this guys are awesome i call asking for a part and in no time they answer send me pics..i pay and they send my parts arrive quick and exactly as the pics ....i will always deal with them highly recommended..thanks

I ordered a part from this junkyard with a warranty, but a few weeks later the part failed. When I contacted them, Jube refused to honor the warranty and gave no real help. They made excuses and wouldn’t take responsibility for their product. Highly disappointed — I would not recommend this place for reliable parts or service.

I had a terrible experience with this junkyard. They sold me an engine that did not work at all, and when I went back to resolve the issue, they refused to honor any warranty or take responsibility. An employee named Jube was especially unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of trying to fix the problem or offer a solution, he gave me a bad attitude and basically dismissed the issue completely. I wasted my time, money, and labor because of this. Selling bad engines with no warranty and no accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be very careful before buying anything from here.

Noura always been helpful Jube the Spanish men that work there is the worse person to deal please stay away from that guy he will give u bad engine and voided the warranty he’s not good 3 engine all of them is bad so disappointed

Josh, who is extremely incompetent, verified with me 2 days in a row that they had the transmission I was looking to buy. After 2 attempts of driving 3 hrs to get here, he tells me the car was burned and the transmission was crushed, all within a half day after he last confirmed it was here. What a waste of time dealing with this guy. Then he proceeds to lie to me and tell me there aren't any chevy traverse transmissions around Dallas. Absolute incompetence here. Avoid this place

Worst junk yard ever they are a bunch of scammers they sell me a over heated engine ask for a refund Emilio said yes at first that I was going to get my money back the manager came out and said take another engine or go home empty handed what kind of business is that .

Drove a hour and a half to pickup a front bumper thats online. Picture looks like new online, I get there and its completely crushed!

Drove 2 hours to pick up a fender. Called ahead of time to confirm availability. Was told they had two in stock. Arrived walked around the whole place with a “parts puller” to come to the conclusion that they didn’t have the parts available. This is the second time within 2 years that I’ve had this problem with this place… just kind of sad they waste people’s time like this. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if I wasn’t told that they had the part and I lived two hours away. All in all 4 1/2 hours wasted driving and walking around the salvage yard. Definitely be aware if you live far away from this place and have to travel to pick up parts.

I went to the establishment at 2 pm and part was not ready I came back at 4 pm they asked me to leave my number because it still was not ready they then call me and tell me that the part is ready just fro me to drive all the way back up there and she had it in her hand but she started talking and then goes to say well he just sold it to someone else so I can’t get it l

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dallas Auto Recycling. I purchased a part from them with the understanding that it came with a warranty, but when the part failed, they completely refused to honor it. I kept getting the runaround with no solution in sight, and it’s incredibly disappointing when a company refuses to take accountability for the products they sell. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Dallas Auto Recycling. Their customer service is terrible, and they have no regard for honoring warranties or standing behind their products. It's not worth the hassle, and I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

Ordered radio for Corolla was no good they want me to pay to ship it back on my own dime as they did not test it before it was sent. HOUDEK AUTO CENTER

Wrong part did not give me my money back want too give me store credit after they said the part will work i advise you to go somewhere else

As a former full time mechanics wife...I can't tell you How grateful I am to go somewhere where the item is pulled to have them loaded ...and if any other help .I am not the best at strapping the truck! Hubby was able to end his desk job to immediately go the volvo xc90 engine to work on it.he only has evenings to work on cars.i appreciate also that they take cards for payment besides cash.see the guys soon for another trans..engine ?thanks!

Terrible customer service guy in the front with glasses argues with you about what parts are compatible with what your asking for like he some how knows better than someone that owns multiple shops and been a mect for the military for 15 years before that. Go to one of the other yards avoided this one

Bought a trunk lid for my car here today and they had it ready for me when I got there. I had driven 4 hours one way and kept in touch with James letting him know I was on my way. They loaded it on the trailer for me. Really great service. Great communication. Willing to negotiate if things aren’t exactly right also. Would buy from them again.

Saw they had a part I needed online, called to confirm they had it, was told yes, drove over an hour to get it only to be told the only person who could help me was the gentleman on the phone who told me “yes” because he had put it under his name. So I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally left because I don’t understand why anyone else couldn’t help me. Even if it’s commission that doesn’t make sense. I looked up the part myself, he didn’t do anything. Thanks for wasting my time

I called and gave year and model and what parti needed. They checked and told me it was in stock and the price was better than the other 4 yards I checked. They pulled the parta ß3n

Called them and they had the parts that I needed at a reasonable price. The parts were in good condition and waiting for me when I got there from McKinney. Highly recommend this business to all.

I should've read the reviews before I went. I know salvage yards are salvage yards. Shouldn't expect much but at least a decent part. I called 3 days prior and then that morning to confirm part availability and condition. Drove over an hour to only arrive to a smashed hood that they said was in good condition. Come on! Have some decency to update your parts list, photos, condition. 5 people up front when I arrived. At least 2 of them could be walking the yard updating the parts list . For the love of some decency. Please help a customer out with accurate part info. My experience was an epic fail and waste of 2 hours!

Very bad customer service. I dealt with an employee who goes by the name of Juvenal. Very rude individual and will straight lie to you about the parts being in good/working condition and having tested them before being sold. I called to see if they had a specific part and he said "just come here and find out" then he literally laughed in my face when i told him i would be driving from one hour away. Of course i make the drive, they tell me the part was tested and in good condition, i get back to my shop and part is no good. And what do you know, they don't do refunds. Stay away from this place!

Called for a used transmission. They said it would be pulled by the time we got there. When we did arrive they told us 20 min. Sat there for an hour before part was ready. Price they stated was actual price so that's a plus. Only gave me a 30 day warranty so I'll report back of I have to swap it again.

This place is very unorganized and not self motivated I waited 2 days to get an alternator they said on friday they would get it and left me sitting cor 45 minutes then come back and tell me they will have if off tomorrow I come back tomorrow and they still dont have it off and i have been here for an hour very disappointed in the service all the staff just stand around and talk and chitchat in front of customers as they stand there waiting to be helped if you come here make sure you prepare to be here for hours and the manager PAUL just stands there and never says anything to his employees.

Wow! Look at all one star reviews, and that is what these people deserve. We bought an engine with a 90 day warranty and after 30 days it failed and we have been trying to get a replacement for over a month now. I have been in this business for 30 years and have never experienced such poor service.
