My fuel pump went out so I started calling tow truck companies and Dawson tow service was the cheapest I found. So I called them and they were there in NO time. Malut was also awesome,he was the mechanic that assisted me, He was very friendly and professional and made sure my car made it to the shop.

Had a coolant problem in the city and needed and tow back home about a half mile away. Dawson Tow Service popped up when I searched for a tow and they were able to get to us in about 30 minutes. Mulat got to us quickly and we had our car back at home within the hour! Mulat was extremely kind and even helped us push our Jeep back into our garage after getting it off the tow truck.

I wouldn't say they were fast but they kept me up to date when there was a delay and I wasn't on the side of the road or anything. Dispatch person and driver were both friendly. Price was reasonable. Would use again.
