I have a video of wrecker #22 driver running a red light egregiously on Monday Sept 29th at 9:40 am at the intersection of peak northbound and Gaston avenue in Dallas.
There was a huge accident today on Plano road and miller rd. I just watched the tow truck turn to the left from the second lane that wasnt a turning lane. Then to do a u turn it went in front of me and another suv from the middle lane!!! It's a shame his job is to help others and he's just as dangerous. It was 5 hours after the wreck. The emergency had been done. There was absolutely no excuse.
waited for over an hour to have them cancel them service after the driver called the first time to say he was 25mins away. 24 hours service more like a 8 to 4pm service. anything after 5pm the lazy drivers do not want to work.

Easy to set up and they were very responsive. The driver was still at another job and running late, they responded quickly to my texts with an ETA. I really appreciated that since the previous tow company no showed. The driver was nice, easy to talk to and Parked the car as best as possible even with limited space.

What ended up being one of the worst nights I have had in a long time, but I was saved by this company not bc of what they do on a regular basis i was blessed by two very genuine and very generous men. I had a flat on Interstate 30 and I was devastated given the events that i have been troubled with this year already. So I went through my contact list asked for help on fb NOTHING so I get even more upset or more hurt that I have no one I can call in my time of distress just as I just started to give in to the emotions I have been holding at bay this year thus far I turn around and I see two tow trucks with the company name ND number so I call it a very nice man answers the phone and he tells me the rates I get sad agian just so happens im low on cash he calls his guy Eli to come tow me and my car back to my hotel room and he does it all of this for the $90 dollars I have in my pocket not everyone does this now days and I wanted to make sure they get the recondition they deserve Eli was very calm and very professional and he made me feel comfortable and he is a very positive gentleman, as I started to be so negative about my day he reminded me sometimes it goes that way for everybody. So I am just glad to have meet them and I guess I'm glad to have had the flat. So I reconditioned RG for your towing needs yep you heard it from MC RG set the bar on this industry. Thank you.
I had My 2020 Mercedes towed by them, my car was driven up the ramp bed of the tow truck, my car was strapped down on one side the left side, front and back tire. The passenger tires front and back was not strapped down. I didn’t say anything to the wrecker because it was late and i was ready to get home so i didn’t think it mattered. I just assumed everyone had a different tow technique, so as we are proceeding to leave the parking lot the car is shaking a lot and it’s causing the factory alarm to go off.... it went off frequently the whole ride, ( i get notifications to my phone ) .... so we arrive he backs the car off the ramp and my friend puts the car in the Garage. Next day i start the car up and i get notification on the display screen “Collision detected “ on the left side of the car, (the side he strapped dwn only) . I had the car taken to dealer they tell me the car was towed INAPPROPRIATELY which caused the car to give the notification, i contact the tow company spoke with Manager ( shana) or shawna how ever it’s pronounced, i inform her what transpired, she argues me dwn, very defensive instead of listening as a manager should, didn’t attempt to come up with a resolution, she goes on to say she’s been doing this for 20 plus years and they didn’t do anything wrong. And to add insult to injury she goes on to say “ that’s what i get for buying a computerized fancy car”...... more was said but I’ll end it there .... moral of the story they are VERY VERY unprofessional! .... i don’t recommend them to anyone, I’m also reporting them to the better business bureau Next! I’ve never in my life experienced that kind of customer service, I’m still in shock, she shouldn’t even be managing with that attitude and or disposition and lack there of! ...... find another Company this is a WARNING to everyone!!!!!!
