Nkem was slow and unhelpful. He gave me the wrong part and was uninformed about how to resolve. I had to call my local shop to find the right part and even when they said they had one left, he said it wasn’t. Asked him to verify the location of the nearest store with one and he said “you can call them”. This store is a JOKE.

I came in to have my battery tested, the guy behind the counter had food on the counter and was eating while serving customers, completely unprofessional. Additionally, he did their battery tester was broke (you mean they only have one?) and sent me to another store…. This place is terrible

Don’t come to this place. In my life of purchasing batteries I have never been charged for “helping” replacing a new battery. autozone employees always help as a courtesy. Not here, Cortez will make sure you don’t leave without paying him 20 bucks for “helping you” Worst customer service, unprofessional, and they will scam you. Find somewhere else.

Super terrible servicen. I bought a batter this morning . the cashier weighs not attention . she told him to put the battery in my car . the boy did not want to, totally . Were servicen . I do not recommend that fence.

Just went to this location to pick up a part, The Mgr is very disrespectful, he called me names, he should be fired!! Zero customer service or any type of education.

Lazy people, I came to get the check in light check and the guy started asking about my car and how it will be impossible for him to get it check bc he had back problems mind you there was a young guy in the back and I asked him if he could do it and then he said no that I had to. Every time I come to an auto zone they always help me with the machine but I guess at this location they weren’t feeling it 😒

I was already having bad day when I went to start my car and found my battery was dead. Tried jumping it and nothing. I took the battery to this location and was expecting the usual uninterested level of customer service that you find nowadays at most places. I was blown away. All of the associates were so nice and helpful. Not just to me, to everyone. They were patient and respectful and took the time to treat everyone like a human. It was amazing. Changed my whole day. Got my battery charged and was on my way. Thank you Auto zone team on staff on November 3rd. I am impressed. I hope that management sees this and rewards your efforts.

I have auto parts stores closer to where I live, but I always go to this Auto Zone 5365 Spring Valley Dallas TX US bc the people who work there are so nice and helpful. Thank you.

I wanted to write a review and let everyone know how much I appreciate this AutoZone location and to Marcus for assisting me today-I called an AutoZone near me for a product -they did not have it in stock, but they were kind enough to let me know where it was in stock. This location had the option of same-day delivery for a fee -long story short the delivery app sent out an individual who did not attempt to deliver it, and when I stepped outside to assist the delivery driver, he refused to attempt delivery and returned the item. I was very upset and I was speaking to Marcus, who was very apologetic even when it was not his fault. He let me know how that delivery option worked and that while he had no control over it, he went out of his way to assist me with receiving my item. He really went above and beyond, which says so much about this AutoZone location. If he is not already a manager I really think you all should consider making him one. Thank you so much again and I hope you have a great rest of your day.

Terrible service. Went to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle and everyone there was just rude. When I asked if they can print off my results it’s like no one wanted to help me. My step dad was on FaceTime with me the entire time and was appalled at the service that I received. Save yourself time and give your business to another place.

Had to edit my original review, which had been positive about the friendliness of the employee who replaced my battery. The next day my car stalled multiple times. Had to pay a mechanic to diagnose that the battery had been installed incorrectly causing issues with my car's computer.

This is by far the best auto zone with friendly staff that dont mind assisting you. Adonis is always so helpful with a smile. If he can't assist he politely ask you to hold one moment. Assist his customers in the order they came then gracefully assists the next customer with no hesitations.

I got an 2015 Lexus GS350 and they replaced the battery. The idiot who put it in didn’t tighten the bar that hold the screw on the battery. Car didn’t start up at all. Had to call my mechanic for him to let me know the bar/screw was loose. Idiot to say the least. Don’t let them put a battery in your car. Better off buying and let somebody else do it

Last week I had to make an emergency stop for a battery for my Jeep, and man, Marcus was on it! Took seconds for him to look up and grab the battery that was best and installed it swiftly. I can't stress enough how efficient and fast he made the whole transaction and installation. I had a serious meeting to get to, as it was early in the morning, and man, he assured I'd be good to go, and he was right! Thanks Marcus!

I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service I received at this AutoZone. Marcus (the manager) and Luis went above and beyond to help me with a recent situation. It wasn’t something they would normally be able to accommodate, but because they understood it was a recent purchase and truly cared about my experience, they made it right. Both Marcus and Luis were professional, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure I left satisfied. It’s rare to find that level of care and understanding these days, and they turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive one. This location has earned my loyalty, and I’ll absolutely continue to recommend them to family and friends.

I came in today in Need of help. Adonis was. It only extremely accommodating but he solved my issue and was a great help. Because of his customer service and his help I was able to make it to work after recent car issues. If you ever go to this Autozone I would definitely recommend Adonis!

I purchased a battery from here. Put it in myself which was not too complicated. I was having a battery light come on after install so I took it up here to see if anyone would be willing to check it out. Unfortunately some incompetent selfish dweeb stole the device that was needed to diagnose parts of the car. I then was sent over to the 8180 location to diagnose the battery light that comes on. Not sure it the guy there was experienced but some guy came up and was telling him that it was my spark plugs... Granted he could be right but at the same time my check engine light was not on. The guy just appeared out of nowhere touched the engine and spoke in Spanish saying it was spark plugs. Not saying I don't trust the judgement but it was not matching with what I understand from previous experiences. Sparkplugs would light up the check engine light. Showing a willingness to assist goes a long way with me. Yeah you can tell me what you think from what I say but taking the initiative to be sure based off of facts rather than an unknown individual not dressed as an employee baffled my perception. Overall I just revved the engine and have not had the battery light since. If I need to get a new one I've got a 4 year warranty soooo we will see how long it lasts. I thought that the battery may not be the correct one due to it being smaller than the previous battery but there was no willingness to want to figure it out. Kinda felt like I was passed off with suggestions that didn't have much weight rather than having a for sure understanding of my situation and making the best suggestion. I could have went to the dealership and paid the money to have it fixed but decided to do it myself. I ran into a couple of issues but got through it. Anyhow, I do appreciate Marcus for letting me know I could exchange the previous core. Now I ain't changing no damn spark plugs but I for sure can knock out the basics!

Nicholas L is great. His customer service skills are up to par. He could teach some people a few things or two. Hard to find great customer service like that. I came in for oil. He showed me where it was and offered to put it in for me. I go to AutoZone about every two weeks and no one has treated me like Nicholas L. Thank you young man! #Givenicholasaraise

I simply love this particular location! (Manager) Josh & sales clerk Jarrell are the best of the best! Excellent customer service, attentive, professional & they both go the extra mile to please the customer! If you ate a woman with car issues or a man that cars just aren’t your strong point, GO SEE Josh & Jarrell at this location NOW! As far as I see it, If they can’t help you only a body shop can! lol.

Heavy set white guy sent us to another Auto zone because he did not want to change out a battery. A battery which we just bought yesterday and not working properly- encountering 3 boost in 1 day . We arrived at this location at 8:30(30min before closing) at 8:45 he sends us to an autozone that closes at 10.00 because he didn’t want to take the time to change the battery because he close in 15 min @9pm. Trifling and poor customer service shut the doors or get this clown out of customer service because he failed Tremendously. Makes one never want to do business with Autozone. Autozone this employee is representing You as a Company!

This was a small Autozone compared to all the others I've been in, and I've been in quite a few because I work on my own cars. I needed 3 different parts and they were not specialized but they did not carry 2 of them. I was just quite surprised at the size of this one. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and willing to help in my plight. The restroom was OK, it wasn't gross but it was maintained.
