US Truck Parts and Sales in Dallas, TX scores 96/100. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive: standout customer service (Jose, Keith, Ace, Jacob, Sonny), professional help verifying fit (VIN checks, measurements), and quick turnarounds. Inventory for heavy-duty parts and trucks is broad, prices are competitive, and the facility feels clean and organized, making parts easier to find. Complaint to note: one trip for a bumper support was wasted—stock didn’t match the phone check—so confirm before driving. Limited detail on yard layout.
Jacob and Carter were great helping us find the parts we needed at a good price! They will be my first stop if I ever need parts again. 10/10 they had everything we needed!
Sales representative Jose efficiently sourced a challenging component. He presented several options aligned with my objectives. The pricing offered was competitive and reasonable. I intend to utilize this location for all future trucking requirements.
We just bought a 26 ft box truck from them a couple of weeks ago. It has been running tremendously, my baby girl and I plan on being passenger princesses while my fiancé runs it up ? Thank you to Jose!
We recently purchased a 2015 Mack truck from US Truck Parts & Sales, and the experience was excellent! As a company based in Chicago, we appreciated their professionalism, great selection, and fair pricing. Jose Ruiz was especially helpful throughout the process—knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with.
In addition to truck sales, they also have a well-stocked parts store with great deals on a wide range of truck components. If you’re in the market for a truck or need quality parts at competitive prices, we highly recommend checking them out!
Thank you, US Truck Parts & Sales, for the great service! We’ll definitely be back.
In my recent experience, Jose provided exceptional assistance throughout the entire transaction process, making it the most satisfactory online service I have utilized for acquiring used parts.
I didn't have the part off the truck for yoke match-up..but they referred me to someone who could remove broken bolt on diff yoke side..front axle...I Appreciated that they cared more about customer service then selling me something I didn't need.(B&K referred me to Felix..Felix Transmission..bolt removed) Thank you...i will always refer someone to US Truck parts ...
Shopping for a replacement bumper and the support. They said they had them. I asked them to double check because it was a 2-hour drive for me to pick it up. They checked and said I was good. I drove 2 hours up to find out that they only had the bumper, not the support. So I had to shop around to find the support.
The best used parts dealer I have been to. Hands down. Ever. I own a 2007 truck and run the road coast to coast, so I have been to quite a few. Keith? Didnt get his last name, just Keith. One solid sumbeach, that feller. Did the footwork to make the sale get done. Called to cross vins from donor truck to my truck to make sure it was compatible. I asked for a small extra part, that probably retails for two bucks new, but I had no wheels or desire to have to hunt it down elsewhere, and not only did he throw it in for free, he zipped tied it to purchased part so I wouldn't lose it. Communicated the whole time, and understood the battle I was undergoing. The only place you should call in the DFW area for heavy duty truck parts. I can not sing their praises enough. And believe you me, when a place sucks hiney, I dont mince words on them either. Swing in, ask for Keith, tell em Little Danny sent ya! Do it, you wont be disappointed !
Great place for heavy duty truck parts. Quick and efficient. Shout out to Keith for providing me with measurements of the parts to ensure fitment before I drove there.
I stopped by US Trucks Parts & Sales in the hunt for a Hood, Fender, & headlights for a 4300. I had the privilege of meeting sir Ace Allen & having him assist me in finding the parts. They indeed had the used parts in good condition. All worked well & my truck is ready to drive. I will definitely come back to this place as it’s clean & extremely professional.
Thanks again Mr. Allen & US Truck Parts & Sales
God bless!

Keith is the man!!! When nobody else in town could find me some hood cables he worked so hard to find me some and at a reasonable price. Will definitely go back. Also, top notch customer service
I came to u.s truck sales to buy a manifold for my international truck. It didn’t take them long to pull the parts and the prices are affordable. A very good stop if you don’t want to get hit with dealer prices. Ask for sonny Thompson.
Talked to Saleman, Sonny, about buying a truck and he was very helpful, and courteous. He let test drive it and inspect it. The truck was in really good shape and wasn't a piece of junk. He offered to throw in a set of new tires, grease, brakes, new windshield, and even new seat upholstery etc upon purchase.
Ace went above and beyond to help me fix my truck. From coordinating when was the best time to bring it in the shop to recommending a great towing serving price was excellent and the service was amazing and I even got a warranty. I would recommend this place to anyone
I purchased a 2011 pro Star from these guys. When ever I have any issues these guys take care of it cheaper than anybody out there. They also don’t take long at all. I love doing business with them. They are straight up with you...
Awesome auto to manual tranny swap on my Volvo! They swapped my failing 2 pedal ZF Freedomline auto to a re-man 10 speed Eaton manual. They we're GREAT to deal with and quoted a great price. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they quoted. And did it in 2.5 days! Thank you Ace!
