Today, May 30, my vehicle overheated and I needed a tow truck to transport my vehicle to my mechanic.
When I did a Google search for tow truck service near me, this company popped up first so I gave them a call.
About 15 minutes, the tow truck picked me up and took me and my vehicle to my mechanic.
Tow truck driver was very nice and did a great job. If I ever need another tow, I will be calling them again.
Went to another tow company and wouldn’t even give me the time of day to pick my truck up and an small engine block. These guys asked for pictures of my truck and came 30 minutes and fixed my broken wheel and towed it 10 minutes away with an engine block. These guys are amazing and Omar the truck driver was awesome.
The customer service is poor they don’t even take your car off the bed ,( if I called y’all to tow it because it doesn’t run how do you expect some one to take it off the bed ) , person who text is very naive , they tell you false prices , unprofessional & would never use them again .. very sorry , laziness , not worth the unprofessionalism
