As a single woman, I'm skeptical about auto shops. Men often see women coming and think how easy it is to take advantage of them because they don't know any better, so I've become savvy about my car.
I can't say enough great things about this shop. They were kind, communicative and fair in pricing. What they quoted is what they charged AND they didn't charge me any tax. JJ called me with updates every day. I hadn't planned on leaving my vehicle there, but I felt it was safe and they took very good care of me.
When you see bad reviews of this place, I'm betting it was from someone who was a complainer and gives every business a low rating. They were wrong. Ladies, if you're looking for honest mechanics who are kind and thoughtful, this is your place. I will be back!

Rami and his crew were great. They found the issue quickly, fixed it, and tested it to make sure it was gone. Fair prices and I was never pressured to make any other fixes.

Love these people. Friendly and helpful, they have been taking care of my kid's old Toyota for a few years. Reasonable prices, and at least in my experience no pushy up-sell stuff or dubious dire warnings, just honest diagnosis and good solid work.
Location is a mix of good and bad; easy to get to, but the Coit Cambpell intersection is a nightmare. If you go early it's not that bad. They have generous open hours and are open on Saturday!!
Very rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable individuals here who lack unbiased customer service. Wouldn’t give my business to them, take your car elsewhere unless you want to be scammed and talked down to.
My Accord had a check engine light and poor acceleration. They figured out out the problems and fixed them in about 7 hours. they also fixed a stubborn oil leak and cleaned off all the old caked on oil. Great work with great turn around time.
The ONLY place I’ll ever go to for my car needs! I have always had a great experience with Rami. From inspections, oil changes, new brake pads, new brake rotors, tire alignment and brake bleeding service I had done for a vintage truck I was having problems getting air out of the lines. I’ve been coming here for somewhere around 8 years and have always been pleased. Great pricing, clean labor and awesome communication. Overall, great experiences for multiple vehicles and I have referred quite a few people over time.
If you need anything automotive... This is the ace to come for your repairs. Had our car and truck inspection done here, and came in today for a wheel alignment.

Rami and his team are excellent, and they have integrity. They don’t try to oversell you. They are as honest as they are skilled, and that is a rare combination these days. I highly recommend them for all your car service needs.
I was referred by Michele young and Rob young. And They are the best!!! Fixed my problem. Charge me 90 dollars for diagnostics. I ended up paying 50$ with the problem fix. I recommend Dallas Tx anyone needs there car fix. My car Honda accord. No more dealership.7-22-25
I've been going to them for several years off of a hunch from my intuition and the fact that Rami had a very sincere, honest, personable vibe about him that's hard to find, especially in this generation. It's a family-owned and operated business that does nearly everything car-related...from oil changes to tire replacements to ac unit repair to major engine work. They've taken care of all of the above in my older car and I have been very happy with their work :)

My tesla tire got a tiny tear somehow. Not a nail or puncture, but tear in less than 10000 miles. Telsa and the big chains quoted $700 for 2 tires and "recommended" I get 2 for proper balance and alignment. I called these guys and they put a new affordable tire on for $135. Plus they didn't try to sell me 2 tires and didn't add on all kinds of fees. I was expecting at least $50 in taxes fees like disposal, stem, etc... like the big chains charge. I was almost shocked that when I was charged exactly what I was quoted $135 no added fees. Plus, only took 15 minutes even though they were super busy.
I will bring all my vehicles here and refer them to everyone.
It seems that this shop is very popular. I took my car for alignment while there were 3 people ahead of me. Took a while as expected but they have done excellent job. Many thanks to Rami with his professional and friendly approach which made it comfortable when waiting. I think I have found the shop for the services to my and my family vehicles.

Not the best place to take ur car they will have u waiting hours and want fix anything and say they did. I still have the same issues after coming up there several times then I had a light that went out and they put the same light back in it I have lost so much money and time at this place to where I had to get it serviced somewhere else. Horrible service these pictures are after the service was done then they left items in my car that I didn’t know til the next man seen them. I want a refund or I’m contacting BBB
Our Honda’s engine splash board came off when we were driving on highway. Got off Coit and came to this place, Rami and his colleagues were able to fix it super fast for us. My in-law went back and they did a good job ??
I have been coming here for years now and figured it is about time to leave a review that was long overdue. If you are looking for a honest shop? Look no further. They give good prices and will work with you if needed. Good quality work and great family service. You don't find these kind of repair shops anymore. They are a dimond in a rough and family owned. Keep up the great work!
12/02/2022 - This is an update.
The quality of work and service has gone down drastically over the last few years. I paid for a new catalytic converter for my 2010 GMC Terrain. I kept having problems with my vehicle after paying for the repairs. I went back and was told that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced again because the original one failed less than a year had gone by. It was replaced again as a limited warranty. The amount of money I was charged for the first catalytic converter was really high so I thought I paid for a new one. I am still having problems 6 months later. So much so that today I am at a GMC Certified Repair Service Department in Plano, Texas for a diagnostic. It turns out that the parts used were aftermarket but that wasn't clearly expressed to me or I would have requested new parts. There are bolts and brackets missing from the installation that has caused an exhaust leak. I will need to replace the catalytic converter again. I'm going to pay for the repairs at a GMC Certified Repair Service Department to avoid any further issues.
Save your time and money and take your vehicle to a Certified Repair Service Department.
I had been coming here for the last 6-10 years. It was good service until the new "family" employees started working here. The quality of work has suffered.
Forget about discount tires, or other auto or tire repair shops that lure you in with their names but end up making you wait for hours once you get there or spend way more than what they actually do. The fact that these guys are busy all day long tells you about how good they are. I needed to replace 2 of my tires, they had 5/6 ppl ahead of me but they finished the job within half an hour. No reservations needed, prices are just half of what discount tires would charge for the same job and flawless results. Never had issues with them.
Amazing experience. I think these guys deserve an applaud and appreciation. My battery got died fully as I kept my lights on for 3 days. They not only give me the battery starter jump instrument but also they said it will be free. I was so tensed and they are so much helpful. Definitely a person to give a tip. Worth a try. Everyone is amazing here.
For over 3yrs now, this is the only place I ever take my car whenever it needs repairs. The manager Rami and staff are always extremely, knowledgeable, helpful & professional. They offer first class service anything from an oil change to CV Axel service. They guarantee all their work done backed by warranty.
These guys are great, I’ve gone a few times here and there for maintenance but this summer was a doozy. My bumper fell off while shopping so I called Rami, he checked it out and had my car fixed up the next day. A few weeks later, someone hit my rear bumper. Again, brought it in and had it fixed with some paint touch ups all over. My car looks and runs like new. The thing that sets them apart is service. Rami is truly an excellent businessman. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.
