Gotta love this place. I have been buying appliance here for years my dyer went out last year bought another there for 180.00 just a few weeks ago my washer went out and bought another one from there when I buy from them the products last for a while but when the go out I rather just buy another and save the cost or repair man

I have been purchasing major appliances from Mr K's for years from washers and dryers to refrigerators and stoves! The life span of items I have purchased is very long for used items! I am very satisfied with my purchases!

Our family has come here for years and have always gotten good quality products. Cash only and they dont deliver but definetly cheaper than any where else.

I have purchased appliances here since 2004 and they always deliver great appliances! Their prices are affordable and their service is exceptional! If an appliance needs to be returned, they take it and/or exchange it with no hassle. I keep buying, to this date, very affordable appliances here and recommend them with confidence.

Bought my refrigerator February 24 2024. Worst customer service no good communication. Now my refrigerator won’t get cold at all all my food went to waist. I called to see if I had a warranty on it the guy that answered the phone was VERY RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And told me that I would need to bring back up there and I’d have to pay extra for another one even if it’s the same price as what I’ve purchased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. WORST PLACE TO GO ….‼️RUN RUN RUN

Purchase a washer and dryer set, brought it home and the dryer does not work. I paid out of pocket to bring it back to have them fix it. Paid to bring it back home and to see the dryer STIlLL does not work. I spoke to the manager and he wants me to pay to bring it back up there. Waste of money, now I have to pay someone else to fix my dryer that never worked from the beginning. Mr.K does not care for there customers, they will take your money and can care less about anything else. I will not recommend anyone to place. Waste of your money…

I recently was in need of a washing machine for my daughter. I bought one for a couple of hundred dollars then a few weeks later my son needed a washer I returned for another. So far the washers are in excellent operation, I am grateful that this company could meet our needs without breaking my pocket book. I highly recommend Mr K's Appliance.

I have been buying appliances from them for several years, I find the appliances to be in good working condition, I have purchased MANY appliances for my rental homes and my Personal home over the years and only once did I have to take back during the 30 day return policy and they gave me another machine no issue. I find them to Have the Best Scratch and Dent items and Many still have the manufactures tape still inside, you cannot beat this place. Kirk Lane Terrell, Texas

I just called to check to see if they bought used appliances and the guy was very rude and over talking me when I asked if he recommended anyone. And hung up before I could say thank you! Fire your phone guy! Not very welcoming and definitely no manners or customers service skills

Great place to save some money on appliances. Things to keep in mind before buying from here. The units are all refurbished and repaired. These units came in after some amount of usage and may have been replaced as part of warranty replacement then repaired and may or many not have been tested well. Returns are buyer's responsibility. Every convenience (delivery, installation etc.) has a price. If you are looking for a quick replacement without paying the full price and can live with some dings and dents then this is the place for you.

Been coming here for a few years now. My wife's sister told us about this place back in 2019. Since then I've came back for multiple appliances. Had an LG washer that I bought back in 2019. Still running to this day. My brother bought both a washer and dryer for cheap. I think it was $400 for both total back in 2019. Still going I bought a dryer from them after my original one finally went out back in 2021. Again still working My mother bought a compact fridge for $200 that works well still. Finally, I recently bought another washer to replace the one I got in 2019 because I was giving that one to my mother. Have had it for a week, so far so good.

I have bought all my appliances here, washer dryer refrigerator and now a stove. I have never had a problem with any of them. They have so many to choose from. Even though they are used, They were as good as new and the price is unbeatable. I would definitely recommend Mr Kay's. I'll definitely be back!! Thanks Mr. K!!

The owners are obviously accustomed to dealing with people who are let's just say, less fortunate. As soon as I stepped in the door, John, instead of saying hello says what you looking for? After an extremely brief conversation, I selected a unit that was over $400 he then says oh, we only take cash! When I pulled out about $2000 in cash, oh how people change. Long story short, the unit I purchased did not work, LG Washer. Had to wait until Monday to bring it back. Picked a newer and more expensive unit, different brand, wasn't paying a dime more. They didn't like it but they gave in because they sure wasnt gonna give me back my money. Will never, ever buy from them nor will I refer.

This Place is a Gift from God. Your washer goes out and you can head up here in your SUV and leave with a great washer for very reasonable price. Be sure to bring cash cause they don't take card. Very Affordable!!!

My 80 year old dad needed a washer but didnt want to pay full price. I did a Google search and came across this little shop. The delivery person was there and assisted me. He was very professional and delivered the washer and made sure my dad didnt have any problems. The price of the washer cost a small fraction of what a new one would have cost. It even came with a 6o day warranty. Si happy to come across this shop and will do business with them again. Thanks

They are not helpful at all after they get your money. They don’t deliver, they give you a 30 day warranty but what good is that if you have to bring it back to them to service it. They don’t come out to service your appliances. Who want to tow large appliances back and forward to get Service. They don’t give your money back only store credit. I do not recommend shopping there. Go to Best Buy open box

Best used appliance store I've ever seen! Helpful, friendly service & no question is a dumb question. Great prices & reliable equipment! They stand behind their products. I'll never buy a new appliance again! They have my business for life!

We purchased a dryer at this location and the dryer stopped spinning after 7 days. They were not offering delivery because of COVID so I had to find someone with a truck pick it up and bring it up to a second floor apartment. Now they expect us to bring the dryer all the way back to them because they sold us a defective dryer. The guy who works up there was real rude when I asked if I could just have them exchange the belt out and we try to fix it ourselves since it is real difficult to just bring the dryer back up there. Don't waste your money here!!!

Got a really good deal. Helped me get in my truck. Staff was awesome. Family business. Don't let the older guy scare you off. Old school and tell you how it is .The signs of an honest business. Definitely coming back.

I would rate this place five stars if it wasn't for the owners attitude. He can be very rude, don't expect a warm welcome. I usually don't mind or get bothered by his attitude since I know I'ma get something good. The appliances are great for their prices. They are used but they give you a 30 day warranty. Cash only!

I'd rate zero stars if we're an option, I stopped by to look at some stoves and refrigerators and this old guy was hands down the most rude person I've ever dealt with in any situation, especially in a customer service atmosphere. When I politely asked why he was being so rude for no apparent reason he said I could go buy somewhere else for all he cared. Unbelievable how hateful this guy was. I asked what kind of deal I could get if I purchased multiple units and he said "I don't play that Jew game..." Look elsewhere for your appliances.

I went 2 days ago, and I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and such bad service. The guys were so rude in answering my questions I had for them. I was interested in buying a dryer and all they kept doing was rushing me and telling me ma'am we're about to close. I was so upset but I really needed a dryer so I just picked one in such a rush that when I got home to use it, to my luck it doesn't work!!! Oh and when loading the dryer 3 of the guys were such jerks... I hated it!!! Worst experience I've had at that place...it wasn't my first time there...I have bought there before..but this time service sucked!!!!!

Mr K's was a pleasant surprise. A large selection of very decent looking pre owned appliances. Mr K (the owner) is very down to earth and helpful with the selection process. Their prices are fairly low and each purchase is backed with a 30 day warranty. Delivery is anywhere from $40.00 to $50.00. Our delivery was within 15 minutes of the time window that we set up with them. The delivery process was completed in a timely and careful manner, very professional. Two thumbs up for Mr K's. ??

I was skeptical about visiting a used appliance store, but I am sold! They have great inventory! Late model, clean, and attractive. I had stopped at a Rent A Center to see what they offered before visiting Mr. K's. They were willing to sell a small, ugly, dirty used model for $450. Let me say that I would have lost out on a great deal if I didn't visit Mr. K!! I am very satisfied. Check them out for yourself.
