Dallas Damaged Cars in
Dallas (TX)

Norman was communicative, friendly, flexible with my schedule, and when he arrived the process was fast and easy. Highly recommended. Hopefully I don't end up with another damaged vehicle, but if I do I know exactly who to call.

Poor communication. Had told me to meet him at the tow yard at 11 am, waited 20 minutes past no phone call, no text. Called up another place and got it sold next day much better experience elsewhere.

Dealt with quickly and professionally. Gave a very fair assessment of their offer, and was very accommodating with car pickup, as my no longer driving was the reason for selling the car. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I called and they gave me the best price! They came for the car within hours, very friendly and professional!

Ver friendly and very fair. It’s refreshing to deal with a family owned and operated place and not one of these corporate when trying to sell a car. They really give you that privet buyer feel with the convenience of going to one of the larger cash for car sites. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Got into a fender bender and was getting terrible offers left and right. Contacted these guys and within the hour I was paid cash for my vehicle. Great, easy process

This was easy. After two failed attempts to sell my damaged car online (the tow trucks did not show up) I called these guys. We agreed on a proce and they picked it up that afternoon. The other two companies I tried to sell to promised to come within two business days and then they did not even show up. This guy does what he says and is responsible and fair.

What an easy and fair transaction! It was really a pleasure and easy dealing with Dallas Damaged Cars. They bought my 2004 SUV with cash on the spot at my home. I highly recommend them when needing to sell your vehicle!

He came and inspected my car, and took it for a drive. Although i expected to get more, i got three times what carvana was offering. Great value!

I called them and in under 30 minutes they came to my place checked out my vehicles and sold them. It was quick and easy and a fair price. Would recommend them to anyone..

I would say they were very flexible and worked with me. They came to get my car and saved me the stress of taking it to them at no extra charge.

He immediately came and looked at my car and made an offer cash. Good service very polite. Very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Really fast service, came the same day and offered me more for my car than other quick rid car companies.

A place with this good of a rating can be a bit suspicious, but trust me on this they deserve a 5 star rating. Great response time had a deal and cash in hand quicker than I ever thought possible. Huge props to you guys!

Got into a fender bender. My car only had liability insurance and it made more sense to sell than get it repaired. I contacted Dallas Damaged Cars and within a couple hours a representative was at my house to check it out. We negotiated a fair price and they paid in cash on the spot. The whole process was seamless and straightforward.

I forgot I left some cash and other items in the center console and glove box. The representative noticed before he left and called me to give the cash and items back. To me that speaks volumes about the honest way they run their business. 5 stars.

They were quick to respond, made the process easy without pressure. They came and assessed the car and gave me a reasonable amount for it. I will be doing business with them again.

Deal was quick and easy. I was so not expecting to have it done this quick that he even helped me clean the car out in the rain. I would refer them to anyone needing to sell their vehicle.

I didn't get the young gentleman's name but he was kind and courteous and respectful to a senior citizen and he never made an offer and use the term take it or leave it I hope he makes a profit and I wish him and his company continued success .

These guys did just exactly what they said they do on their website. Came to my house, paid me cash, helped with the title transfer. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! AAAA+++!

Very prompt and do not haggle much. They give you reasonably good price and cash on the spot. No henky penky stuff. Luckily, my car was in a running condition. But they were even willing to come to my house and even tow it at their expense.
Nick was prompt and kept me updated of his whereabouts and apologized for being late.
I am going to see my next car through them (hopefully not soon though). Very satisfied.
Good job, Dallas Damaged Cars.????

Best service and Best Price for my car! They really give you what they quote. Hopefully I won't need them again, but they will be the only place I call again if I do.

Customer service was great! The whole process from initial estimate to cash in hand was 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I contacted these guys and they were very friendly and courteous over the phone. They came out promptly to review the truck, we negotiated and came up with a deal. It's that easy! If you are in the need to sell your used car or truck, contact these guys immediately!

I highly recommend this company. They made selling my 2007 Mercedes Benz an absolute breeze and wonderful experience today. Within minutes they had someone come out to my house to buy my car. and for the price agreed to over the phone. If you need to sell a vehicle and quick, this is the company to use.

Wonderful company, really good customer service! Will be using them again for sure. I recommend them for anyone who is trying to get rid of a vehicle.
