I took my car for an exhaust rehanging since the welds broke they inspected it told me what I needed done didn't push any extras on me and fixed it for the price I was quoted all within 30 minutes and I was on my way. I highly recommend their services .
I ran over a trash car part on 635 and caught a hole in my resonator which made my car run louder. These guys welded the hole in less than 5min and instantly fixed the issue for a decent price! Gracias amigos! Highly recommended!
Took my 2015 Jeep here to have new Flowmasters I purchased installed. I highly highly recommend these people. They took their time to ensure precise work was involved with cutting and welding the exhaust system. $200 is all they charged me and they got it done in under an hour!!!! These guys couldn’t be better - I mean that, I will be an avid client for life!
Had to edit this review from 5 stars to 2 because the company was sold and the new owners have no idea what made it so popular to begin with. They are rude, give short answers, and seem to dislike speaking with customers. I sent my partner to try just in case it was me, and they ignored him, too. I asked about several issues that they straight up refused to even look at. When I mentioned that I've had the exact same problem repaired here previously, they thought that was just a dumb business model and a waste of time, which is how I learned about the ownership change. If you buy a strong business, don't blow off the customers that come with it.
The real issue though is that they don't actually know how to repair anything - they just recommend replacing the whole damn part/system in question. This happened to us 3 times before we figured out that the owner everyone knew and loved was gone.

Honest mechanics with decent prices and amazingly fast turn around times. These guys are direct and courteous, cool with customers who purchase their own parts, and happy to finish off a project if you get in over your head (not that I've ever done that 😂). If you're tired of leaving your car somewhere for days, or having someone replacing instead of fixing, these guys are a solid go to.
Hercules auto repair is absolutely fantastic with their service. They’re very quick. What one shop charged me over two grand for Hercules charged me only 1800 they make sure they get the job done right and let you know what really is wrong with your car. They are awesome!! They finished everything in one day!
Came in no appontment got quoted better than a childhood friend i was out in less then a hour given my brake system coroded from Chicagos salty ice otherwise i wouldve been out quicker . None the less they didnt quit got the job done and earned a life time client as well as referals thanks a lot
So there communication services is screwed up. I had a Cadillac converter replaced on my car and my check engine light is came back on and it was saying that the Cadillac converter was the problem, so I was supposed to get my money back for the converter and when I got there, the story change to putting back the bad one on my car and give me my money back or just keep the one they put on there and not give me any money back. I was like that’s not what we discuss in the beginning. So the communication and service is poor, don’t recommend going to them.
These guys had the hearts to look our car over right before they closed. We were so worried about it overheating. They were thorough, knowledgeable and kind.
Do not go here if they tell you diagnostic is free! It’s not free and they will tell you it is.
Found someone down the street that will make the fix I need for 50% less. I paid the $80 diagnostic fee since it’s still cheaper but they are fraudulently telling customers they don’t have a diagnostic fee.

Hercules is always fairly priced and honest to me. They are my go to local shop for the in-ground alignment racks for lowered cars. Also had quick exhaust work multiple times without issue.
Very nice & respectful. Quick & easy. They have a clean air conditioner office to sit in while you wait. They looked, gave me a diagnosis, and info on cost, less than 10 min wait. Thx Willie
Had a power steering pump put on a little over 1 year ago, already making terrible noise,like dry bearing. Will take up there and see what they say, I know one thing they'll say is it's already out of warranty. That's a dang shame for just a little over a year old and I probably put about three thousand miles on my car this year on it
This place got my loyal car back running again and I’m so glad I found them! They were able to work with me and were quick for getting my car repaired and ready same day!
They wasted my time. When I dropped my car off at 9:30am I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. At 11:30am I called to check in and they hadn’t even started or reached out to let me know there was a delay. I’m taking my business somewhere else.
I had a great interaction with this garage they were straightforward honest workers who charged a fair wage for their services I bought the brake pads they put them on in a timely manner and I’m extremely happy and will go back
Someone cut out a piece of my catalytic converter pipe overnight and these guys fixed it up in minutes! Fastest auto service I have ever experienced and the price was more than fair. Thank you all for your help! Kind staff and great service.
Someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter and left me with a slit on the top end before the cats. I came here to have that welded and install a complete catback exhaust.
I got to the shop around 3/330 and the only mechanic that could help me had just gone to lunch. I was told that unless I left my truck, there was a possibility that I'd be skipped in line. So I left it and told the guy there I'd be walking to get something to eat around the corner. He didn't ask for my number and I completely forgot. I came back maybe 45min later and my truck was lifted and everyone was back.
The only reason I gave 3/5 stars is the pricing and how the service was conducted. I was quoted $120 for the welds(one cut), and it was explained that this was because the location of the cut required them to unbolt & drop the cats, weld them, then put them back... because the gun could not reach the spot just behind the wheels. OK. That's fine... Your shop, your price. I watched them weld the pipes and not once did they unbolt and drop the pipes. The truck was lifted and he welded the pipe from under.
I was quoted $250 to install the exhaust, which I thought was outrageous but I wanted to get this installed today. So far so good and as I watched them install the exhaust they did a good job. The exhaust sounds great.

After some troglodytes stole the catalytic converter off my car, I went to Hercules and they installed new pipe. Welded and mounted and out the door in a couple hours. Good people.
Quality service done extremely fast. Price points are very fair if not dominating the competitors. Will not go anywhere else. Got my brakes, rotors, and oil changed here and I’m and beyond happy. Thank you gentlemen!
Backed into a curb and hit the exhaust pipe lightly, knocking the resonator loose in the middle of the exhaust line. Made the car very loud. Easy fix. Was a $30 weld, and took 15 or 20 minutes. Easy communication; all the guys were friendly.
Really good customer service and price is just right. I respect the opinion to bring the parts needed for replacement and paying for labor. So far I've had an upper control arm and ball joint replaced and then a tune-up.Thinking about making this my go to mechanic. I will return when the need is necessary.
Well my husband went to get a quote on a suspension for his truck , the guy there said sure one moment and continued to read his book , then the lunch truck came and he left to go talk to the lady at the lunch truck , the mean time my husband is waiting for him to return, but he didn’t, needless to say my husband walked away. I guess they don’t want his business. I give them a negative star!!
These guys do a great job. Took my car in to have Tie Rods replaced because NTB had told me they needed to be replaced. They checked the car out and there was no problem with the Tie Rods. They didn't charge me a dime. They have done several repairs on my car and always do an excellent job. If I could give them more stars, I would.
Had a muffler quoted for $85 elsewhere, place was closed before closing time. Called Hamms & they recommended this place. Got quoted $80 by Gaby, went in, was serviced right away. When I paid I was told I had a 1 year warranty, wasn’t expecting that but loved it. The staff was nice and answered all my questions. Will definitely go again and recommend it to anyone else. A bit of a drive from plano but well worth it.
Took a printed out copy of my trouble code from Auto Zone. Do this people! It's free. With this code they were able to know just what was needed to get my baby to pass inspection!! Over two months later still no engine light. The weld job is decent. This is one thing I was worried about after reading other reviews. Happy with the same day service I got and will be back for more work needed.
