The worst. Not worth going unless you have 3 hours to spare. Extremely long lines while employees are goofing around. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Absolutely not worth it unless you have at least 1000 lbs of scrap. You basically have to go through a humiliation ritual to claim a petty amount of cash. 0 stars
The worst. Lots of employees, but none will help you. Long lines in the heat to get your cash. If it normally takes you 10-15 minutes to recycle stuff, you better plan on an hour or more.

I have been a customer for about 3 years but the service has really gone downhill lately. The guy who works the main truck scale is awesome but the guys who work at the smaller scales have seriously bad attitudes and are very dishonest. They speak Spanish when talking bad about customers but surprise, some white guys speak and understand Spanish! I just ignore when they talk about me but lately that cheat and downgrade the material I bring in which doesn't show up until after you are paid and given the receipt. By then the metal you brought in has already been taken away so no easy way to prove they cheated you. I have been coming here for years but Sat was my last trip there. Go somewhere else that will treat you fairly and values your business!
Hands down the best place to go to. Travis answered all my questions and went above & beyond to explain to me all different types of metal I had and why it was being graded that way. It can be intimidating to go to a recycling place for the first time, not knowing what to do at first. Everyone here has been super nice and helpful every time I’ve gone. DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS.
From the start these guys do it right they have a clean Hazzard free drop area very public friendly they are knowledgeable and they pay great.if you can get there do so.and they will take care of you.no worries recycling there.
My first time there and the process took a little longer than what I thought about 30 minutes the cashier was super friendly and helpful cracking jokes stuff like that overall I will go back

I went there with 315lbs of bare #6 copper. They would not give bright and shiny pricing because there were 3 copper lugs ( weighing in at a grand total of 7oz). They said they would only pay #2 pricing for the entire lot. Rip off. I do not recommend this business. Shady pricing! One of the employees actually recommended another recycler.
This is the best place to take your scrap. Hands down the best people to do business with. They will pay you way better than those shady outfits in Dallas. Sometimes I've seen that they pay more than a dollar above any of the others. They are not trying to get over on you. Very informative if you have questions. They want your business and they know that customer service is key to that. I only go here first. Dallas yard are paying you less and making a lot of money giving you the lowest offer especially if you don't know how to make more with the scrap you bring in.
Helping is number one there and my first time I was at the place for more then twenty minutes but once I had to show my ID to after get my money it was 👍 even though it's only to recycle,I cant wait to get back to work vacations been to long for me,just a few more weeks then good working experiences be back in action.
Several times they have told me a price on my scrap and then after they dump it in their bins they change the price they are paying.
Highly recommend going to a honest place of business. Not here.
Went here today to scrap my brass. Getting to their establishment and very easy. Is very clean. Steve I'm guessing he is the owner or the general manager. It was very nice guy we spoke a little bit told me exactly what I need to do. To scrap at his yard it was very easy. He had the highest price around that I found for clean scrap yellow brass I took in 600 pounds today and got a nice beautiful hundred dollar bills put in my hand. I would definitely recommend Cyclone recycling if you have brass or other metals that you need to scrap. The whole thing took me about 20 minutes from the time I rolled in to the time I left that was unloading. Getting my picture taken for my scrap card. An getting the $100 bills put into my hand. Make sure to check them out if you have scrap metals that you need to scrap.

Parking, as well as scales for scrap metal you are bringing in, is easy to locate and access.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fair.
Very simple and straight forward. I have attempted to use other metal recycling companies, with less than favorable results.
Cyclone works (quite well), so I am going to save myself time and energy in the future, and do what is necessary to go to only them when I need to recycle some items.
Courteous, professional and safe environment. The crew there had answered all my questions! The facility was kept looking very clean. I've done a lot of recycling over the years and Cyclone pays so much more than everyone else, they blow the doors off even Action Metals!!
Great staff very courteous and helpful. Got twice the amount I was expecting. They have a sign that reads , Our prices will blow you away. That said it all ! Thanks and keep up the good work guys !

Venture metals was great to work with, they were reliable, had excellent communication, and exceptional customer service. We even got good return from the scrap we recycled. They are very accommodating and will work with you to get you what you need. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
