Towed even with proof of valid parking. It’s a temp space supposed to be good for 16 hours but they towed 2 hours later. Definitely getting my money back through the rental office Monday. Tells me your drivers are starving. Desperate. Destitute. Underpaid. I could go on.
I have lived in Dallas long enough to recognize this company’s pattern, even when operating under different names. That alone should be concerning to potential customers.
Drivers are desperate. The people in the office are good at upcharging without proper subject verb agreement lessons but pay them enough for a decent wig or scarf please. I beg. For the people reading I hope you take your business or park elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
I can understand the frustration people will get when it comes to getting your car towed. However Teresa was a huge help. Tow company had racked our bill to 1300. When she looked at she this is incorrect. A few minutes later she corrected the bill and came down to 500. Yes it still sucks, but in the end she's doing her job and she did it well. Remember it's easy to catch flies with honey instead of vinegar.
If I could give this place a 0 I would the staff are very unprofessional also I’m a driver for uber eats & I stopped to pick up an order and my jeep was gone I called the place & they couldn’t even tell me if my truck was there also very over priced
My car got impounded here by dallas pd after it was stolen and then found. Dallas pd told me to come asap so I got there as fast i could only to learn they had blocked in my car by other cars. I asked the front desk girl for help and she said "the guy that moves the cars called in sick today so you'll have to come back in the morning." I said absolutely not, I just paid $200 to get my car tonight. She then told me to ask the tow truck driver to help. The guy that doesn't even work there. I had to beg him to move a car out of the way so I could back out. Thankfully he did it but from no help from the one staff member that works there. Shout out to him.
The absolute worst place, the receptionist is the most unprofessional person I met in my life. Asked some simple questions and she started cursing. This place should be abolished!! No system to know if your vehicle is even towed. If you can have no stars on here it should be it! City of Dallas should be ashamed to be affiliated with this business!
I took someone there to pick up their car, people register your car when u parked they r waiting on you and when I was there, they were constantly towing cars in! The laws need to improve with these towing companies ?.
Place only has one worker with 10 plus ppl in line! It’s hot with only a fan blowing for their customers! They should be ashamed of themselves!
No chairs to sit down everyone just standing around! Hate this place hope to never have to come back
I've been to this place twice once it was no lines got through pretty smooth 2nd time there was a line and took 2 hours they only operate one window as well. They don't answer the phone so you'll never know if your car is there unless you go online fortunately for me I already knew my car was there. If you go with card be prepared to be charged like a 3% card charge. And if you come with money make sure you have exact change because they don't give out change there either
Main thing i see is the system has the wrong information on the computer and apartment complex has different info. They are making money towing cars from apartments. Father in law got hisbtruck stolen and no response from Fallas PD, while the teuck been here 1 week. No one answering the phones on a wait automated line because there is only 1 person working. I think they just need to fix their computers and more people.
BEWARE!! Very unethical practices! Peak Auto Storage stole my front bumper and my license plates and I hold a good faith belief that the auction may not have been conducted in full compliance with the law. I emailed Thomas Pratt as instructed by the representative on site and he has not responded or given me a call.
Instead of releasing my car to me before any bids were placed on the car, they forced me to bid on my own car. On Friday, April 25th, we bid on my car and won it back. Upon picking up my car, which had a front bumper, was originally towed with a front bumper and also had my front bumper intact on auction site, it now had no front bumper upon pickup.
I also have reason to believe irregular or potentially unlawful conduct may have occurred during the auction process. For the first 6 bids on my car, the same person bid 6 times against themselves, when no one else was even bidding on my car, which drove the price of the car up. I have screenshots of the same person bidding on several cars that way. Shill bidding is illegal.
These people are complete trash stole about $400 of items out of my car including my boyfriend’s late grandmothers blanket this is ridiculous these were sentimental items and they just took them worst place ever im going for a lawsuit

Not a pleasant experience. Very unprofessional company, specifically the location on Ledbetter. Everyone just sits around and has bad attitudes, even when you go in with a positive attitude regardless of the crappy situation you’re in.
This company is terrible. The people are rude. The people are lazy. The people have no manners. They are extremely selfish. I swear the guy that was operating the forklift smelled like he has not bathed in a month.
The young lady at the desk was very pleasant. My car was not damaged and though this was an unfortunate incident I appreciated the quick professional process.
They rarely answer the phone and when they do they are scammers. The police department sent over a waiver of stoarge fees which they received and acknowledged but refused to apply to the fees which the police department requested they do. Absolute crooks.

Night people are freaky horrible..they just try to screw you for money. Having my license plate number backwards stating it's was not my car..but wanting me to pay for a tow truck yo pull it out of pound. I went next day got it out with no hassle..
The woman at the window couldn't even say hello. After the people that were in front of me left, she badmouthed them to someone on the phone. But what good could you say about a company that just takes you car, it's legal stealing!
Terrible experience. No A/C, no chairs, terrible and rude workers that give you wrong information on how to get your car out. Waited 4-5 hours just to get my stolen car out from the lot.
Zero stars! Terrible facility, customer service is non-existent. Rude personnel, 1 of 4 windows open. Excessive wait time is ridiculous. When it was my turn in line, they told me to step back and proceeded to do a shift change with the employee that was already here doing nothing. Stinky building with no AC.
You would think they would be more professional. Learn how to instruct people about retrieval process. If I am facing you and I need to exit to MY right then don't say the door on the left. (that's your left) Would help if workers wore the same uniform so i would have known who to ask questions while roaming around on the big lot. Man with baggy clothes and do-rag looked like someone else getting their car.

Worst experience of my life. The staff have no idea what they're doing. We were given the wrong information, forced to wait 6 hours and we ended up spending 600 dollars. This place ROBS you of your money and TIME with absolutely no remorse.
They don't answer the phone, you have to call multiple times. Only one person working when I arrived, they have no problem storing your car from a towing company your car, but they do have a problem promptly returning you car.
