Willie was very punctual and professional. He got to the final destination and placed the car in the car at the mechanic shop quickly and even asked (as most drivers don’t) was there anything else he could do for us!!! The wait time for his arrival to our house was under 30 minutes when the forecasted wait time was over 1 hour!!! Thanks so much!!!

Abraham is absolutely PHENOMENAL! He has towed 2 of my cars (Tesla/Mercedes) to their specified locations quickly and communicated efficiently as soon as he arrived. No dents, issues with either vehicle upon arrival and treats them like his own.

Excellent Service from Junior!

Junior was absolutely amazing! He arrived much faster than expected and was incredibly patient and helpful—especially since none of us knew how to drive the standard transmission car out of my long, curved driveway. He handled everything with care and confidence, making sure the vehicle was loaded safely. His professionalism and calm approach made a stressful situation so much easier.

Highly recommend Junior for outstanding service

I can’t say enough good things about this tow company! From the moment Rashad Harris arrived, it didn’t feel like just a service—it felt like a friend from back home in Mississippi had come to help me out. Professional, courteous, and truly down-to-earth. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I felt completely taken care of.

We had an amazing experience with Rashad Davis at Tow Now! After the first tow company assigned by our warranty provider flaked on us, we were rescheduled with Tow Now—and I’m so glad we were! Rashad provided top-notch service, arriving right on time and keeping us informed every step of the way. Clear communication in the towing business is rare, but Rashad nailed it. Professional, reliable, and efficient—couldn’t ask for better service. Keep up the great work! Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!
