Enrique and the team went way above and beyond. All power went out in our van on a Saturday, and we had it towed to Firestone. With our big family, they recognized we needed it, and went right to work to diagnose, fix the alternator, and even stay late. Enrique stayed there till a long time after closing for them to fix and for us to come pick it up. What a gift to our family!

Open on Sunday and helped me out a of a jam with a dead battery. Great, quick service!

Firestone is my favorite- 4th generation Firestone customer - went for a basic Oil Change this morning and the STAFF treated me - unlike the Firestone at Monfort in Dallas- what a dumpster fire at that Location and terrible mechanics - 2 STAR Rating at best

I was very pleased with this auto care shop. I got my oil changed at Honda (maker of my car). They said I needed a new battery. But I didn't trust Honda (dealership). So I took my car here for a second opinion, and although my battery is fine; it is starting to go. I appreciate Firestone taking the time to check this and diagnosis any issues for me - at no cost. Thank you.

Typically the service I needed for my car would take at least less than 2 hours, but it definitely went over that 😅 However, the manager and his service team were kind and also funny about the whole situation. It truly seemed like it was an off day for not only them, but their distributor as well. And they really did go above and beyond to take care of me while we all waited in anticipation for the right parts. I can see why this Firestone has a higher rating than most others within a 15 mile radius, and I would definitely come back again!

I always seem to get here on a low staff day. I would go next door to Bakers for my maintenance and repairs if it wasn't for the warranties I have on the Firestone parts I got. It seems to always be an 8hr day for the work on my car.

Brought my girls car up here to get fixed and the store manager is very respectful honest and reliable. Clean store and they will get your car in and out with perfection. Thanks Nathan you're a great man.

Firestone saved me. My 13 year old car has dents scratches and stained but is in great shape mechanically speaking. I severely hit a random cement light pole base while making a turn around a stationed 18 wheeler in a parking lot. my front right tire was barely holding on. I tried a small mom and pop mechanic, then went to Firestone for a second opinion. The repair suggestion matched the first repair shop but the info delivery was much better. I was informed through email and text with pictures and information. Firestone was initially a higher rate but they gladly matched the repair cost of the mom and pop shop and gave me Nationwide warranty. the diagnosis was quick and cheap. The repair was done in a few hours. their lobby area was clean and the staff very professional. Firestone came through huge during an uncertain time in life!

Our A/C has been going out. Brought it by the shop to have them run an AC check. Come to find out it’s the compressor which I kind of figured. We have an older vehicle, it’s in good shape but as you know with Texas heat, we neeeed a working AC. Also, Nathan (store manager) was very kind to us. He explained in detail what the situation is and gave us many options to go about getting it fixed. He also printed a detailed report of everything we discussed. The store was also very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back 😊

This was the easiest and best experience I have had at a tire shop. I was driving about 30 minutes from home for a family day out and I noticed on the interstate that my tire pressure in one tire was low. It wouldn’t take air so my wife googled a tire shop and this Firestone was about 6 minutes from the gas station we pulled into. We pulled in and the store manager Nathan immediately came out and saw a nail on the inner wall of our tire. He quickly got our info and took the car back. Within 20 minutes he handed us our keys and we were on our way. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Thank you Nathan!

I had a good experience here getting my tire repaired on my car. I appreciated the new store manager Nathan. He was very nice and took care of everything very promptly with great attention to detail. I thank him and his team for getting me in and out quickly on a Sunday.

Left my vehicle at 7 AM to replace my front brakes, got back at 4 PM to pick it up. The job was not done. Wait another hour and a half, 5:30 PM. They tell me that we need to come back because the senses are not right for my vehicle and if I forgot the fact that they didn’t open at 7 AM only at 7:15 bad experience All around

UNDERSTAFFED TO THE POINT OF BEING UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE. I have been a customer of this Firestone location for decades. The quality of service has certainly varied over the years, but had always been satisfactory. My car sent me a low tire pressure warning on Saturday night. I went to the Firestone website to make an appointment to have the tire fixed. The earliest time the website would let me schedule was 4pm on Sunday. I came in at 3:30 pm on Sunday and was told that they would be unable to fix my tire because the technician had to leave early. I was advised to come back in the morning. On Monday morning, I arrived at this location at 7:30 to have my flat tire repaired. I was told that no technicians were on the premises, and that they didn't expect one until 9:00 or 9:30. I asked about having my alignment done as well and was told a technician for that would not be available until 11:00! As I write this review, I am sitting in their lobby waiting for a technician to show up to fix my tire.

I purchased 2 new tires, May 6, 2024. When I went to pick up my car, the tires looked really bad, dirty, and scratched. The installer said they had to use a machine to cram them on. I said, for the perception of the customer, they should clean the tires after installing them so the customer does not think they are used. He said they are out of tire shine or cleaner. I asked how long they have been out. He said over a month. I suggested they could buy some at the 2 auto parts stores walking distance. He said they do not use that brand, they use a better brand. Well currently they use zero brand so Armor All is better than no brand at all. He said the tires are new and he can prove it by measuring them. I am not disputing the tires age. I have never had brand new tires look so bad. I told him I wanted my old tires put back on. He said it is up to the manager who is gone for the day. He said he does not know if the manager will approve it but I could leave the car. I told him I am not comfortable buying tires at this location if this is how they do business. He said, "Don't buy tires here then". Well I agree but I did not know this was Firestones or maybe this locations standards until I bought the tires. Who knows what other essential products they are out of that are necessary for tire installation or other services they provide. Update May 7: I spoke to the manager, Gersson. He said Firestone is not in business to sell tires that look good. Only tires that perform. I explained I do not feel comfortable doing business with Firestone if they can not understand the importance in delivering tires that look and perform well. Doing sloppy work makes me wonder about the quality of the work.

I brought my car in to have the suspension checked. When my car was returned to me my window was severely cracked. The man at the desk, Barry, acted as if I was lying and trying to scam them at first. After following up with them the next, as I was told to do, they sent me an invoice and said that they would be replacing my window free of charge by the 10th of September. Now every time I call them they give me excuses or hang up on me. This is the worst service I have ever received or witnessed from any company. They broke my window and still charged me for the visual inspection. Today is the 20th of September. They fixed my window and made things right. The guy currently managing the place was helpful.
