Oscar was the most amazing individual I can honestly say I have come across in quite some time. He was quite the gentleman but also quite knowledgeable and although he came to do one specific job he also helped me with a couple of other items. I almost got cancelled! I received a call from the tow rep, eta 45 mins, told him I'll be ready when he arrives. As "luck" would have it, I had trouble locating the title & the key, OF COURSE I moved it from the spot I remembered placing it
Found it went outside Frank was there & said I made it just in time he was about to leave. I later discovered Before he reached that decision, he left 3 or 4 VMs circled around twice in my apts, sent a couple texts..w/o receiving any response from me, why didn't I respond, cuz the ding dang phone was in airplane mode. I am so grateful that Frank made every effort to complete this transaction. 10 stars for this guy
I recently had a very unpleasant experience with one of this company’s drivers. I believe his name was mentioned during our interaction, but regardless, his behavior was completely unprofessional. I understand people can have bad days, but there’s no excuse for how rude he was toward me.
From the moment he arrived, he was dismissive and hostile, even reacting negatively when I greeted him politely. The interaction only got worse—after our business was finished, he muttered something offensive under his breath and made an inappropriate gesture as he drove away.
Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing that someone with such a poor attitude represents this company. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.
They are punctual and very professional, Frank deserves special mention, he was 100% helpful and very knowledgeable on getting my vehicle out of a tight garage, I cant imagine a better experience selling my junk cars and am very satisfied with the service and cash paid to me for my vehicles.
