After calling my insurance and possibly my parents insurance, I was looking at almost $500 tow from DeSoto to Denton when my truck gave up on me. I saw this company’s ratings and called them up. Significantly less than a few other places and the sweetest dispatcher (Stacy) got me set up. Then Scott showed up in about 45 minutes. When I say I was so glad that I called them, that’s an understatement. Scott chatted with me all the way about literally everything without skipping a beat, included my kiddos in the conversation (also shared his Oreos with them) and made me feel better about a really cruddy situation. Without any hesitation, he even helped me park my truck because I was nervous about doing it. I literally got all the dad vibes of just someone trying to help whoever they can. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. Several towing companies wouldn't help me out. It was late at night, and I was far from Dallas. Dallas Discount Towing came to my rescue! Their service was extremely *FAST.* The tow truck driver, Grady, was kind and helpful. He greeted me, and I immediately felt safe. He towed the car and dropped me off as well. He took time in carefully loading the vehicle, but did so quickly to get me to the center where he dropped off my car. He was a good, conscientious driver. My car was safe with him, and I was safe in his truck. I appreciate the service and the help I received. I will definitely use them again. The next time I am in a bind, Dallas Discount Towing will be the FIRST company I call!

Carlos was an amazing person while we were all stressed trying to get our truck to a safe place. We are not from Dallas, we were visiting from Houston and Carlos was very patient and kind with us understanding the help we need. He even gave my brother advice on how to deal with the problem the vehicle had and even helped him to be able to turn on the vehicle and move it to a parking space. My experience with this company was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. I was hit when I was coming out of work and it was just my luck that I was across town and was unable to get incontact with anyone. However, after my insurance dispatched a towing company which happens to be this company, the gentleman took great care of me and calmed me down. We had great conversations as he dove to drop my car to caliber collision and I would highly recommend this company for anyone!

These guys were great. Joe and Will were extremely professional and took great care for the car. Was told it could take up to 2 hrs to get someone to the car...but it only took 20 min for them to show. Maybe a little more pricey but well worth it!!!
