This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From recent reviews in Dallas, TX, Muskic Towing is largely praised for fast response and professional drivers—many note quick arrivals, careful handling, and clear updates. Standout service from Luis, Michael, Duce, Chris, Mirza, and Mahmoud is cited often. Pricing feedback is split: plenty call it fair/affordable, while a minority report bait-and-switch totals and even four‑digit bills—so pricing transparency is the main concern. Wait times are generally short. No data on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts. Overall score: 89/100.
Chris is amazing at what he does! He was very communicative and responsive to our issue with the battery of our U-Haul dying. Would highly recommend him. He made my move out fast and seamless. Thank you again!
Overpriced! They tell you one price at the beginning just for them to give you a totally different total cost at the end! More than $1K is beyond normal for a car tow service of less than 20 miles!
They take advantage of you by giving you one price and charging you another. Overcharging to be real. Shady business. Never in my life have I seen a short tow bill in the 4 digits. Liars and crooks. Save yourself a hassle they don’t work with you.
⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience, Stay Away!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest, overcharge for their services, and will try to take advantage of you when you’re in a tough situation. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional towing service. There are plenty of other reputable and reasonably priced towing companies out there. Don’t waste your time or money here. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
My car had to be delivered to the shop before the holiday break. Michael quickly communicated with me got me taken care of. Luis showed up and his experience with working with high-end cars shows. Despite the car’s inability to be moved freely, Luis was able to get it on his truck with care and ease.
After the car was delivered, they sent me pictures of the delivery and the care of the keys. I was updated every step of the way. I highly recommend these guys.
Luis was great!! Our truck broke down in the middle of the road during rush hour and he was there really fast to get us taken care of. Highly recommend Luis and the Muskic team!!!
They were the most fasted and most accurate on time, If you are standard on road call them and they will be at your location within 5-10 minutes. And the are having less prices as compared to other companies.
Duce was very polite & helpful. I was stranded on side of the freeway and he loaded up my car safely and in a timely manor without a scratch!. I will recommend this service to anyone in need in the future.
I recently needed towing services and Muskic Towing offered affordable and on time pick-up and delivery of my car. All communications were easy and I had all my questions answered quickly. I highly recommend their services.
If you find yourself in need of tow service in the Dallas Metroplex area, skip the nonsense with AAA and just call Muskic Towing.
My wife, dog and I found ourselves on the side of a busy interstate on a late Saturday afternoon. Michael, assisted by Dino, literally came to the rescue. They took great care with our camper van and got all 3 of us to our campground quickly and efficiently. Their pricing was very fair and transparent.
I made arrangements with Michael to pick us up at the campground a couple of days later to get the alternator replaced. He was there on time and smoothly got the van to a dealership for repairs.
I can't say enough about their attention to detail, friendliness, fairness of price and their ability to get the job done. We were so fortunate they happened by when they did.
If you find yourself in need to towing services in the Dallas, TX area, Muskic Towing are your guys. Don't mess around with AAA or one-off sketchy outfits. These guys are the real deal.
God is good, I must say the young brother Mahmoud was a life saver for me!
He came through clutch! He was very helpful and professional.
My vehicle went down and got me towed and dropped off.
If ever I find myself in a jam like this again..I know who to call!!
Duce was exceptional, he took care of us in less than 30 minutes
He explained the procedure and had great, amazing customer service, patience and came through.

Great experience. Fast & friendly. Towed my car with ease & was very cautious with not scraping the front of my car since it sits low to the ground.
Will definitely use again when in need. Thank you Muskic Towing
