This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Hebron Towing and Inspection in Dallas, TX scores a strong 96/100 from recent feedback. Customers consistently praise very fast inspections (often in minutes), friendly/professional staff, and fair pricing; many report no wait and smooth DMV upload. Strengths: quick turnaround, courteous service, and good value. Weak spots: one serious complaint about an oil-change charge without work done, plus confusion over hours and a location that’s hard to spot; brief construction noted but not disruptive. Little info on parts inventory, yard setup, or finding parts.

Scammers! I went to this place for a vehicle inspection, and the owner looked at my dash and told me I needed an oil change (which I did). He told me the oil change was $80, and when I checked my fluids after I got home an hour later, I could tell that the oil change was not done.
While I was there, the owner asked me when was the last time I had gotten an oil change because my oil cap was extremely hard to get off ("One of the worst cases I've ever seen," he said). I told him I've had issues in the past with oil change places charging me but not changing the oil, so he was warned. He even went on to say he doesn't know why people scam customers because everything is about his customers at his shop.
Great service & a great job, quick & easy work.. I initially went next door but nobody was there so I came to Hebron Towing.. only went for a state inspection but it also looks like they do body work and mechanical as well..
Great guys. Really fair prices and definitely work toward getting you to keep coming back. Under a little bit of construction at the moment but it didn't seem to be even the slightest issue! A friend got her car inspected and the AC recharged in about 10 minutes tops.
Very professional, very quick, very friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Officially certified with the Texas DMV so you get your information uploaded online right away and don't have to waste your time waiting in line later.
First time at Hebron inspection station happened to be i the neighborhood and need my car inspected the owner David helped me out nice guy polite took care of me quickly I’d recommend coming to him
Agree with the other reviewers. This place was friendly and fast. Kind of in a hidden industrial area, but my GPS took my right to it and you can't miss the official state inspection sign.
