I was in a car crash., a different tow truck company. Never showed up. Thankfully, my insurance provider found this company, and they showed up within like 30 minutes and got my car home. I'm so blessed for Jesse. Come in to get my vehicle and getting me out of a bad neighborhood.
I had a great experience with tow truck driver Junior. His customer service was outstanding from the moment he arrived, he even called to let me know he was pulling up. Junior handled my car with care throughout the entire process and made sure everything was secure before leaving. I later confirmed that my car made it to the collision center with no issues. I truly appreciate the professionalism and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

This business is the WORST! First wait time was 90 minutes, then after the 90 minutes, 39 minutes, then 30, after 3 hours 15 minutes they showed up. No apology, nothing. Poor business practices!
This is by far the most unprofessional roadside service I have ever dealt with.
I called for a tow, not a jumpstart. When the driver arrived, I explained that the vehicle has a known computer issue for this make and model, where the system falsely thinks the car is not in park. Despite this, the driver repeatedly argued with me that it was a battery issue. When he couldn’t jump-start the vehicle, he left without providing the tow I requested, even after I clearly stated I did not call for a jump.
I contacted the company afterward, and they were unhelpful and seemed irritated that I even called. No attempt was made to correct the situation.
The next day, I had to call my insurance again to set up service, and unfortunately, the same company was assigned. I received a text stating the ETA was 120 minutes, with no further communication. After waiting over two hours, I called for an update and was told it would be another 90 minutes. Immediately after that call, I received a text saying I canceled the service, which I absolutely did not.
When I contacted my insurance, they informed me that Relief Net Road Service claimed they had called me several times and I didn’t answer — which is completely false. I received no missed calls or voicemails.
This company is dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend using them under any circumstances.
I’d like to sincerely thank my tow truck driver, Derick, for the outstanding service he provided on 1/2/2026. He took great care towing my vehicle, clearly understanding the proper procedures and taking extra precautions. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roadside assistance.
Derek came to pick up my daughter’s vehicle after being sideswiped at the mall. He knew exactly where the vehicle was going and had me in good hands. Professional and courteous worker that made me feel comfortable with dropping off the vehicle. He even sent pics that the keys were placed in the Dropbox at the repair shop. Great guy and service!
Yesterday I needed a towing service and the experience was very good. I would especially like to highlight Willi, who was very professional, punctual, and attentive at all times. He clearly explained the process, handled the vehicle with care, and conveyed confidence from the very first minute.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from my tow truck driver Geo on the night of Wednesday 12/10. From the calls prior to arriving till he found me on side of the highway, his patience, professionalism and expertise were evident.
I was particularly impressed by how careful he was in handling my vehicle. He took extra time to ensure my car was properly secured and towed without any damage, which was especially important since I drive an all-wheel-drive vehicle that requires special attention during towing. He clearly understood the proper procedures and took every precaution to protect my car.
Beyond his technical skills, he was genuinely friendly and made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. His positive attitude and willingness to help really made a difference.

I want to get straight to the point — as someone who works in customer service myself, I was absolutely furious with the level of service I received from one of your employees, Israel.
When he arrived, I answered his call and noticed he was parked in front of one of my employee’s cars. I politely asked if I needed to have my employee move their car out of the way, but he ignored my question. Without saying a word, he snatched my keys out of my hand and began taking pictures of my vehicle.
I immediately told him how inappropriate and unprofessional that was, especially from a customer’s perspective. His response was, “I can just leave if you don’t want it.”
When I asked for my keys back and told him I needed to quickly grab my things from the office to come with him, he gave me a dismissive look, got in his truck, and abandoned the job entirely.
This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I sincerely hope Mo, the manager, is made aware of this incident and takes appropriate action. It’s shocking that someone representing your company would behave this way.
This was such a blessing to get help from them. Jessie, the driver, came to pick up my car. The accident was awful I was exhausted at that time and scared. I was in an empty parking lot. It was turning dark. Jessie called his company and talked about the situation. He said he got permission to stay with me till the uber driver came. With the call with insurance company, finally I was able to leave the parking lot around 9:30. Jessie had waited for me for almost an hour. He helped me to move the stuffs in my car to the Uber. I was so touched by their kindness. It powered me up at that moment. I pray God bless him and his family, bless their company too. Life is beautiful when you shine with kindness. Thank you.
Russell to the Rescue! Two times during the past two weeks I have needed the help of a tow. I was blessed to have the same tow truck driver Russell got my car in a timely manner. He was polite and professional, and delivered it to the auto shop. Regretfully, we ran into another problem with the same car. This time Russell drove to my daughter‘s job where the car was. She was still working, so he inconvenienced himself by going inside of the restaurant and get the keys for her! How nice was that! I was so happy and I am happy to let everyone know that if you are in trouble and need a tow and need it done, timely and need it done politely and professionally relief net roadside and Russell in particular will not leave you sitting on the side of the road
