The worst yard around they will screw you on all prices and wait you unload to show you. They have gave me tin price for aluminum and manually chafe weight twice. Don’t go they are crooks

Julie or Julia VERY unprofessional ! I had an accident with one of their trucks last week and the driver was really nice and gave me the information of the company and told me to speak to Julia. My mistake was to trust the driver and that the company was going to fix my car but Please don’t do that! They have been giving me the run around and finally this morning Julia sent me an email telling me that they are not responsible for any road hazards. So I called to speak to her and she was extremely rude and told me that I could do whatever I wanted and that they were not going to pay for anything and hang up the phone on me.

They do not pay their bills. Julie from accounting will straight up lie to you about payments and give you the run around all day long. Do not do any work for them or YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.

They don't have an screen to see the weight. They pay whatever they want

Well first off the prices are ok but the hour a f&#$ed up they will even turn u away at 430 saying they are closed but yet when you contact them they say they stay open till 5 bull s$+# and they will. Hang up on you in the middle of your question the way they answer the phoneat times is straight rude . We need more scrapping yards on 310 but no oak Cliff is the only one now ....... Anyone know of any good scrap yard in southdallas .and if so please direct me to them thank y'all Oak Cliff sucks to my opinion

Friendly people and the don't cheat you like other scrap yards that I been to in Dallas really friendly employees.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst scrap yard in Dallas. Con artists! I have been here multiple times and had a horrible experience each time. If you clean and separate your good metals like copper and aluminum and brass, they will pay you for dirty metal anyways. After I spent all day stripping copper wires, they paid me for dirty copper. It was perfectly clean. I didn't burn it, I used wire strippers. They don't tell you how much they are paying per pound until after they pay you. I kept asking everyone why they paid me for dirty copper and they just ignored me and pretended not to speak English. I called after that and the guy on the phone said I was wasting his time. I dialed the corporate extension and the lady I spoke to was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to in my life. You shouldn't have someone with such a bad attitude in a customer service position. She should be fired. All the other yards in the area that I have been to have paid me WAY more for separated metals. I told my neighbor what happened and he said he has had very similar experiences with this yard. Bring your metals to a different scrap yard!
