Paid these guys alot of money to tow my freightliner and all they did was strip it of all the dash components. Now my truck undrivable and unsafe. Straight thieves and I would never recommend this company to anyone. And I will tell everyone to never use this company
I had Luis help me yesterday. I call him he says he can service me in 20 mins he pulled up 10 and he got the job done fast . No harm to my vehicle and he didn’t charge too much at all .
All around thief. Towed my truck from a place that didnt have any private property signs and took it to someones backyard and didnt have any kind of paperwork as an impound lot. Then when I showed up they wouldnt release my car basically saying too bad....cops were called and I got my car. If I didnt have a tracker they would have parted my truck out.

Best in town ! Towed my dropped truck like nothing! Other tow companies denied me cause my truck is lowered. These guys didn’t hesitate to help me. Fast service and loaded my truck onto there flatbed with no problems. Definitely using these guys again. They’re the best in dfw !
Karla, was so helpful and knowledgeable. My Jeep left me in a parking hut and I didn’t know how I was going to take it home. My insurance was going to take over an hour to get there. She got there in like 10 mins. She helped me so much and made the process so smooth and easy. I recommend her! She’s amazing!

This is the second time I use Carrasco towing and it’s always been a great experience. I had to get to work that day and my car broke down, Mr. Carrasco towed my car to the nearest mechanic and then gave me a ride to work. That to me was great customer service.
My son called me that he was stuck on 35 and his phone was not working properly. I was able to kind of sort of get his location and could not communicate with him anymore. I called Carrasco Towing and they were so incredible kind and understanding. After a few while, as a mom, I began to panic, but they kept in touch with me and let me know when they found him. I thought they might charge me extra because they honestly went out of their way to find my son, but they did not. They will be my go to towing truck from now on. Highly recommended.
I was stranded on the highway, and decided to give them a call, they responded quickly, the price was fair, and they actually showed up within the time frame that they had given me, unlike other towing companies. The driver was very friendly, and handled my 2014 Chevy Malibu with care. I will most definitely keep using them.
