This company was sent to me by Allstate through my Allstate towing coverage and they were great!! Sebastian was the driver, i got stranded about 8-830pm Wed nite. I was quoted an ETA of 945pm-1045pm but Sebastian called me at 921 saying he was 20-30 mins away & he was a super nice guy very easy to communicate with and we discussed my vehicle breakdown and he has some mechanical knowledge so that was very helpful as well and we talked on the phone until he arrived which was only about 25 minutes after he first called. So first I was impressed by his professionalism and his prompt arrival. I could tell he was very experienced just by the way he handled the pick up of my vehicle. And the ride to my apartment in his truck went totally as expected. I've had some problems with my vehicle lately so I got scammed by a different towtruck guy last week- but my wonderful experience with Sebastian of SDR towing was totally wonderful professional and as expected.... I'm getting AAA motor club membership - but after my experience with Sebastian and SDR last night I have decided I will keep my Allstate towing coverage in addition to my AAA membership so I'll have double protection because SDR is very professional!
Also, as I expected, Sebastian assured me there would be no other charges and he was correct! My Allstate towing coverage was all i needed
(FYI: many don't realize If you are stranded and have Allstate auto insurance, you'll need to verify whether you're in the "Allstate Motor Club" or just simply have "roadside coverage on my Allstate auto policy"....apparently Allstate is working to help the public understand the difference to eliminate the confusion. My agent himself explained all this to me last week And that helped me a lot!...... if you're confused about your Allstate roadside coverage please don't hesitate to call your agent & they'll explain it to you)
If I could leave 0 stars I would! This service is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I was told my tow driver would arrive between 6:20 and 7:20. By 7:20, there was zero communication. I tried contacting the driver — no response. When I finally got through, I was told he was still a full hour away. That’s a complete waste of my time and a blatant disregard for customer service. If you value your time or need a dependable towing service, look elsewhere. This company is disorganized, lacks accountability, and clearly doesn't respect its customers.
Please people don't use this company the lady is very rude. Very poor customer service from them to their drivers. I would never ever recommend them or use them again. Allstate also will know the service these people give. Unprofessional staff is what they have working at this business. Do not use them !!!!!They will arrive late and give you attitude when you call them to let them know how frustrating it is to give you a time frame and show up a whole hour later. They also try to get more money for service they didn't have to perform. Don't let them do the same to you. They will also refuse to take your call by not picking up. Drivers have same attitude as the people in the office.
Do NOT USE! You have been warned. Contacted company at 11:30 AM today for a tow and waited over 4 hours and the tow truck driver never arrived. Dispatch gave me the run around and then refused to take my calls or pick up. You have been warned do not use this company! They are not reliable and will not put you as a priority! Worst service ever.
One of the worst towing companies ever. I called first and she said the truck will be there in 20 to 30 minutes. 40 minutes later I called and she said her system wasn’t working and the driver is in another location. Then I asked if there was another towing truck and she said it had a flat tire. I said it’s almost 2 hours now and she said you can either cancel the call or find another service.
One hour and 45 minutes late. What’s the point of having a tracking system for customers if it’s not accurate? I planned a trip almost 24 hours in advance, I wasted two hours of my time.
SDR Towing is an awesome company!! We are thankful to have used their services several times recently. Each time, they were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They were very helpful and available when we needed them the most!! I highly recommend using this company!! Thank you again SDR Towing!!!
After waiting 40 minutes, the tow never arrived and they hang up on me 3 times. Very rude the lady taking calls. The company is a disaster!!. Do not call in emergencies! Rude and disrespectful as crazy.
We waited over 2 hours for a State Farm arranged tow. After going back and forth with State Farm we decided to call a tow truck ourself. We called quite a few with no success. Then we called SDR Towing and they had a tow truck to our location in 10 minutes. The driver was courteous and professional. Great service! We’ll be keeping their contact info in our phones!
