We needed some parts for one of our trucks and we decided to go To A's truck parts and sales, i actually called to see if they had the part first, they took my number down and actually called me back and said they did have the part. So I got there there was very little.Wait for the part that we needed, so I was in and out really quick, I would definitely check A's truck parts and sales for some of your parts before checking anywhere else. The staff was amazing Five stars for us definitely.

Purchased a dump truck for $60,000. It quit 5 miles away. They took it back for a month to fix. Got it home and found it needed $30,000 a new fuel system, tank to injectors. If you buy from here, bring your mechanic to check it out before buying, there's no 3 day right of rescission like other contacts. You're stuck with it.

Skip this place, guy responds with "wait a D@mn minute" after waiting for 40 minutes, wanting to get into a shouting match. Attitude comes out of no where. Have the day you deserve.

First and last time that I come here, I just got scam with a injector that I bought here and didn’t work and he didn’t want to exchange me another one because the Letters that he put we’re kind of blurry

Sold injector as brand new and did not even last a single day, came back and did not give me back the money. Cost me time and ultimately money since since was down and could not work on top of that. Be careful with these guys they’ll try to sell you stuff as brand new and does not even work. Better off finding other stores.

Guy had a garage attitude when questions were asked about equipment. Attitude went with what he was selling GARBAGE with high prices.

I'm definitely adding AAA Truck Parts as one of my go-to salvage yards for truck parts for my four semi's. I've been working with Chris and Jerry over there and both are extremely helpful and very professional. It is rare that you see a salvage yard go above and beyond in regards to the help they provide. You definitely have to look them up when needing to find used parts!

These guys went above and beyond. I needed a specific part for my APU that was on national backorder for about a year. I called about 30 salvage yards all over the US looking for one but nobody would look or knew what I was talking about. These guys took their time looking through their trucks to find what I needed and they did. They said if I come install it there at their place its no charge if it doesnt work. I showed up a week later, installed the part, it worked, and I paid them happily. Thank you so much!!

Chris and his guy where very helpful with me the day after Thanksgiving Friday they were willing to refund my put or change it out but we ended up getting a different part from a different store guys are not money hungry and care about there Customer for real you can trust the man I will definitely be back if I need a truck part very honest people I can't believe all the stuff they helped me with they went above and beyond the call of duty for me I appreciate it Chris

10.25.21 @1:35 pm find it on timercard who was the one with parts department at this point of time. Called, asked questions, and got a reply which said: "I don't really care" This is when you try to find out specs of the stuff, so you know it's the right fit product for your application, or not, and then you would bring your money to this place. But that is the kind of answer this place gave. If they don't care, why should we, the buyers care? Screw, and wipe out of existence any business, that forgets care is utmost important, and an indisputable part of customer service

Absolutely an awesome experience with the excellent crew and management here. My brother and I were not having a good week trying to find a truck, even worse luck finding a place with any kind of decent customer service. This place is an A-1 business, absolutely top notch staff and customer service here is exceptional. You won't be disappointed stopping here for your truck needs.

This place is more like a junk yard more than a place to buy a truck. I was refused a test drive in the rain. I've been to countless dealers who could have cared less. If that was the owner I spoke to, he's very impatient and rude.

Don't make a mistake you buy a used parts from this shop and think of returning it. You will find a rude shock because they don't refund the money they gave a credit of a loss of your money. Try another Junkyard if you don't want to be frustrated.

Great place they had what I need and been helpful to check every item I need to be sure it’s the correct part also they deliver my parts to the shop where I asked for even when it was out of there delivery aria, will recommend them also would like to say thanks for every thing.

Bought 2000. FLD 120. Made it 1000 miles north without incident. Thank you guys. If you’re buying used make sure you do an inspection and don’t cry if you missed something. Don’t like it, buy new. :). 10K mile update- truck runs great. Completely satisfied with purchase.

These guys have what your looking for almost everytime. They have some of the most fair pricing I have seen in suppliers too. Redneck Diesel Performance has used these guys for years because we know they will have the parts we need when we need them and they have the knowledge to understand what you need.

Just purchased steering box from AAA and everything went smooth. Had the part pulled and waiting on us when we got there. Will do business with them again

After reading the other reviews I was skeptical... But after going on and making the trip [over 600 miles round trip] I sure am glad I went. Chris was the guy I conducted business with and he was friendly and knowledgeable of the issue with my truck. They were reasonable on price. I will definitely do business with them in the future. They suck they lie they sold me one of their service trucks and it cost me over $6,000 just to get it to run down the road there scam artists they're crooked they put in every additive to make the truck seem good when I did the first initial test drive . I get truck home try to drive it again the next day and the transmissions is toast it cost me over $3,000 for a new transmission they suck over at Triple A..... them jerks got me that's for sure don't let anyone else get suckered by them ignorant jerks.... they will lie lie lie to you just to get your money.... And if this is how they fix vehicles with all the band-aids that they did to their own vehicle I'd hate to see what they doing to all your vehicles out there be aware don't get suckered by this Triple A.....THEY LIE LIE LIE

Spoke on the phone with "Jerry", emailed "Jerry" and he said "come on in, we'll take care of ya!" Drove 1 hour from Prosper, TX with my power steering pump. We arrive and they are not busy at all but he "didn't have the time" to remove the old pulley from the used steering pump. Lesson learned on my part. My suggestion is look somewhere else and avoid this location at all cost.
