Extremely helpful, quick, and hassle-free! This towing/mechanic went above and beyond— ensured me that most likely I was having a starter issue and offering to beat the price for my service if it came in too high at another location. He was very professional, arrived on time, and made sure my vehicle was transported safely. I’ve saved his number and will definitely use his services again, not only for towing but even for routine maintenance.
After waiting over 2 hours for the tow company my insurance was sending I cancelled them and called DFW FIVE STAR TOWING LLC Within 30 minutes my driver, SAEID showed up, loaded up my car and dropped me off at my house (which was in the complete opposite direction of where it was towed). Price was very reasonable and SAEID was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend DFW FIVE STAR TOWING to anyone needing a towing service.

I called three different company and then they show up. They say your car is too low. We cannot do it. One of them they were trying to charge me $900 bucks do the tow finally, I end up calling Dfw five star towing Cab less than 30 minutes and then they tow my car with no issue and they charge me $185 for 18 miles fair price I definitely recommend them to friend & family

Horrible experience. I was connected to DFW Five Star through Chevrolet Services and will be complaining to Chevrolet Services about connecting customers with such a poor contractor. I prepaid for the tow service prior to the drivers arrival. It was not cheap, but I was expecting good value as this was a contractor through Chevrolet Services. Upon arrival the driver from DFW Five Star was unfriendly and communicated poorly, this continued throughout the experience. More upsetting was the complete lack of transparency on pricing, specifically surprise upcharges. If the driver did any action, no matter how small, beyond hooking up my vehicle to to tow truck, there was a surprise upcharge that was communicated to me only after the vehicle was on the truck and we arrived at the destination. At which point, the driver stated he would not put my vehicle down unless I paid these surprise charges. These surprise charges were for unlocking the steering wheel and shifting the vehicle from park to neutral. Most appalling was I asked the driver why he didn’t tell me about these upcharges prior to providing the services, he stated that “it is company policy not to communicate upcharges to the customer.”
These people are crooks. Avoid using them at all cost.
I couldn’t be happier with the high quality service I received from DFW Five Star Towing. Saeid was great! He was very friendly and took excellent care of my vehicle. When he delivered it to the auto shop for repairs, I even received pictures. Normally this type of situation would stress me out but not this time. I highly recommend this company. I’m very pleased.
Saeid, the owner was extremely courteous during the entire process, from start to finish. It was very evident that his main priority was providing the best customer service and satisfaction possible and he more then delivered on that!

Saeid met me in the middle of the night, asked what issue I was having with my car, diagnosed it immediately, got my car started and still was kind enough to complete the tow since I didn’t have anyone to drive my second transportation back home. Being a young woman, I was comfortable even with it being as late as it was, he was knowledgeable and even gave me good basic tips to try on my car battery. 10 out of 10!
Absolute top notch service! I needed a tow around midnight and they showed up very quick and were very professional. They not only took my car to the shop they drove me all the way home without charging me. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this company.
The driver was efficient and professional. He towed my car to the repair shop and he stayed with me until they assured me it would be fixed. I will always use Dfw Five Star Towing for towing assistance. It is very hard to find a reliable service like this one. I would highly recommend them!
