This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Mario’s towing LLC in Dallas, TX earns overwhelmingly positive feedback: rapid, communicative service (often 15–30 min), careful handling of EVs/low-clearance and performance cars, and fair, competitive pricing. Customers highlight professionalism, punctuality, updates via text/photos, and helpful extras (even bilingual support). Minor drawbacks: one mention of an incorrect address and a few reviews reference another company, so details are slightly mixed; no info on inventory, yard organization, or parts. Overall: 97/100.

I encountered an unexpected car issue when my vehicle wouldn't start, and the jump cables I had on hand were ineffective. After searching for help, I found Mario Towing LLC. Mario towed my EV (Chevy Volt) with excellent technique and equipment. A+ service and he even dropped his quoted price when he saw where it was parked (easier job than he expected). No scratches, dents, no mistakes, and the right equipment for the job!

Mario was very communicative throughout the towing process. I had a problem with my car not starting, so I had to have it towed to the dealer...from my friend's house across town. Mario was super flexible with waiting to get the keys who I left with my friend. When Mario got to the dealer, he reported off exactly what was up with the car so they could take over and get the car checked in for service. Mario did an excellent job, and I am really pleased with his service! I definitely recommend him.
