Poor communication. Had told me to meet him at the tow yard at 11 am, waited 20 minutes past no phone call, no text. Called up another place and got it sold next day much better experience elsewhere.
Dealt with quickly and professionally. Gave a very fair assessment of their offer, and was very accommodating with car pickup, as my no longer driving was the reason for selling the car. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This was easy. After two failed attempts to sell my damaged car online (the tow trucks did not show up) I called these guys. We agreed on a proce and they picked it up that afternoon. The other two companies I tried to sell to promised to come within two business days and then they did not even show up. This guy does what he says and is responsible and fair.

Got into a fender bender. My car only had liability insurance and it made more sense to sell than get it repaired. I contacted Dallas Damaged Cars and within a couple hours a representative was at my house to check it out. We negotiated a fair price and they paid in cash on the spot. The whole process was seamless and straightforward.
I forgot I left some cash and other items in the center console and glove box. The representative noticed before he left and called me to give the cash and items back. To me that speaks volumes about the honest way they run their business. 5 stars.

I didn't get the young gentleman's name but he was kind and courteous and respectful to a senior citizen and he never made an offer and use the term take it or leave it I hope he makes a profit and I wish him and his company continued success .

Very prompt and do not haggle much. They give you reasonably good price and cash on the spot. No henky penky stuff. Luckily, my car was in a running condition. But they were even willing to come to my house and even tow it at their expense.
Nick was prompt and kept me updated of his whereabouts and apologized for being late.
I am going to see my next car through them (hopefully not soon though). Very satisfied.
