Mario was very communicative throughout the towing process. I had a problem with my car not starting, so I had to have it towed to the dealer...from my friend's house across town. Mario was super flexible with waiting to get the keys who I left with my friend. When Mario got to the dealer, he reported off exactly what was up with the car so they could take over and get the car checked in for service. Mario did an excellent job, and I am really pleased with his service! I definitely recommend him.

I called Mario’s towing, to pick up my vehicle and take it to repair shop. Mario showed up with tow truck, loaded my Classic BMW with care into truck, did not hook up and drag but loaded car onto truck. Delivered vehicle to Hans auto within the next hr.
