Run as fast as you can from this company. They pick up scrap metal and never pay. They are more than 6 months behind and having major cash flow issues. Demand payment when they take your product.
This place is always closed and when they are open rude employee if he doesn't like his job he needs to quit it doesn't matter how long someone has been with this company is not an excuse to be rude to buy back customers
Gate entrance from Barry ave enter take right make u turn go on scale and check in call phone number. Very fast unloading and good customer service. In out within 45 min

If you're picking up when you come in gate get up on scale, face the building, and call phone number and give them load information.

Texas Recycling is by far the fastest / best recycle center in Dallas. The staff is very seasoned and helpful in regards to all the items they accept for recycle. Manny takes his time to personally interact with all his customers to make sure they are well taken care of.
The guy who takes in your recyclables does a great job! He seems to always be busy but manages to get all of my business done quickly and efficiently. He deserves a raise
I am a disabled veteran with PTSD and I visited this place to recycle some cardboard and an employee was damaging my trailer I tried to ask him about it and he got aggressive with me I asked him for his supervisor and the owner of the company was there and continue to verbally abuse a disabled person. These are not the type of people anyone should be doing business with
Texas recycling is more than a fair place facility is clean people are polite. Follow the rules and you should have no problems at all. The wait time to get unloaded on the cardboard can sometimes be a little long but can't be helped. Prices are good. I recommend it to anybody. Thank you have a nice day Charles Williams.
Hate How they close during noon. They should rotate there people around to keep it open. Also They will deny you 100% if you show up close to lunch or closing time
OK I’m a regular that comes like almost every day or every other day for cardboard to be recycled and I got here at 2:17 and I got on the scale and the one guy comes out he goes we shut down at 2:15 he’s like I’m not doing any overtime.
This facility is well organized and clean. Most of the employees are friendly and polite. However, there are a couple that need some instruction on communicating clearly. The ability to explain certain polices to customers in an appropriate manner. Without making idol threats. Like "I can go get my truck and pull your vehicle off the property." Especially when the employee has not fully explain the procedures when closing timing arrives, and the vehicle is not unloaded. Just saying "That's it we closing stop unloading." Without further explain tends to provoke inappropriate behavior from the customer and other employees as well.
Other than the bad communication skills of employees (in the supervison role), the overall experiece is favorable and pleasant.
Texas recycling been there a few times before going back again good quality of people great staff I enjoy doing business with them every time I go. This here is Big 50 I'm telling you the metal pays good and the cardboard is Bank
