This truck tuck company literally saved my life. There are people out here in the world who have compassion and I must say I am forever thankful. I was stranded, alone, in an apartment complex, cold in my car without car heat nor the funds to properly get towed during the freezing hazardous conditions in the roads. I was unable drive due the snow. I called numerous truck tow companies, desperately asking for sympathy to get towed. If it wasn’t Landin rescuing me, I literally would have frozen to death in that car. Thank you, sincerely from the bottom of my heart. I am forever grateful. You saved my life, man.

Just received Towing Services. I couldn't wait to do this review. Called after 11pm and received great customer service. ( literally called other services before CTR and they literally didn't want to come or would over-charge ) Did I say great customer service from the beginning... Timing was awesome. Expected 2 hrs wait came less the 35 minutes. Driver Omar was the best. Great Customer Service. ..meaning made you feel comfortable? He was knowledgeable and show courtesy. ( did i mention this is now around Midnight ) and this company and its people are still this pleasant. Omar even was able to help me see my issue even as vehicle was lowered..he pointed it out helping me to understand what I could do to better fix and maintain this issue. I was extremely grateful to the whole experience. This company is in my phone and will use this company first for my fleet of Vehicles. 5 stars service even after Midnight People.

CTR is a trusted and tested Towing & Recovery company with the ability to handle any need you may encounter on the roadway, construction site, or parking lot. Pay for experience or pay others to be the experience.
Driver turned on lights and blew horn and drove up the service lane almost causing wreaks as if he was an emergency vehicle through backed up traffic and then once out of traffic turned lights off. He didn’t want to sit in traffic so he almost caused a wreck.
The whole team at CTR were great to work with. Dustin our tow truck driver was amazing! He treated my car like his own. Will 1000% be using CTR again if needed and referring them to everyone I know!
It was a good experience. I would definitely use them again. The only reason for the 4 star is a little miscommunication between the nighttime crew and the morning crew. It didn't affect my situation negatively at all and they called me immediately to rectify the situation. The driver was knowledgeable and delivered my vehicle with no issues.
Very Professional and knowledgeable. Also very friendly. The driver cared and did his best. Even made sure where we dropped off my truck that it was exactly where the dealer wanted it. Also great truck and a very comfortable ride.
As professional as they come! Got right to it, no hesitation and within minutes, job completed! Weird for a trailer to be dropped with 5,000 lbs on the trailer to find the only sink hole in a huge parking lot! How coincidental!!! Go figure!! The gentleman who did it was VERY PROFESSIONAL! Hell, it took longer waitin' for payment than it did doin' the job!!! Lol hysterically and to my surprise, as I told the operator, REASONABLE! Thought it was definitely gonna be WAAY more than it was considering it was the weekend! Hey, shit happens, right!? And didn't wait long AT ALL!!! Thanks again! Top notch the whole way! WOW, just WOW... This crew saved me when my 5th wheel trailer broke a leaf spring on I-30 in Dallas! They came out with four pieces of equipment including a huge flatbed semi and about seven guys. They disconnected my trailer and (somehow) got it loaded up on the flatbed... all on the "shoulder" (about six inched from the traffic lane) of a REALLY busy freeway. The next day, they towed my from Dallas up to Paris, TX, carefully avoiding all the low points along the way (we were almost 16' tall). They unloaded me at the RV rally that I had been heading for (Eclipse 2024), all exactly as the organizers requested. Some fancy maneuvering was done with that big ol' flatbed! The entire event was handled with utmost professionalism! It was an expensive tow job, but the amount of equipment, knowledge, and manpower involved justified the cost. If you have a "sticky" problem, requiring heavy, high grade equipment, and a pro team, CALL CTR... Your job will be done right!!
