This is ONLY to reflect the marketing team. Playing this 10-15 times a day is extremely annoying. I have to turn down the volume on my TV and radio every time I hear this ad. I get trying to play it so its the only place you have burned into peoples minds to donate, but you really are upsetting many people. Obviously you have a TON of revenue to just slam EVERY local tv and Radio slot with ads. 1hr and hearing this over 4-10 times in between is not effective marketing. If you have that kind of capital or charity write off, make a respectable ad like shriners hospital or other tasteful charity ads. Please consider changing this because I hold my curse words every time I here this song. I know im not the only one.

Please get a better ad. I try to listen to my favorite classic rock station, when all of a sudden your dreadful, ear cancer inducing jingle shows up. Really kills my mood.

Arrangement to pick up car was made over the phone and was simple and easy to do. They came out, I want to say the next day, which was important to me as the car was not drivable and had a ticket to be to be towed away. All I had to do was provide the title and they did everything else. Fast and easy!

I've reached out to this "charity" a couple of times to see about donating a car for their cause, but no one has ever been available to answer the phone, and I guess they've been too busy to call me back, like their voice recording says they'll do. What I thought would be an easy process and beneficial to Junk For Joy has turned into a very frustrating process for me. I'm done.

I tried not to leave any stars because I honestly don't have a way to review you guys if we don't know who it is the beneficiaries of your program are in the state of Texas so that would be pretty easy to do if possible before I would even consider donating
