Service was good they were easy to communicate with and left the car back to perfect fitment and everything was great 5 star service

So grateful for Ramirez Body Shop. Had a hit and run accident they were able to work with my insurance and get it back to looking brand new in a really good amount of time. My trunk latch broke off to the point I couldn't close my trunk. Not the one on the lid, but in the actual trunk. Brought the car over, they've inspected the damage, and offer me fix on a spot. An hour later, I drove off with my trunk closed. Great service, fast, cheap and precise work. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with Ramirez Auto Body Shop on Fitzhugh in East Dallas. One of our plumbing vans had roof damage, and from the very first phone call their team was locked in. They picked up right away, were extremely responsive, and let me know I could bring the van in immediately. As soon as I arrived, they took a look, gave me a clear and fair quote, and really listened when I explained how critical our vans are to our business. I asked if there was any way they could turn it around quickly, and they didn’t overpromise, they simply delivered. The repair was completed within just a couple of days, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, they stayed in communication, checked in, and provided updates so there were no surprises. My son had an accident and because he was at fault wanted to avoid involving our insurance. We took both his car and the other car that was involved in the accident to Ramirez Auto Body, located at 1443 S Fitzhugh Ave in Dallas, TX were extremely pleased. I cannot praise them enough for their timeliness, attention to detail, and excellent service The best part was the reasonable price that I paid.

Phenomenal communication, gave me a honest review of my car and helped get the process of my breaks, rotors and alignment don’t in only an hour. Alex was extremely helpful and straightforward. Definitely will be coming back to get more body work done from them soon!

These guys seriously knocked it out of the park with my car. I wanted something bold and they delivered big time with a shiny crimson red paint job that looks insane in the sunlight. The shine is so clean it almost looks like glass, and the color has this deep richness that makes the car stand out everywhere I go. What I really liked is how easy they were to work with — no runaround, no hassle, just straightforward communication and top-notch work. They got it done on time, and when I picked it up, I was blown away. I’ve already had random people stop me in parking lots to ask where I got it painted. Can’t recommend this shop enough. I don't know where to start! By the reviews alone, I was blown away by all the good things people had to say about this excellent body shop. Mr Alex was very respectful and honest. I brought a 2023 Challenger to their shop to get some work done on the bumper. It looks like a brand new car now! They even hand-washed it for me! I'm thoroughly pleased with their services, and I highly recommend them to anyone with mechanical or Auto body needs!

I have been to Ramirez Body Shop three times for repair to the body of my car. Each time they have been quick (1 week or less to assess my car, quote me, and fix my car) and made my car look brand new with fair prices. The staff is always friendly and answers all my questions. My last visit they fixed a large portion of my passenger side. I recommend them to everyone!

I had a dent in my brand new 2025 vehicle and was pretty nervous about taking it in for repairs. This auto body shop absolutely went above and beyond! They replaced the door quickly, color matched it perfectly, the price was great, and they kept me updated every step of the way. My car was involved in a minor collision and all four of my wheels were totally destroyed I was in distress to get my car fixed as soon as possible. I am SO THANKFUL for this body shop that was recommended to me by a close friend they made sure I was taken care of and were so responsive and professional. I'm very happy with the service provided by Alexis and his team. I have had my car worked on a couple of times by this small business, first for body work (splash guard replacement) and most recently for my brake pads and front rotors. Each time they succeeded my expectations and made my experience quick and thourough. Plus it's close to my townhouse so I love that as well. Thank you for your help with our maintenance on our 2021 Toyota Camry. We will be back!

Ive been meaning to write this review a while now. This place is the best. Few years ago i accidently hit my moms car to a column ☠️. I had to take the car back to Austin the next day and give it back to her. My mom loved her car so I was panic they were so empathetic and kind that they open their shop to fix my car even though they werent working on a Sunday. They were super efficient and charge me good price and accommodated me while I waited for the car to be fixed. And just like that the car fixed within the same day that I damaged it like it never happened. I told my mom about the accident a month later out of guilt because the car was fixed so good that she didn't even notice anything.

I wanted to share how great the service is at Ramirez Body, in the last year I had car repainted to freshen up the look. I had another cars hood repaired from storm damage. Lastly I’ve had my mother in law’s vehicle in for some service and repairs to its suspension. The staff always kept me informed with updates and the quotes were always what was discussed in the beginning. I will continue to use Ramirez Body Shop for all my vehicles needs.

I went to this shop to get a quote on my front bumper. I visited the shop on 6/4. The quote was good since I was paying out of pocket. Dropped the car off on 6/10 with a promised completion date of 6/12. I called the shop on 6/12 to get a status update, no answer, or return call. Stopped by to check progress around 3:30 pm. on 6/12. I was advised that the car would be ready around 6. Went to grab a bite to eat and run some errands. Got back to the shop around 6:30 ish. Car was ready close to 7 inspected the work satisfied. If something happens to the car again. I would revisit this shop again.

Awesome customer service and wonderful repair in a decent price. You can’t go wrong with Ramirez auto body shop. They were close on the 31th and Alicia did me the favor to meet me on the 31th to get my car after some hiccups with my flight been cancel due to weather. The repair was amazing! The car looks new! Totally recommend!

The customer service with the staff here are awesome. They understood my issue. They were able to point out the damage and inform me on what it will take to repair it. They gave me an affordable price because I paid out of pocket. They fixed my bumper and side fender. They were able to match my paint perfectly. They Washed my car also. They kept me updated with everything that was happening with my car. They gave me a date on when it would be finished and on that day it was finished. I’ll definitely be bringing my cars back to them if I have any more damages. Satisfied customer here.
