Came here to buy chains, straps, and parts needed to fix my truck and was greeted by Mike who was very helpful and knowledgeable on what exactly I needed and they were reasonable on prices and keeping me updated with parts I’ve ordered and shout out to Roper with amazing assistance on how to fix my truck thank you guys!!!
Best place for tow equipment & roper at service is the man ! The guy has answered hundreds of my questions and is always friendly. Staff here is awesome, every time we send our drivers here to grab equipment they have what we need. Thank you for serving the DFW area ??

Some may know him as Roper but we just call him the master tow truck repair specialist. He can fix everything from helicopters and space ships, to light duty wreckers and rotators. He’s like the Chuck Norris of wreckers and flatbeds. You have a seized pin? Call Roper…when the pin hears his name it will come out on its own. Truck leaking hydraulic fluid? When Roper walks by it cleans itself up. Broken wire rope? Nope says Roper. He literally tells wire rope what to do. I’m not saying he’s the most interesting man in the world, but he’s a topic of conversation at the most interesting man in the world’s dinner table. Chris is ok too.
WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS.. I dropped off my Tow truck to get a winch cable replaced and the manager literally told me he only had one technician in, so I had to wait until that technician came back from lunch to replace the winch cable which would be at 12:30PM. I dropped off the truck at 11:45 and picked it up at 1:35PM after receiving a call that the tow truck was ready. When I received the bill, it said it took them 2 hours to replace the cable. I Literally showed him the call logs from the calls I received from them, at $130 dollars per hour for labor, I asked why was I getting billed for $330 dollars to replace a winch cable. HE SAID THAT HE HAD TWO WORKERS REPLACING THE CABLE AND THAT I HAD TO GET BILLED FOR TWO HOURS OF LABOR PLUS SHOP MATERIALS! THEY LITERALLY TOOK ONE HOUR FROM 12:30PM TO 1:20PM. I PAID THE BILL BECAUSE I WAS IN A RUSH. BUT I LITERALLY GOT SCAMMED. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR SERVICES. I SHOULD OF NEVER PAID THAT BILL!
I have always come to this place to buy stuffs for my towing Trucks. And lately, I brought one of my tow truck to get repaired after being in accidents. Brother Abraham he got me taken care of. He’s a very good man. Thank you again

These guys went about and beyond.. I drove 3 hours to them with a winch that I thought was bad to get it checked out.. I figured I'd have to drop it off and come back another day but no Abraham and his team in the shop jumped on it and got it back together for me while I waited...
You can't beat that kinda service..

I went there with my older roll back and talked to Abraham Flores. As far as business goes I believe there’s one way to be, up front. He told me what it would take up front and that’s what it was. They dialed that old rig in nicely. The welding was A1. I’m ready to roll. He took care of me like I take care of my customers.

Drove all the way down there to buy a brand new truck already made a deal with Chris to put a deposit down on a certain truck. He then told me not to worry about it to just send a check. The very next day he called me and told me that another guy sold the truck. Very untrustworthy and full of lies. Very unprofessional.

Love what they are doing here. I say they are more customer service friendly. Abraham the new shop foreman gives 110% to the customer and I love that. I went in there today and Abraham and his team went above and beyond for me today!
I will be bringing all my wreckers here! They get the job done and get you In and out as fast as possible and that’s very important in the wrecker business.
