Very rude, unprofessional, and no good for their word. Was told they had all parts we needed. Drove over 2 hours to get there. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't have what we needed and tried to argue about what he told us, until we showed him messages of the conversation. Waited 3 1/2 hours for them to pull a part that they told us would take 25-30 mins. And then the employee damaged the part when pulling it. So now we are in same boat as we started, and just wasted the time and money for these sorry individuals. Be advised, don't trust anything they say and don't waste your time.

I DROVE 180 MILES TO HENDERSON AUTO, I WAS 100 PERCENT GREETED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. PICTURES DON'T LIE MY GUY WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER PROJECT BUT PUT EVERYTHING ASIDE TO GET MY ITEM WHICH WAS A 2003 AVALANCHE HOOD PERFECT MATCH. 🫶💪🦍💰 WELL WORTH THE DRIVE 😁

If your going to go to this place carry cash I payed with zelle and the man gave me the incorrect number and ended up paying double, they do not accept cards… TAKE CASH!!!! Even then I wouldn’t recommend this place others places are way better and they damages there own cars not like the pictures online.

Drove 45 minutes in heavy traffic to go here and they weren't even able to retrieve the part I needed. I gave them a 2 day advanced notice that I was coming and they still didn't even get the part ready. Bad customer service, wasted almost 2 Hours waiting here trying to get wheels. Never again will I come here.
