Total lazy incompetence works here. DO NOT waste your time coming to look at parts. They tell you something is available and when you get here it is crushed.
The worst people to work with they are no reliable fritz Petre we had a deal and been texting back and forth for the part that I need on facebook market and went I arrived at the location he just didn’t answer any of my calls or text I waited for 20 minutes into I left and then he text me back asking what part do I need so be careful.
Their dealings with customers is very bad. I called them and asked them about some things. They said, and when I drived the car for an hour on the way and I poured there, they said that there is no car at all.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. WATCH OUT WITH THIS GUY NAME PABLO. If he offers warranty to you. Don’t buy the parts from him. He will not return the part after it’s defective. He is the biggest scammer out there. He gave me a loss of 600$. 300$ for the part and 300$ for shipping. AGAIN PABLO IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMER OUT THERE.
I bought a Nissan titan motor and transmission from OZ Auto parts #2 they told me the motor and transmission had 68,000 miles on them and they were pulled out of a wrecked truck I got them to the mechanic shop and 2 days later found out the motor was bad and the transmission was burned up took them back had to argue with these liars and they gave me another motor and transmission and the motor and transmission were installed in my truck just to find out the motor was knocking, so I called them again and they told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks to get another motor but if they don't have another one by the time my warranty runs out I'm screwed they told me they would give me my money back so I said I would come get my money and that's when they decided to tell me they would charge me a restocking fee for the bad motor they sold me so by the time I get my money back they will only give me $400 out of the $750 I gave them on each part and they will not give me my core back so then the next place will charge me $200 extra because I don't have a core. This place needs to be shut down their costumer service sucks and they will lie to you just to take your money.
the management has zero respect for his customers. asked the guy at the front desk for a part and the dude told me okay and then later got mad at me for not telling one of the workers to get the part.. that’s literally your job
Not quite sure, about this wrecking yard place. Never had great service. Also on that note.. why can’t the person who is responding to the comments, why can’t they spell correctly.. that should be everyone’s first clue.
Bought an LED taillight over the phone on Thursday. They charged $90 for shipping. By Monday it had arrived to me on the east coast. I was very impressed with the same day shipping and how well packed the taillight was. If I need auto parts in the future, they will be my first call . Highly recommend.
Do not buy from these people, they will not stand behind their products. We purchased from them and they wouldn't even provide us with an invoice to show what they removed the part from.
Do not waste your time and do not trust what they say through the messages, they say yes we have what you want and waste your time driving and then, we are sorry there is a mistake.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They will lie to you and sell you the wrong part. Then when you call back, they will hang up on you. I have been waiting a week to get this resolved.

Apparently they have two locations but when you call them they tell you the part is at the other of their location and when you show up. They have nothing nad tell you the same thing to go to the one you just came from. Have no manager in place since I see young kid just in the counter just on the phone and not really playing attention to the customer needs. Junk yards not supposed to be friendly but I know they should be at least organized
