Oh my gawsh these Fellas! The handsome dark gentleman who helped me today just changed my whole day around. Its too much to text so I'll just say thank you Sir, I wish I asked your name because you went over and above your job description Sir. You wee so kind and knowledgeable and the efforts you went To to get me going was so wonderful 🥲 you took over from the cash register then came outside with me Sir, and got me on the road so fast I wish you'd handle All my issues this quick🤭😆 THIS STORE IS SUCH A FABULOUS STORE so I hope each staff member gets the acknowledgement you guys deserve. Team work at its finest!!!

Wow! In a world of no service, this Auto Zone proved that there are still people out there who care! Was driving daughter’s car when oil light came on and could not find anywhere that is willing to top off oil. Went to this location and Robert and other staff stepped up and helped me figure out that this car did indeed need oil. I purchased the needed oil and they even tutored me on how to put it in the car. They were friendly and professional and knowledgeable and I truly am grateful for their help.

Ronald was kind and very helpful. Spent time with me explaining all I needed to know. Wonderful experience.

Mr. Ronald was a pure blessing to me!!!! I lost my keys last week, which cost my over $1K. What next??? My battery died and I drove to Auto Zone and Mr. Ronald not only helped me out but he imparted wisdom upon me about being a woman and still watching how people service my vehicle🙏🏾. Colby helped me as best as he possibly could. I appreciate that he did his best and was helpful and friendly. Ultimately, the part was more specialized than any auto part store carries. But his service was stellar and I was very satisfied as usual. I have always been satisfied at AutoZone.

I never write reviews but this service was the worst! I bought brakes and rotors from them and when they sold me the wrong rotors, I came back to exchange them and the employee behind the counter BEGGED me to wait for the manager to finish helping a customer outside because he did not want to go through the exchange process. So I waited for the manager and he acknowledged me because he said he’ll be with me in a second, and then kept pacing from the front of the store to the back of the store. He somehow found the time to walk outside and yell at a potential customer whose car alarm began to go off though. While I was waiting, a man who did not speak english walked in and needed help with finding a part to which the employee who begged me to wait for the manager was extremely rude to him and I had to help translate or else the employee was going to ignore him. After waiting 10 minutes, I left to the Autozone on Arapaho and they helped me and I was out the door in 5 minutes. While I was at the Arapaho location, a man who did not speak english also walked in and the employees were extremely helpful to him despite the language barrier. I understand if yall are understaffed because I’ve worked customer service jobs before but there’s a right way and wrong way to do things and this was terrible.

Ronald provides excellent customer service. He is personable and very knowledgeable about cars and various products. He recommended a product that helped me pass the emissions test after an initial failure. Thanks Ronald!

I was in a nightmare situation over a bad battery. I was bouncing between my mechanic and the parts place next to my house. Then I found Ronald at autozone! He was amazing. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! He found me the right battery and installed it for way cheaper than my mechanic and the other auto parts place that refused to sell me a battery! Thank you Ronald. Autozone is so lucky to have Ronald.

Ronald gave the best customer service. He got me fixed up quick and was able to save me money from having to go to the dealer just to clear a code. 10/10 recommend

Terrible customer service and professionalism from the parts manager, Robert S. Probably has trouble seeing or hearing, given his old age, and will yell at you/your group thinking they’re loitering/using the products. This manager needs to learn how to speak to customers, especially women if he ever wants to progress in his career. The other employee, seemed sympathetic and really kind to us, knowing his manager is unprofessional. I see that this is a common issue at this store (some reviewer said this Robert made her cry?!), and despite the replies to the reviews from the company, it looks like AutoZone Corporate does not care, which is sad but not surprising. We just went to the O’Reilly Parts nearby, and got much better professionalism and hey, we got a better price too. UT Dallas has a great car culture, so I’d advise y’all students to go to O’Reilly or the AutoZone in Richardson.

Stop by AutoZone today off Coit Road. Had the most welcome and friendly experience. Ronald was very very helpful and sweet. Address every need I had it with my vehicle. Completely went out of his way. If you're ever around and need help on anything stop in and make sure you find him.

Ronald went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue. Before selling me a new battery he took the time to check the old one to make sure I needed a new one. Once it was determined a new one was needed, he worked out a great deal that included installation. From beginning to end they were helpful, pleasant and kind. Can’t recommend Auto Zone highly enough!

I had a dead battery. I had my hands full and just needed to get it fixed quickly. Don, the manager, verified my old battery was dead before selling me a new battery, checked the date of my old battery to see if it was still under warranty, uninstalled then installed my new battery quickly and with care for detail, and also honored a discount he didn't have to. Additionally, i witnessed the fella in front of me in line was having a rough moment in life and Don took care of his problems completely, just great customer service. Really, thank you Don. He even offered to give my son some of the candy by the counter to keep him occupied while Don was fixing my battery.

Robert is the best guy around!!! I haven’t even left the store and I already knew I had to leave a review for him. I was at a different AutoZone and had a tricky situation with my battery and I was told that nobody at that location could help me. I was nervous with an almost dead battery and not a ton of time to get it fixed on a Saturday night. I went straight to this location to get a second opinion and Robert was completely willing to help and took the time to do the tedious task of figuring out my battery situation, and he even explained the process to me so I had a better idea of what needed to happen to get on my way. Even though it was cold, windy, and late in the day, he treated me so kindly and was patient with me not knowing what to do. His service was fast, friendly, and he was very kind to a very clueless me. Robert, thank you so much, I appreciate your kindness and I will always recommend this location above all to anyone local. 😊🩷

The store manger is very rude and pushy. I went in for some simple lug nuts that I knew were by the tire section (they are universal). I went in and tried to head for the aisle. The manager stopped me and made go to the computer so he can search it up. I showed him my lug nuts and he didn’t even bother seeing it. He decided to look up the stock lug nuts. The manager didn’t help me but kept harassing me. Another employee was helping me but he kept budding in. They said they didn’t have it in their system (they looked up the stock lug nuts) and tried to push me out to another store. At this time he was yelling and getting railed up. I didn’t have time to go to another store when this one was the closest to me so I went ahead and double check if they had my UNIVERSAL lug nuts and they did. So I got them and went to the SELF CHECKOUT. The manager was right there harassing me. Saying that those are not it and kept telling the other employee to not check me out. The lug nuts I was trying to buy matched the one I brought in so I explained to him can I just buy it and I can return them if they don’t fit ? The manager got quit and the employee finally made the decision to let me self checkout. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It was in the middle of the day I was the only one there. No excuses.

My mother was so happy with their service. She called them because her car wouldn't start and they came right out to her house. They diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly without charging much. They were very kind and she really appreciated it. She is now a devoted customer.

I putted to this store last night after helping my sister move into her new house for hours in the hot heat. I did not expect to run into car trouble. I finally arrive to this location 5 minutes till closing. To my surprise, as I pulled up Monica made her way to the door to lock it and repeated that they were closed. I informed her my check engine light was on and just needed it checked. She repeated that they were closed, locked the door and walked away. I gave no fuss and simply grabbed my phone out the car and took pictures of the sign on the door with the managers number below a statement reading “AutoZone is committed to customer satisfaction”. Tuh I was far from satisfied. As I was trying to obtain a clear picture Monica made her way back to the door to ask if I need the managers number. To which I replied sure, she searched her phone found nothing, then asked her colleague, or he could possibly have been a manager, for the number. He must’ve referred her to the door as she began to point and state yes his number is there. Then, in the same breath ask if I could read it clearly. Smh the nerve. She then asked the guy if it was okay to check my engine light. Once he agreed, she told me to start my car. I did then I stood back to give her room. She tried to hand me the tool, to which I replied, I don’t know how to use that. Her reply, “you’re going to learn today”. I stood there puzzled, holding my tongue. After the day that I had this is the last thing I needed. A snarky woman in the midst of car trouble. She eventually did it herself. And walked me in for the diagnosis. After receiving the paperwork she began to tell me not to wait so late next time and how this was a bad area. One star is pretty generous. No compassion was showed. Mind you, all the time she wasted with the small talk at the door and haggling with me to do HER job, she could have been gone by the actual closing time. Aggravated to say the least. Someone pulling up with hazardous lights on just screams help to me.

Johnny Lee is always sooo helpful and gives good recommendations! Was at this location a few months ago to get a battery and he installed it, with no problem. Was there today (01.16.20) to get a new bulbs for my headlights and got the same great service. Thanks again Johnny!
