorganized! I kept asking for the store operator and Director and was given the runaround! There were a bunch of TL’s on the floor, with no actual inside on the business, culture, or solution minded feedback to deescalate the issue! The team of my das told me she was busy and that she was not going to help me! I walked out of the store 45 minutes later and left the microwave and other supplies at the counter as I was in utter disgust! No inclusion, no diversity, nasty behaviors on the floor and horrible culture! I won’t be back anytime soon

Absolutely horrible service, no self checkout and the cashiers seem to be paid to be as slow as humanly possible. I'll never come here unless I have 2 hours to wait on line to pay for 3 items. Never will I com3 here again! Managers are just as slow or non existent!

They need to work on how they organize those aisle. Where is the help on the FLOOR ‼️ Why is the cashier line soo confusing ? Honestly every trip is an experience and NOT IN THE WAYs you would believe If it wasn’t so close to home. This location WOULD NOT BE A OPTION. Do better PLEASE Cashiers need to know more SPEAK UP BE MORE INTERACTIVE WITH CUSTOMERS

Came in for an online pickup order and the staff weren’t welcoming at all. Never experienced this in the North Bergen location. From guest services to the manager Maribel. I was told to wait 3 hours until they process my order. Instead I canceled the order and purchased it in store. All a team member had to do was retrieve the order for me to ensure customer satisfaction, but they were more concerned with doing absolutely nothing. Doing absolutely nothing to help their customers must be the team spirit. I now see why I need to stay under Walmarts roof.

I had a terrible experience at this Target location. They had a bunch of clothing irons marked at a certain price, but when I got to the register, it rang up much higher. I showed a photo of the price tag, but the staff refused to honor it. This is actually the second time I’ve caught them with misleading prices. Two managers were extremely rude when I asked for help. When I politely asked for their names, they refused and walked away. One employee later told me one of the managers is named Eli. I also called customer service and spoke to Justine, who admitted it was an employee mistake but said it was up to the store manager to honor the price — which they refused to do. Blaming the customer for their own pricing error is unacceptable. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I won’t be shopping here again.

Elmer with guest services was extremely professional and efficient. He assisted me returning a couple unused and unneeded items. Elmer and team also step up and assisted with checkouts towards the end of the day…we all know base on multiple reviews discount prices posted can be unregistered in Target’s system. I took photos and Elmer honored the prices posted in store. Review is for my experience with Elmer’s customer service. I’d come back next time I’m visiting family in the Bronx because of this experience.

I love this target. It’s the staff at guest service who are horrible. I love Carmen and the African American older lady but the rest they are so reckless I so dislike it. Careful when u do an order pickup.

Bait & Switch. They stock the non-sale items in the sale item space. See photo. Every item on this shelf is NOT the sale item. They are literally twice the advertised price Had my original cashier not been really nice and had the manager not honoured the advertised price, they would get 1 star. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at that location.

This being the only target in the immediate area, you would think they could at least be informed as to what is available inside or online. Staff was absolutely no help in finding anything inside their sections. Customers couldn't find an employee to help even at self checkout when the cash registers stopped working. The store and bathrooms were clean enough, and the Starbucks inside finally didn't have a line or a mess in front of it. Wouldn't recommend this target location. Perhaps another location would be a better option.

This target is very busy. It’s better if you go early in the morning. Because after 12pm it’s packed. They have long lines but they do move pretty fast. They usually have everything stocked that’s in the sales paper. They have all cleaning supplies and no limit on them as of 01/23/21. Bathroom. The rest rooms are pretty gross. I went to raymour and Flanigan to use clean restrooms Staff- non helpful, they act like they don’t know where anything is at Price check- it’s better to have the target app to price check because everything is out of order and not placed ext to the right thing.

Pros: (+) Parking garage (+) Good location, near other stores (Home Depot, Michaels, BJ’s, etc) (+) Friendly staff Cons: (-) You can’t roll the carts out of the store which makes it difficult when transporting heavy-oversized merchandise. (-) Eating area in front of Starbucks and pizza section is dirty. Spilled drinks, sticky tables, trash, etc (-) Messy store
