Horrible Auto Auction. They have so much Junk and all the cars from every Lot have Reserves. Same cars over and over we every week because they don’t sell shit since all the reserves are Sky High. Customer service sucks also. I’ve been buying at auction over 20 years and this is the worst! I recommend everyone to Stay Away Stay Away!!

The worst auto auction and the worst towing service ever in the world

I brought a car that was posted runs and drive and drove 2 hrs to get it and the car won't start and they told me its nothing they can do. I DONT REQUIRED BIDDING ON THIS SITE!!!

2 months still no paper work , motor was bad in car would Definitely check the cars before buying the description are not good

I recently purchased a car through peak auto auction. I honestly was late to pay and pickup car. So they kept my deposit. The car that I purchased was pulled from auction a day after I won the auction. Instead of them refunding my deposit. The day after they realized the car was pulled by the police for a investigation. They kept my deposit. I contact 2 days later of the so called deadline to pay and pickup. They say my deposit is gone. They didn't try to contact me or left a message. When you put your deposit and not buy nothing do they contact you to refund your deposit no they just send it back. I bought plenty cars from them. I really never had no problem with them.... All they had to do is refund my deposit. And the deposit should have been refunded the date of the police pulled the car back for investigation instead of waiting for somebody to come and pay. So if I would have came and paid I probably would have hassle them to get my whole money back.

After purchasing the car on their auction website. There was not clear instructions given on where and how to pick up. I ended up calling the tow company and finding out some important details on how to pick up the car. It said bill of sale provided on the listing so I figured I’d need to apply for a title. The DMV basically told me it was illegal for them to sell a car without a title and that it could only be used as scrap. When I called for support the agent from peak was not helpful and basically told me it was sold as scrap.

I was ? on a bid and won then they said insurance came and got it but I had a inside connection that was a lie

I bought a car through peak auto auction for the first time when I came to pick up my vehicle the car was already sitting in the parking lot like someone had been driving it and when I Saw it posted at the auction it had pictures of the inside but when I came to get the car all the doors were locked and the tow yard elite towing says that they don't have any keys but yet they took pictures from inside the car and it cost me more than It was worth it should be illegal for them to do that and then make me pay for their mistake I have a good mind to sue peak auto auction for not helping me when it was advertised on their platform and elite towing which is formally the company that got shut down for price gougin their towing bills just warning people about the shady practices of peak and elite towing

Fam, they keep towing cars and not notifying people about how to stay in compliance. Plus we're inside this building longer than the DMV and we're just trying to retrieve a car. Buuut at least the air inside the building is decent and the frustration of people builds bonding.

Hi please I submitted many tickets and nobody answered me please I mend some help . I want to buy a 2 cars at you caution in Colorado but after I created my account that I’m going to register to give the 50 dollars of deposit say that I don’t have permission to participate or bid, what is that if I’m paying for it please

One of their vendors recently scammed me for thousands on a truck I bought from them. Completely lied about the description of the vehicle on the auction listing. The owner also cussed me out and called me stupid for asking for some of my money back. This peak auction company does not care at all that the vehicle description was incorrect. They also basically told me they can’t control who they let on the platform

I i could give a lower review i would. Have been in line for over 2 hours. 2 employees working and the line is barely moving. It is worse than the DMV!!! I dont know how it can take this kong to pay and get the car. It is beyond ridiculous.

I don’t know what type of job instruction your giving your tow truck drivers. It’s been months that you send truck driver to not only try to extort people for their own property but make huge noise at midnight with your trucks and disturbing the noise ordinances. I’m fixing to walk out at night and record the information from the tow truck driver and y’all companies and sue y’all with peace court if y’all can’t at least respect the noise with these trucks at night. Not only do y’all somehow haven law enforcement backing you up in this robbery but now y’all want to DISTURB WITH NOISE AT NIGHT. STOP COMING AND MAKING HUGE NOISE AT VILLAGE AT CROSSROADS EVERY FREAKING NIGHT BEFORE I SUE YALL FOR CONSTANTLY BREAKING NOISE ORDINANCES

Unethical practices and does not operate in good faith. Bid an item they offered to sell and discover that the description was inaccurate. Also believe that false bidders were inflating prices and when addressed issue with staff, the could not have cared less. When I pushed the issue through the auction house, they said the seller decided not to sell as I was an inconvenience.

Customer service is Great! However My husband & I have bought about 6 vehicles from peak & 1 outta 6 was any good. The other 5 had bad motors of course they list them as "no keys" so you're taking a big chance on paying top $ for a vehicle with a bad motor. I feel like the companies bid against you on the vehicles just to make you pay top dollar for junk. Some have a reserve & once the reserve is met the company themselves start bidding against you. (The second you place a bid the computer places another one the exact second you place your bid.) For the company. Rigged BIG TIME. They know what's good & what isn't. I honestly feel like they're scam artist. We were also charged taxes on registered owners impound which is illegal according to tax controllers office regardless of it being in their contracts. They Don't refund your 50$ registration fee most of the time. That's our personal experience with Peak. Beware....

Be careful with this auction site. I had a very bad experience costing me thousands of dollars. I didn’t meet the reserve. They then called and told me i won. Car turned out to have bad motor. Pictures showed keys but they denied the keys were for the car. They refused to help me.

I am so glad we finally broke down and decided to give Peak Auto Auctions a try! I couldn't believe how easy the entire process was. The app is super user friendly. Every person I talked with at peak was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never had to chase anyone down for help, they were always there and responded right away! Everything went perfectly from the beginning to the end. I am making them my go to and can't wait for the next auction.

First time using this Auction platform I love it excellent customer service. I would recommend taking a good look at the vehicle in person very well organized impound lot. Nice and clean and the people are very friendly also the online platform to bid is very easy. but is do think the 13% buyers premium is too much even if you are give (CASH), I use many other auction sites and they would charge a 10% premium for cash and 13% on the card. Overall the really good auction I hope they make changes to the buyers premium it really not a big deal but it makes more sense if cash be 10% and 13% for card. Thanks

This is by far the best way to have an auction. The app and desktop are very user friendly. Just pick your auction dates, upload pictures of the cars, enter the details and they do the rest. Customers from all over can see your auction and from the buyer stand point it is super easy to use as well. Customer service is phenomenal you always speak with a real person.

Have been a customer since before Peak Auto Auctions was started. About 10 years of amazing experiences. Everyone in the company always goes above and beyond whenever we have had any type of issues. Looking forward to many more years of business with them.

I've found some great deals at peak. And the girl in charge of the Dallas locations Malerie has been awesome. She's very professional, efficient, and helpful. She definitely knows her stuff. The paperwork is always on point and so is her customer service! Some others like McKinney, not so much I had to figure out how to fix the paperwork myself. I'll continue to check out the Dallas locations regularly!
